Children and Adolescents after the Flight: Living situations among refugee families in Germany

Skill Development on the Shop Floor - Heading to a Digital Divide?

In recent years, there has been a huge debate on how modern sensor technology and the increasing connectivity of production systems have changed industrial production processes and working conditions. This article contributes to the discussion on the effects of digitalization on skill development under different working conditions with the following question: How has learning in the work-process changed with the introduction of data-based technologies? To examine the interaction between digital assistance systems and organizational parameters on informal learning, we analyzed the implementation of digital assistant systems in two different groups: low-skilled assembly workers and high-skilled shop floor managers. Our findings suggest that a lack of autonomy in workplaces has negative impacts on informal learning and thus skill development. When the design of assistance systems perpetuates preexisting inequalities in the working conditions, their use can contribute to a polarization of qualifications and a digital divide of the workforce

Factores que influyen en el abandono de la lactancia materna exclusiva y consecuencias nutricionales en lactantes. Hospital Apoyo II-Sullana-2019

El presente trabajo de investigación “Factores que influyen en el abandono de la lactancia materna exclusiva y consecuencias nutricionales en lactantes. Hospital Apoyo II-Sullana- 2019”, corresponde al tipo no experimental de corte transversal descriptivo; tiene como objetivo determinar los Factores que influyen en el abandono de la lactancia materna exclusiva y consecuencias nutricionales en lactantes atendidos en el consultorio de pediatría de dicho hospital, la población fue conformada por 15 profesionales de enfermería, los instrumentos utilizados fueron: el un cuestionario y las tablas de valoración nutricional antropométrica de niños(as) menores de 5 años.. Los instrumentos obtuvieron una confiabilidad de alfa de Crombach (entre 0,60 y 0,80) respectivamente. Los resultados muestran que los factores que influyen al abandono de la lactancia materna exclusiva se relacionan con la edad materna promedio de 20-24 años con secundaria completa en un 60.8%, que trabajan fuera del hogar (33.3%) y la mayor proporción eran madres casadas (72.5%) Con respecto a las consecuencias nutricionales los lactantes presentaron talla baja (17.6%), con un 11.8% de desnutrición global y el 3.9% obesidad

Desarrollo de la gestión turística en la municipalidad provincial de Piura 2013

Esta investigación analiza la gestión turística desarrollada por la Municipalidad Provincial de Piura, a través de sus áreas competentes durante el año 2013. Para ello se han empleado una serie de instrumentos de recopilación y de información y bibliografía, determinando asi que dicha gestión local carece de un efectivo proceso de planificación, en cuanto al área de presupuesto carece de criterios básicos para priorizar actividades y proyectos. Por otro lado las políticas y programas se encuentran alineados, aunque se plantean no logran los objetivos establecidos, por la falta de coordinación en las áreas y a ello se une la falta de especialización de los funcionarios y de las áreas ediles. Para poder respaldar estas aseveraciones se aplicaron instrumentos de medición como entrevistas y guías de análisis documentarlos a autoridades relevantes y consideradas dentro de la división de turismo de la Municipalidad Provincial de Piura y asimismo se aplicó una ficha de observación a dicha área. Las entrevistas y gulas de análisis documentarlo fueron procesadas y analizadas en el programa estadístico SPSS, con la finalidad de generar datos fidedignos de la investigación. Después del análisis de la información procesada se llegó a la conclusión que la gestión turística de la Municipalidad Provincial de Piura tiene un impacto mínimo en el desarrollo del sector debido a la casi completa ausencia de planificación sectorial técnicamente fundamentada (a través de planes, programas y proyectos): ausencia de una política comprometida, presupuesto insuficiente, personal no competente en el tema, y una estructura organizativa y de funcionalidad compleja y llena de lentitud burocrática

Ankommen im deutschen Bildungssystem: Bildungsbeteiligung von geflüchteten Kindern und Jugendlichen

Die BAMF-Kurzanalyse 2|2019 beschäftigt sich mit dem Ankommen von geflüchteten Kindern und Jugendlichen im deutschen Bildungssystem. Anhand der Daten der IAB-BAMF-SOEP-Befragung von Geflüchteten, des Sozio-oekonomischen Panels (SOEP) sowie der integrierten IAB-SOEP-Migrationsstichprobe wurde die Bildungsbeteiligung von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit Fluchthintergrund mit jener von Gleichaltrigen mit oder ohne Migrationshintergrund in der zweiten Hälfte des Jahres 2016 verglichen.The BAMF’s Brief analysis 2|2019 addresses the arrival of refugee children and juveniles in the German education system.
