Import 05/08/2014Tato práce pojednává o organizaci, uzpůsobení a praktickém fungování krizového managementu jako specifické složky managementu všeobecného v právním prostředí České republiky, konkrétně v kontextu soukromého podnikatelského subjektu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definování krizového managementu v rámci obecném, dále jeho praktické podoby v České republice. Jako opory je využíván současně nastavený systém „státního“ krizového managementu, který vychází z množství zákonných právních předpisů a který je v zásadní míře ovlivňován poţadavky kladenými ze stran mezinárodních institucí, jichž je Česká republika členem. Praktická část představuje model konkrétního podnikatelského subjektu, na jehož prostředí jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky a praktické požadavky z oblasti krizového managementu. Diplomovou práci uzavírají doporučení, která reagují na zjištěný stav.This diploma thesis deals with organization, adaptation and practical form of crisis management as a general management’s specifics component in terms of private company. Theoretical part is focused on general assessment of crisis management, followed with its establishment in legal environment of Czech Republic. As substancial support is used current „public“ crisis management, which is affected by several requirements based on international institutions, to which the Republic is bound by its membership. Practical deal presents specific model of a company, where theoretical knowledges and practical requirements coming from legal environment of crisis management are applicated. The influence of breastfeeding on the development of obesity of children in late life.

Bakalářská práce se věnuje tomu, jak doba kojení, ale i další faktory ovlivňují vznik obezity u dětí. Teoretická část je věnována čtyřem hlavním tématům. Kojení, jeho významu, výhodám, potenciálním rizikům a také praktickým záležitostem, jako například technice či hlavním zásadám kojení. Dále je zpracováno téma náhradní mléčné kojenecké výživy a příkrmů. Třetím rozebíraným tématem je dětská obezita, možnosti její diagnostiky, možné příčiny, následky a prevence. Poslední část je věnována studiím, které se zabývají vzájemným vztahem mezi dobou kojení a vznikem obezity u dětí. V praktické části jsou hodnoceny faktory, které mohou mít vliv na obezitu u dětí do tří let věku. Tato část je realizována kvantitativním výzkumem, kde jsem pro zjištění potřebných dat použila anonymní nestandardizovaný dotazník, který obsahoval 14 otázek. Dotazník je v první řadě zaměřen na dobu plného a částečného kojení, a zjištění jak děti v průběhu let prospívají. Z šetření vyplývá skutečnost, že 49 % matek kojilo do ukončeného 6. měsíce. Nejlepe však prospívala skupina, která byl kojena do 4. měsíce. Tato skupina byla také nejštíhlejší. Dále jedním z dílčích cílů bylo zjistit, zda kouření v těhotenství ovlivňuje váhu dítěte. Tato otázka však nebyla zodpovězena, z důvodu malého počtu kouřících matek během tehotenství. Dále...This Bachelor's Thesis deals with the description, how the development of children's obesity is influenced by the breastfeeding's period and other factors. Firstly, the theoretical part is dedicated to these four topics: breastfeeding and its importance, benefits, potential risks and also practical matters related to breastfeeding - e.g. methods or the basic principles. Secondly, there is depicted substitution of milk nutrition and vegetables. The third topic focuses on obesity in children - possibilities of diagnosis, causes, consequences and precaution against it. Finally, the last part presents various studies where relations between a period of breastfeeding and development of obesity during childhood are being investigated. The practical part brings evaluation of factors which could influence the obesity in case of children under three years of age. This part was realized using quantitative inquiry, where anonymous non-standardized questionnaire, containing fourteen questions, was used for data collection. The questionnaire was mainly focused on the period of full or partial breastfeeding and finding out, how children prospered over the years. Marketing Communication Design of Fitness Centre

Import 06/11/2014Diplomová práce se zabývá současnou marketingovou komunikací fitcentra Club Femm nacházejícího se v Ostravě-Porubě. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat současnou marketingovou komunikaci a navrhnout, vylepšit a správně zacílit novou. Analýza současné komunikace byla provedena pomocí dotazníkového šetření, následné návrhy byly sestaveny na základě dat získaných z tohoto šetření, sekundárních dat a teoretických základů uvedených v kapitole 2. Navržené možnosti řešení nové komunikace fitcentra Club Femm by měly pomoci ke zvýšení spontánní znalosti fitcentra a ke zvýšení návštěvnosti, resp. tržeb.This thesis deals with current marketing communication of Club Femm fitness centre located in the city of Ostrava-Poruba. The aim of the study was to analyse the current marketing communication and design, improve it and suggest a properly targeted new one. Organizing a Major Sports Event - Zumbamarathon

Import 11/07/2012Téma mé bakalářské práce zní „Organizování velké sportovní akce – zumbamaraton“. V této práci jsem popsala náležitosti potřebné k organizaci, vymezení výhod a nevýhod dvou vybraných sportovních zařízení a veřejný průzkum potvrzující zájem o danou sportovní akci. Součástí práce je také vymezení teoretických pojmů, které s ní úzce souvisí a jsou v dalším textu využity. V následující pasáži se zabývám samotným procesem organizování, nedílnou součástí je podrobné rozepsání rozpočtu akce, výběr termínu a místa či výběr školených instruktorů. Ve své práci jsem využila dvě výzkumné techniky – dotazník a SWOT analýzu. Pomocí dotazníku jsem zjišťovala, zda by lidé navštěvující fitcentrum Club Femm měli zájem o zumbamaraton. Pomocí SWOT analýzy jsem srovnala dvě zvolená sportovní zařízení, jejich silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby. V práci jsem také zmínila možné náměty a návrhy, jak zlepšit úroveň sportovních lekcí a větších akcí. Cílem mé práce bylo analyzovat veškeré organizační záležitosti spojené s organizováním podobné akce, domnívám se, že cíl byl splněn.This bachelor's thesis deals with the organization of a big sport event, namely the zumbamarathon. I described issues connected to organizing such an event, including the description of advantages and disadvantages of holding the event at two different venues. The questionnaire included in the thesis confirms public interest in participating in zumbamarathon. Included in the thesis is a list of terms that are related to the topic and are used throughout the text. The following part deals with the organization process itself including the detailed budget, date of the event, choice of a suitable venue or hiring trained instructors. In the thesis I used two different techniques - a questionnaire to find out, if there is enough people interested in participating in such an event, and the SWOT analysis to compare advantages and disadvantages of two possible venues. In the last part I suggest some improvements to the leadership of sport lessons and bigger events. The aim of the thesis was to analyse all relevant issues related to managing such an event. Education of obese children

Diplomová práce se zabývá metodami, které se používají při edukaci dětského obézního pacienta. Dále je věnována tvorbě nového edukačního materiálu, který má pomoci v boji s dětskou obezitou. Tento edukační materiál je připraven na podobném principu, jako edukační materiál pro diabetické pacienty s názvem Konverzační mapy TM. Teoretická část je věnována třem hlavním tématům. Prvním zpracovaným tématem je dětská obezita. Konkrétně jsou rozebrány rizikové faktory, které napomáhají rozvoji tohoto onemocnění, prevence a léčba tohoto onemocnění. Dále je podrobně zpracováno téma edukace. Třetí hlavní téma je již konkrétně zaměřeno na edukaci v dětské obezitologii a edukační materiály, které se této problematice věnují. V praktické části je hodnocena kvalita prevence dětské obezity a její konkrétní dopad u dětí ve věku 11-15 let. Tato část je realizována kvantitativním výzkumem, kde jsem pro zjištění potřebných dat použila anonymní nestandardizovaný dotazník, který obsahoval 14 otázek. Cílem dotazníku bylo zjistit dvě skutečnosti. V první řadě mě zajímalo, kde děti získávají přesné informace o zdravém životním stylu. Toto zjištění ovlivnilo tvorbu edukačního materiálu. Také mě zajímalo, jaké je skutečné stravovací chování dětí ve věku 11-15 let. It is further devoted to the creation of new educational resource to help fight the childhood obesity. This educational material has been prepared on a similar basis as the educational material for diabetic patients called Conversation maps TM. The theoretical part is dedicated to three main topics. First of all it analyzes risk factors influencing progression of the child obesity, prevention and treatment of this disease. Secondly, the theme of education is further elaborated. Finally, the third main topic is focused specifically on education in childhood obesitology and educational materials dealing with this issue. Quality of childhood obesity prevention and its specific impact on children aged 11-15 years is assessed in practical part. This part was realized using quantitative research, where I used an anonymous non-standardized questionnaire (which contained 14 questions) to gather the necessary data. Genomic characterization of large rearrangements of the LDLR gene in Czech patients with familial hypercholesterolemia

<p>Abstract</p> <p>Background</p> <p>Mutations in the <it>LDLR </it>gene are the most frequent cause of Familial hypercholesterolemia, an autosomal dominant disease characterised by elevated concentrations of LDL in blood plasma. In many populations, large genomic rearrangements account for approximately 10% of mutations in the <it>LDLR </it>gene.</p> <p>Methods</p> <p>DNA diagnostics of large genomic rearrangements was based on Multiple Ligation dependent Probe Amplification (MLPA). Subsequent analyses of deletion and duplication breakpoints were performed using long-range PCR, PCR, and DNA sequencing.</p> <p>Results</p> <p>In set of 1441 unrelated FH patients, large genomic rearrangements were found in 37 probands. Eight different types of rearrangements were detected, from them 6 types were novel, not described so far. In all rearrangements, we characterized their exact extent and breakpoint sequences.</p> <p>Conclusions</p> <p>Sequence analysis of deletion and duplication breakpoints indicates that intrachromatid non-allelic homologous recombination (NAHR) between <it>Alu </it>elements is involved in 6 events, while a non-homologous end joining (NHEJ) is implicated in 2 rearrangements. Our study thus describes for the first time NHEJ as a mechanism involved in genomic rearrangements in the <it>LDLR </it>gene.</p

Analysis of the influence of age differences between managers and subordinates in the selected company

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of intergenerational differences between managers and their subordinates and influence of the differences on employee satisfaction and performance. The theoretical part explains related terms and defines generational differences in the workplace based on published research. Four generations are defined, which currently meet on the labor market and exhibit fundamental differences in the characteristic behavior of representatives of individual generations. In the practical part, qualitative research has been conducted of the data obtained in the selected company, which is subsequently supported by qualitative research, which allows a deeper insight into the issue and the subjective opinions of the participants.Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou mezigeneračních rozdílů mezi manažery a jejich podřízenými a vlivem rozdílů na spokojenost a výkonnost zaměstnanců. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy a definuje generační rozdíly na pracovišti na základě již provedených výzkumů. V sedmi kapitolách je popsán obsah krizového managementu, vazba na vzdělávací systém a konkrétní podoba vzdělávání v České republice. Úvodní kapitoly řeší definici krizového managementu, související oblasti, které v sobě zahrnuje, rámcové určení a výchozí dokumenty pro vzdělávání a cílové skupiny, pro které je systematické prohlubování znalostí určeno. Navazující kapitoly se zabývají vybranými vzdělávacími institucemi, akreditovanými vysokoškolskými programy, součástí je i podkapitola hodnotící oblast vyššího odborného školství v oblasti krizového managementu. V závěru je provedeno zhodnocení pokrytí a obsahu vzdělávacích programů, kurzů a školení.This thesis deals with the system and organization of education in crisis management. In seven chapters is described the content of crisis management, connection to the educational system and the particular form of education in Czech Republic. Introductory chapters deals with the definition of crisis management, related branches which are included in, legislation and documents on which is education system based and target groups for which is the systematic acquisition of knowledge intended. Related chapters deal with selected educational institutions, accredited programs at universities, to this part is included a sub-chapter evaluation area of education in the field of crisis management at colleges. Hydrological Mode in Nature Reservation Kouty and Zábřeh meadows

Import 04/07/2011V předložené diplomové práci je zpracováno zhodnocení významu hydrologického režimu v krajině s aplikací na území přírodní rezervace Koutské a Zábřežské louky. V první části jsou popsány přírodní podmínky zájmové lokality. Následně zpracována a vysvětlena metodika měření a postup sběru dat. V další části jsou popsány a zmapovány jednotlivé profily, přehled naměřených hodnot rychlosti a hloubky vodního toku, početní a grafické vyhodnocení výsledků průtoků. a závěr práce je zařazeno doporučení budoucích kroků s návrhem opatření pro zlepšení nejen hydrologických podmínek v území.In this thesis there is processed the evaluation of the importance of the hydrological mode in the countryside with the application in the natural reservation Koutské a Zábřežské louky. The first part describes the natural conditions of the interest location. Then there is the analysis and explanation of the methodology of measurement and data collection procedure. In the next part of the thesis there are described and mapped individual profiles, an overview of the measured values of speed and depth of the water flow, numerical and graphic evaluation of the flow results.
