    SubcriticalWater – a Perspective ReactionMedia for Biomass Processing to Chemicals: Study on Cellulose Conversion as aModel for Biomass

    Biomass and water are recognized as a key renewable feedstock in sustainable production of chemicals, fuels and energy. Subcritical water (SubCW), or commonly referred as hot compressed water (HCW), is the water above boiling and below critical point (CP; 374 °C, 22.1 MPa). It has gained great attention in the last few decades as a green, cheap, and nontoxic reagent for conversion of biomass into valuable chemicals. In this paper, hydrothermal reactions of cellulose, as the model biomass substance, with subcritical water at mild temperature and pressure regimes have been studied. The experiments were done in a batch reactor in the temperature range of 220 ° – 300 °C. The main products distributed in liquid, gaseous and solid phase were separated and quantified. The conversions to each group of products were found strongly dependent on the temperature and residence time

    The thesis presents the development of a financial accountancy application for small enterprises using Scrum method. Firstly, the thesis introduces the main characteristics of agile methods, followed by a presentation of Scrum method with the emphasis on agile planning by means of user stories. Secondly, a detailed procedure of application development with the Scrum method and online tools is depicted. Finally, the thesis highlights the application's functionalities. The main functions of the application can be divided into four categories: user data processing, project management, overview of received and issued invoices. The application is designed to be operated by an administrator or user. The former can make use of all four functions, while the latter has only the option of editing projects and personal data

Čtyři různé metody jsou použity pro studium některých fyzikálních veličin, které mohou ovlivnit účinnost přeměny solární energie. Za prvé, V-A charakteristika dává hodnotu fill faktoru, a naznačuje mechanizmus transportu náboje. Metodou založenou na povrchovém fotonapětí (SPV) lze stanovit difúzní délku nosičů náboje - excitonů. Metodou impedanční spektroskopie a metodou CELIV se měří pohyblivost nosičů náboje. Among these polymers are polyaniline, derivative of polyphenylene vinylene and two derivatives of polythiophene. Four different methods are used to study some of the physical quantities of the samples, that should affect overall efficiency of solar power conversion. Firstly, I-V characteristics yields fill factor and indicates mechanism of charge transport. Method based on surface photovoltage (SPV) estimates diffusion length of the charge carriers - excitons. Impedance spectroscopy and particular method abbreviated CELIV both measure charge carrier mobility. Outcome of this work are the values of these quantities for some of the samples.     The concept of containment in relation to psychotherapist’s self-care

    Práca psychoterapeuta prináša výzvy vo viacerých oblastiach. Jednou z nich je aj emočná kapacita a schopnosť byť v kontakte s utrpením klienta. Koncept kontejnovania súvisí s kapacitou psychoterapeuta zostať prítomný a spracovať pritom náročné protiprenosové emócie. Psychoterapeut v rámci psychoterapeutického vzťahu pomáha procesovať emočné prežívanie klienta rovnako ako to robí aj matka pri svojom dieťati. S úctou, uznaním a rešpektom prijíma, absorbuje, spracováva a robí zrozumiteľnejším jeho vnútorné prežívanie, čím si aj samotné dieťa vytvára schopnosť reflexie, sebaregulácie a funkčných hraníc. Naopak, nereflektované kontejnovanie môže časom zásadne ovplyvňovať psychoterapeutovu kapacitu byť počas sedenia primerane k dispozícii. Cieľom tohto teoretického príspevku je detailnejšie priblížiť koncept kontejnovania vo vzťahu k psychohygiene psychoterapeuta z pohľadu vybraných psychoterapeutických smerov.Psychotherapist’s profession brings challenges in many areas. One of them is emotional capacity and capability to be in touch with client’s suffering. The concept of containment is related to psychotherapist’s capacity to stay present and process at the same time demanding countertransferences. Psychotherapist deals within psychotherapeutic relationship with similar processes as mother with her child. She accepts and processes with respect and acknowledgement the child’s experiences, what helps the child to create capability of reflection, self-regulation and functional boundaries. On the contrary, containment that is not reflected can negatively influence psychotherapist’s capacity to be present and available during the session. The aim of this contribution is to describe the concept of containment in relation to psychotherapist’s self-care from the perspective of selected psychotherapeutic approaches

It\ud treats the criteria for planning, methods for capacity determination, measures for increasing\ud capacity, street bus lanes and bus facilities in mixed traffic.\ud The teoretical part is based on the evaluation bus transport system study, »TCRP Synthesis\ud 10, Bus Route Evaluation Standards, A Synthesis of Transit Practice«, and the manual for\ud capacity determination of the public bus transport system, »Transit Capacity and Quality of\ud Service Manual – 2nd Edition«, both made by the Transportation Research Board.\ud The practical part includes analysis of the possible measures for increasing capacity and\ud reducing bus travelling times on the bus route of Celovška cesta, section Kosmačeva ulica –\ud Litostrojska cesta. Introduction of the street bus lane and the changing of the fare paying are\ud ensured as possible measures.\u

    Táto práca sa zaoberá riešením problému obchodného cestujúceho s časovými oknami. Problém spočíva v tom, že obchodný cestujúci musí prejsť každým definovaným miestom práve raz, a nakoniec sa vrátiť do pôvodného miesta za čo najnižšiu cenu trasy. Časové okná v tomto probléme definujú určité časové úseky, v ktorých môže byť každé konkrétne miesto navštívené, alebo sa môže stať, že v istom časovom úseku nebude existovať cesta medzi niektorými miestami. Práca sa zaoberá prehľadom tohto problému a problémov jemu podobných. Ďalej sa zaoberá popisom rôznych metód, ktorými tento problém možno riešiť. V rámci tejto práce bola tiež vytvorená aplikácia v programovacom jazyku Python, ktorá slúži na testovanie vybraných metód riešenia. Na záver sú vyhodnotené dané experimenty a porovnaná efektivita daných stratégií.This thesis deals with the Travelling salesman problem with time windows. The problem is that the travelling salesman must pass through each defined location exactly once and finally return to the original place for the lowest possible price. The time windows in this problem are that each place can only be visited in a given time range, or it can happen that in a certain period of time there will be no path between some places. The thesis deals with an overview of this problem and problems similar to it. It also deals with the description of various methods by which this problem can be solved. As part of this thesis, an application in the Python programming language was also created, which is used to test selected methods for finding solutions. Finally, the given experiments are evaluated and the effectiveness of the given strategies is compared.
