Diplomová práce se zabývá určením rozsahu oprav telefonů ve firmě Mobilshop Valenta Petr, přičem jsou použity pokročilé metody modelování, konkrétně pak fuzzy logika. Cílem práce je vytvoření modelu, který usnadní, zpřesní a urychlí práci pří zpracování každé zakázky.The thesis focuses on evaluation of the scope of repairs of the mobile phones at Mobilshop Valenta Petr, in order to meet this objective, advanced modelling methods have been used – namely fuzzy logic. The goal of this thesis is to propose a software solution that would make processing of all service orders easier, faster and more accurate.

Material and energy potential of biowaste in the Czech Republic

Bakalářská práce se zabývá potenciálem bioodpadů v České republice při jejich materiálovém a energetickém využití. Jsou stanoveny základní pojmy týkající se bioodpadů, systémy jejich sběru a technologie využívání. Popisuje roli Celní správy České republiky při výkonu kompetencí v rámci odpadového hospodářství. Na základě analýzy dostupných dat práce stanovuje potenciál bioodpadů v České republice.The bachelor thesis deals with the potential of biowaste in the Czech Republic in their material and energy use. Basic concepts related to biowaste, systems for their collection and technology of use are determined. It describes the role of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic in the exercise of competencies in waste management. Strategic markets for czech exporters: MERCOSUR countries, Mexico

The subject of this thesis are countries in Latin America, specifically Mexico and the member states of the economic integration MERCOSUR, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Paraguay and Uruguay, their foreign trade and economic relations with EU, Czech Republic respectively and the state support for exporters. The goal is to characterize the selected countries and their standings within the region and towards EU/CZ, to classify their trade relations and identify perspective export-oriented branches and to enumerate services and advantages for Czech exporters through state export support. To achieve these objectives many statistics have been used, in particular: demographic structure, GDP structure, history of the balance of trade, product grouping of exports a.o. Analysis showed that the degree of difficulty for Czech exporters to penetrate the markets of Mexico and MERCOSUR member states differs greatly. Perspective export commodities are transport vehicles, processing machinery and manufactures. The possibility to use services of the state export support is specific to each country. Mexico and MERCOSUR, based on the total value of mutual trade, are not the most significant trade partners of the Czech Republic, they, however, hold considerable potential

Financial analysis of the town of Horšovský Týn

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá provedením finanční analýzy města Horšovský Týn. Cílem práce je zhodnocení současného stavu finančního zdraví města na základě metody analýzy finančních výkazů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce se zabývá veřejným sektorem, rozpočty a účetnictvím. Dále je v teoretické části popsána problematika finanční analýzy. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na provedení samotné finanční analýzy. Obsahuje analýzu rozpočtů, horizontální analýzu, vertikální analýzu a analýzu pomocí finančních ukazatelů za období od roku 2016 do roku 2019. Finanční výkazy z aplikace MONITOR slouží jako primární zdroj informací pro provedení finanční analýzy. Pro srovnání vypočtených hodnot je vybrán vzorek měst s obdobným množstvím obyvatel a velikostí bilanční sumy.This bachelor thesis is focused on conducting a financial analysis of the city of Horšovský Týn. The aim is to provide an assessment of the financial health of the town based on the methods of analysis of financial statements. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the public sector, budgets, and accounting. Moreover, this thesis also describes the topic of financial analysis. The practical part of this thesis is focused on conducting financial analysis. It includes the analysis of budgets, horizontal analysis, vertical analysis, and analysis by using financial ratios during the time period from 2016 to 2019. The primary source of information for the execution of financial analysis is financial statements from the application MONITOR. A sample of cities with a similar number of inhabitants and with a similar value of a total balance sheet is selected in order to compare calculated values

Policy of a trade firm and optimization of it's processes

The goal of this work is to anaylse and assess the trade/sales policy and processes in a selected firm and so is to bring in ideas how to improve/solve dicovered problems/insufficiencies. proceeding used to help us achieve these goals are mostly practical, such as measuring, survey and interviews. The added value of this work should be enhancing the effectiveness of the firm, maintain its functioning and promote its trade/sales policy so that it can keep or increase its share on the local market. This paper contains description of small and medium size firms and their position on the market, futher there is description of the selected company, specification of its problems and proposing solutions.Cílem práce je analyzovat, zhodnotit obchodní strategii a procesy ve vybrané firmě a na případně nedostatky/problémy navrhnout řešení. Postupy, jak těchto cílů dosáhnout, jsou převážně praktické, zejména měření, průzkumy, ankety. Přínosem práce by mělo být zvýšení efektivity v rámci procesů probíhajících ve firmě, dále samozřejmě vhodné nastavení obchodní, prodejní a marketingové strategie. Cílem je, aby si firma uderžela na svém trhu svůj podíl. Práce je sestavena od charakteristiky malých a středních podniků a jejich postavení na trhu, přes charakteristiku vybrané firmy, idetifikaci nedostatků ve firmě až po návrhy na jejich řešení

Financial analysis of the consolidated financial statements of the town of Horšovský Týn

This diploma thesis focuses on an examination of the financial activities of the city of Horšovský Týn and its subsidiaries. The aim of this thesis is to prepare consolidated financial statements of the city for the year 2021 and to conduct a financial analysis based on those financial statements. The theoretical part describes the topics of the public sector, accounting of municipalities and business corporations, financial analysis, and consolidated financial statements. The practical part includes the preparation of consolidated financial statements and financial analysis. The consolidated financial group except for the city includes 5 contributory organizations, 3 corporations, and 1 voluntary association of municipalities. For the comparison of the results of financial analysis are used individual statements of municipalities, which are located in the region and have a similar number of inhabitants.Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hospodařením města Horšovský Týn a jeho dceřiných jednotek. Cílem práce je sestavení konsolidované účetní závěrky za rok 2021 a provedení finanční analýzy na základě těchto výkazů. Teoretická část práce se zabývá veřejným sektorem, účetnictvím územních samosprávných celků a obchodních korporací, finanční analýzou a konsolidovanou účetní závěrkou. Praktická část práce zahrnuje sestavení konsolidovaných výkazů a vypracování finanční analýzy. Do konsolidačního celku bylo kromě města Horšovský Týn zařazeno 5 zřizovaných příspěvkových organizací, tři korporace a jedno sdružení obcí. Pro porovnání výsledků finanční analýzy konsolidované účetní závěrky slouží individuální účetní závěrky obdobných měst do počtu obyvatel v regionu
