Technological parameters of abrasive process

V této práci je popsán brousicí proces včetně technologických podmínek s identifikací pohybů a rychlostí při broušení. Dále jsou popsány brousicí nástroje, jejich rozdělení a charakterizování. V posledním bodě jsou pak uvedeny některé dosahované parametry přesnosti broušené plochy a parametry struktury povrchu v závislosti na době trvání brousicího procesu.In this work, there is described an abrasive process including technological terms with an identification of motions and a speed of grinding.Then there are described abrasive tools, their distribution and description. In the last part there are introduced some reached parameters of the accuracy and characteristics of the surface structure in dependence on the length of abrasive process.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou přebytečné energie ze solárních systémů. Cílem je navrhnout takový solární systém, který by měl být soběstačný bez využití el. energie ze sítě. V úvodu bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny základní informace o funkčnosti solárních panelů a nejvhodnějším prostředím pro jejich umístění. V analytické části jsou uvedeny obecné informace o jednotlivých typech akumulace a jejich výhody a nevýhody při použití. V praktické části je popsaný a vypočítaný návrh solárního systému pro určenou nemovitost.This thesis aims to find solution that deals with excess energy produced by solar systems. Main point in this Bachelor's thesis is to solve off-grid solar power system that is completely self-sufficient. Introduction examines how solar panels works and the best weather conditions of operating. Analytics part of this thesis focuses on basic information about types of power accumulation with their advantages and disadvantages. Practical part proposes system used and also mathematical solution of solar system.

Half-linear differential equations : regular variation, principal solutions, and asymptotic classes

We are interested in the structure of the solution space of second-order half-linear differential equations taking into account various classifications regarding asymptotics of solutions. We focus on an exhaustive analysis of the relations among several types of classes which include the classes constructed with respect to the values of the limits of solutions and their quasiderivatives, the classes of regularly varying solutions, the classes of principal and nonprincipal solutions, and the classes of the solutions that obey certain asymptotic formulae. Many of our observations are new even in the case of linear differential equations, and we provide also the revision of existing results

Quantification accuracy of abrasive process

V této práci je popsán brousicí proces včetně technologických podmínek s identifikací pohybů a rychlostí při broušení. Jsou zde popsány brousicí nástroje, stroje, jejich rozdělení a charakterizování. Dále pak technologické vlivy na přesnost brousicího procesu a některé dosahované parametry přesnosti broušené plochy a jejich statistická interpretace.In this work, there is described an abrasive process including technological terms with an identification of motions and a speed of grinding. Then there are described abrasive tools, machines, their distribution and description. Further technological factors on accuracy of abrasive process and some reached parameters of the accuracy and their statistic interpretation.

The Role of the Public Prosecutor in the Court Proceedings

Role veřejného žalobce v řízení před soudem Abstrakt Cílem této práce je komplexní analýza problematiky veřejného žalobce a jeho role, kterou zastává zejména v soudním řízení. Důvodem mého výzkumu je osobní zájem o trestní právo a problematiku státních zástupců obecně, jakož i z mého pohledu velká důležitost tohoto tématu, zejména v souvislosti s dlouhodobou odbornou diskusí nad uvažovanými koncepčními změnami relevantních českých předpisů - trestního řádu a zákona o státním zastupitelství. Práce se skládá ze čtyř ústředních kapitol, z nichž každá se zabývá různými aspekty úlohy veřejných žalobců. První kapitola vymezuje základní terminologii a pojmy, dále historický vývoj a transformaci orgánů veřejné žaloby ve dvou různých právních systémech - common law a kontinentálním evropském právu. Druhá kapitola obsahuje přehled českých, francouzských, anglických a velšských, amerických a mezinárodních orgánů veřejné žaloby, jejich zakotvení v systému národních právních řádů, organizaci a rozsah činností. Rovněž se věnuje návrhům na nový zákon o státním zastupitelství. The reason for my research is my personal interest regarding criminal law and problematics of the public prosecutors in general, as well as, in my opinion, the great importance of such topic, especially in the context of a long-term expert discussion on the considered conceptual changes of the relevant Czech legislation - the Criminal Procedure and the Public Prosecution Act. The thesis is composed of four major chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of role of the public prosecutors. Chapter One is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the thesis and further the historical development and transformation of bodies of public action in two different legal systems - common law and civil law. Chapter Two provides an outline of Czech, French, English and Welsh, U.S. and international bodies of the public action, their placement in the system of national legal systems, organization and scope of activities. Decaying positive global solutions of second order difference equations with mean curvature operator

A boundary value problem on an unbounded domain, associated to difference equations with the Euclidean mean curvature operator is considered. The existence of solutions which are positive on the whole domain and decaying at infinity is examined by proving new Sturm comparison theorems for linear difference equations and using a fixed point approach based on a linearization device. The process of discretization of the boundary value problem on the unbounded domain is examined, and some discrepancies between the discrete and the continuous cases are pointed out, too
