"This is an open access article under the CCBY license (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/).Funded by SCOAP"We present a number conserving particle-hole RPA theory for collective excitations in the transition from normal to superfluid nuclei. The method derives from an RPA theory developed long ago in quantum chemistry using antisymmetric geminal powers, or equivalently number projected HFB states, as reference states. We show within a minimal model of pairing plus monopole interactions that the number conserving particle-hole RPA excitations evolve smoothly across the superfluid phase transition close to the exact results, contrary to particle-hole RPA in the normal phase and quasiparticle RPA in the superfluid phase that require a change of basis at the broken symmetry point. The new formalism can be applied in a straightforward manner to study particle-hole excitations on top of a number projected HFB state.

Lie symmetries and solitons in nonlinear systems with spatially inhomogeneous nonlinearities

Using Lie group theory and canonical transformations we construct explicit solutions of nonlinear Schrodinger equations with spatially inhomogeneous nonlinearities. We present the general theory, use it to show that localized nonlinearities can support bound states with an arbitrary number solitons and discuss other applications of interest to the field of nonlinear matter waves

This article intends to comment on the annotations that the Brocense made to the edition of Garcilaso de la Vega’s works, published in 1574. Its purpose is to fix and explain the texts, following the Humanist model of the Italian Renaissance, through the observation of the problems that aroused the attention of the Poetic of the time or that coincided with the current concerns about literary creation and literary language

At the end of the XVIth century the current trends improve the redefinition of literary generes and their paradigm. The epic poetry, in the summit, and the vigorous romancero nuevo are two of the generes which are afected by this current trends. The first, to become popular, and the second, to find a place in the classical poetics. The Rufo’s “Romance de los Corredores” are situated in this co-ordinate, showing a generic fusión in which epic poem characteristical elements articulate the romance structure

At the middle of XVIIth century the most learned Spanish poetry has assumed the printed book as its own space, but also it shows the last bright of the «poética cultista» that started in the Libro de la erudición poética by Luis Carrillo y Sotomayor. Another mark is the possibility, among the polemic about Góngora, of a classic author in romance language. The lecture and the imitation of the auctores continue being the base of every marks that we can note, according to the classical poetic, in full use in these years. In the generic and publishing practice of La Neapolisea. Poema heroico y panegírico Trillo exhibits all that complexity, especially in the use of the citation and its displaying in the margins of the published poem, as much as we can see it like a declaration of an erudition poetic
