Detectability of Glycine in Solar-type System Precursors

Glycine (NH2CH2COOH) is the simplest amino acid relevant for life. Its detection in the interstellar medium is key to understand the formation mechanisms of pre-biotic molecules and their subsequent delivery onto planetary systems. Glycine has extensively been searched for toward hot molecular cores, although these studies did not yield any firm detection. In contrast to hot cores, low-mass star forming regions, and in particular their earliest stages represented by cold pre-stellar cores, may be better suited for the detection of glycine as well as more relevant for the study of pre-biotic chemistry in young Solar System analogs. We present 1D spherically symmetric radiative transfer calculations of the glycine emission expected to arise from the low-mass pre-stellar core L1544. Water vapour has recently been reported toward this core, indicating that a small fraction of the grain mantles in L1544 (~0.5%) has been injected into the gas phase. Assuming that glycine is photo-desorbed together with water in L1544, and considering a solid abundance of glycine on ices of ~1E-4 with respect to water, our calculations reveal that several glycine lines between 67 GHz and 80 GHz have peak intensities larger than 10 mK. These results show for the first time that glycine could reach detectable levels in cold objects such as L1544. This opens up the possibility to detect glycine, and other pre-biotic species, at the coldest and earliest stages in the formation of Solar-type systems with near-future instrumentation such as the Band 2 receivers of ALMA.Comment: 5 pages, 2 figures, 1 tables. The dynamical properties of dense filaments in the infrared dark cloud G035.39-00.33

Infrared Dark Clouds (IRDCs) are unique laboratories to study the initial conditions of high-mass star and star cluster formation. We present high-sensitivity and high-angular resolution IRAM PdBI observations of N2H+ (1-0) towards IRDC G035.39-00.33. It is found that G035.39-00.33 is a highly complex environment, consisting of several mildly supersonic filaments (sigma_NT/c_s ~1.5), separated in velocity by <1 km s^-1 . Where multiple spectral components are evident, moment analysis overestimates the non-thermal contribution to the line-width by a factor ~2. Large-scale velocity gradients evident in previous single-dish maps may be explained by the presence of substructure now evident in the interferometric maps. Whilst global velocity gradients are small (<0.7 km s^-1 pc^-1), there is evidence for dynamic processes on local scales (~1.5-2.5 km s^-1 pc^-1 ). Systematic trends in velocity gradient are observed towards several continuum peaks. This suggests that the kinematics are influenced by dense (and in some cases, starless) cores. These trends are interpreted as either infalling material, with accretion rates ~(7 \pm 4)x10^-5 M_sun yr^-1 , or expanding shells with momentum ~24 \pm 12 M_sun km s^-1 . These observations highlight the importance of high-sensitivity and high-spectral resolution data in disentangling the complex kinematic and physical structure of massive star forming regions.Comment: 25 pages, 23 figures, accepted for publication in MNRA

“NIVEL DE RESILIENCIA Y RELACIONES INTRAFAMILIARES EN LOS PACIENTES CON VIH DE RECIÉN DIAGNÓSTICO EN EL PRIMER NIVEL DE ATENCIÓN EN EL AÑO 2015”

I.- RESUMEN ESTRUCTURADO “Nivel de resiliencia y relaciones intrafamiliares en los pacientes con VIH de recién diagnóstico en el primer nivel de atención en el año 2015” Autores: *Pacheco Rueda Paola, **Reyes Jiménez Olivia INTRODUCCIÓN: Laresiliencia es la capacidad de una persona que engloba factores ambientales y personales con los cuales el sujeto afronta y supera las adversidades que acontecen en su vida. Las relaciones intrafamiliaresson expresiones o maniobras a las que se recurre reiteradamente por parte de dos o más miembros de la familia con un significado o intención, son consideradas como las unidades del sistema familiar.OBJETIVO GENERAL: Conocer el nivel de resiliencia y las relaciones intrafamiliares que presentan los pacientes con VIH de recién diagnóstico en el primer nivel de atención.MATERIAL Y MÉTODOS: Diseño descriptivo, observacional, transversal, prospectivo, muestreo a conveniencia, en 50 pacientes mayores de 18 años, aplicando la escala de Resiliencia de Wagnild y Young así como también la escala de Relaciones Intrafamiliares.RESULTADOS: La media de edad 34.4, moda de 24, 26, 31, 33 y 38, mediana 32.5, el sexo predominante masculino 74%, estado civil 30% casados, ocupación profesionistas 62%, escolaridad licenciatura 70%, tipología familiar nuclear 72%, religión católica 84%. El nivel de resiliencia fue alta 68%, las relaciones intrafamiliares alta 62%. CONCLUSIONES: Se observó que mientras mayor sean las relaciones entre la familia, tienen un nivel más alto de resiliencia, por lo tanto se pueden crear más redes de apoyo entre ellos para beneficio de los pacientes con VIH

Propuesta didáctica: tabletas algebraicas como una alternativa de enseñanza del proceso de factorización de algunos polinomios de segundo grado

Este trabajo va dirigido a aquellos docentes de matemáticas y maestros en formación interesados en el tema de factorización de algunos polinomios de segundo grado. La idea se inspira en el trabajo de los árabes (e incluso Euclides, sin ser explícito) al relacionar términos de un polinomio con áreas, usar figuras para representarlas y posteriormente encontrar la solución a algunas ecuaciones relacionadas con problemas propios de su cotidianidad. Teniendo en cuenta el potencial que tienen los materiales manipulativos en la enseñanza, se optó por proponer un material didáctico que, bajo un marco de referencia, permitiera hacer llegar a los estudiantes esta idea y que de esta manera se convierta en una alternativa para enseñar el tema

Dificultades Financieras y Alternativas de Solución que utiliza la Empresa Comercial Distribuidora Rizo Jarquín Del Municipio de Matagalpa, en el I semestre del año 2014

En el presente trabajo investigativo se estudió la Gestión en el Área Financiera de las empresas de Matagalpa, para analizar las Dificultades Financieras y Alternativas de Solución que utiliza la Empresa Comercial Distribuidora Rizo Jarquín del municipio de Matagalpa en el I semestre del año 2014. La importancia de esta temática es que ayuda a administrar mejor los recursos financieros y aumentar el valor de la organización, también brinda un material de apoyo al momento de realizar el presupuesto, el cual admite implementar la proyección de metas para determinado periodo, además sirve de ayuda para que los funcionarios de la empresa estén preparados para enfrentar las diferentes dificultades que se presenten en la entidad. La gestión financiera requiere de mayor organización demandando más funcionarios en el área como especialistas, eso dependiendo del tamaño de la empresa. Las principales conclusiones de este estudio fueron que la Distribuidora Rizo Jarquín presenta como dificultad financiera un bajo nivel de ventas en algunos meses del año, para el cual hacen uso de la alternativa de implementar promociones en los productos sin afectar su valor agregado para así poder superar esta debilidad, haciendo uso de las etapas de los problemas financieros al igual que las fuentes de información para identificar los problemas; aplicándolas de manera general y empíric

A Virialized Filamentary Infrared Dark Cloud

The initial conditions of massive star and star cluster formation are expected to be cold, dense and high column density regions of the interstellar medium, which can reveal themselves via near, mid and even far-infrared absorption as Infrared Dark Clouds (IRDCs). Elucidating the dynamical state of IRDCs thus constrains theoretical models of these complex processes. In particular, it is important to assess whether IRDCs have reached virial equilibrium, where the internal pressure balances that due to the self-gravitating weight of the cloud plus the pressure of the external environmental. We study this question for the filamentary IRDC G035.39-00.33 by deriving mass from combined NIR & MIR extinction maps and velocity dispersion from C18O (1-0) & (2-1) line emission. In contrast to our previous moderately super-virial results based on 13CO emission and MIR-only extinction mapping, with improved mass measurements we now find that the filament is consistent with being in virial equilibrium, at least in its central parsec-wide region where ~1000 M_Sun snakes along several parsecs. Informalidad y evasión tributaria en colaboradores de la Galería “Ruby” del Emporio Gamarra, La Victoria, 2020

El presente trabajo de investigación titulada, “Informalidad y evasión tributaria en colaboradores de la Galería “Ruby” del Emporio Gamarra, La Victoria, 2020”. Se planteo con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre la informalidad y la evasión tributaria de los comerciantes textiles de la Galería “Ruby” del Emporio Gamarra, La Victoria, 2020. El método que se aplicó a esta investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigación descriptiva correlacional, diseño no experimental transversal. La población de estudio está compuesta por 240 y la muestra de 53 comerciantes textiles de la galería “Ruby” del emporio Gamarra, aplicando dos instrumentos de cuestionario uno para la V1 informalidad y otro para la V2 evasión tributaria para conocer la relación entre ambas variables, siendo los cuestionarios fiables y validados para la recopilación de datos de ambas variables, procesado toda la información por medio del programa estadístico SPSS V25. Conforme a los resultados obtenidos la informalidad se relaciona con la evasión tributaria de los comerciantes textiles de la galería “Ruby” del emporio Gamarra, empleando el coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach = 0.942, con un nivel significativo menor a 5%; logrando mostrar que la informalidad se relaciona con la evasión tributaria. En conclusión, del trabajo de investigación nos indica que existe correlación lineal, existiendo relación significativa entre ambas variables estudiadas.The present research work entitled, "Informality and tax evasion in collaborators of the "Ruby" Gallery of Emporio Gamarra, La Victoria, 2020". It was proposed with the objective of determining the relationship between informality and tax evasion of textile merchants of the "Ruby" Gallery of Emporio Gamarra, La Victoria, 2020. The method that was applied to this research is a quantitative approach, correlational descriptive research type, non-experimental cross-sectional design. The study population is made up of 240 and the sample of 53 textile merchants from the "Ruby" gallery of the Gamarra emporium, applying two questionnaire instruments, one for V1 informality and the other for V2 tax evasion to know the relationship between both variables. being the reliable and validated questionnaires for the data collection of both variables, processing all the information through the statistical program SPSS V25. According to the results obtained, informality is related to tax evasion of the textile merchants of the "Ruby" gallery of the Gamarra emporium, using the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient = 0.942, with a significant level of less than 5%; managing to show that informality is related to tax evasion. In conclusion, the research work indicates that there is a linear correlation, with a significant relationship between both variables studied

Qualitative analysis of lean tools in the construction sector in Colombia

This descriptive research identifies the lean tools applied worldwide in the supply chain of housing construction recognizing which are the most common tools across different countries, the least explored and which tools have the most reception in Colombia. Through a literary review of 84 academic papers from 22 countries, 254 mentions of 30 lean tools were detected, developing a qualitative content analysis from identified trends of the main differences and similarities in the adoption of lean construction (LC) in Colombia, Latin America and the different continents. The results derived from a Pareto chart and an affinity analysis in which lean tools were reduced to 23 categories, show that the main practices of lean manufacturing and lean construction are Last Planner System, Building Information Models, Visual Management, among others. This study is part of a subsequent project that will take the conclusions of this qualitative analysis to suggest a guiding tool (based on the continuous improvement tools found) that correlates applicable lean approaches with the main actors of the supply chain of high value housing projects in Bogotá. Taking into account the research gap found, this study could serve as a basis for lean construction studies in countries similar to Colombia

Fortalecimiento de la competencia indagatoria en los estudiantes de grado quinto, a través de un ambiente de aprendizaje que utiliza la indagación científica mediada por Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC)
