Práce se zabývá analýzou složení těla s využitím bioimpedance. V práci je obsažena teorie o bioimpedanci a metody s analýzou spojené. V praktické části je návrh zařízení pro měření složení těla včetně návrhu řídicího software pro mikrokontrolér. Na sestaveném zařízení proběhlo testování funkčnosti a srovnání dat s komerčním přístrojem Tanita.The work deals with the body analysis using bioimpedance. The work included theory about bioimpedance and methods associated with the analysis. In the practical part is design of the device for measuring body composition including a software for the microcontroller. The assembled device was tested and compared with commercial product Tanita.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem různých uhlíkových materiálů na vlastnosti Li-S akumulátorů. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány primární a sekundární elektrochemické zdroje se zaměřením v medicínských aplikacích. Druhá kapitola se jednotlivě věnuje lithiovým článkem. Hlavní částí práce je praktická výroba elektrod pro Li-S akumulátor s využitím různých druhů uhlíkových materiálů. Vlivy těchto materiálů na vlastnosti akumulátorů jsou zkoumány pro určení nejvhodnějšího z pohledu dosažené kapacity a stability.This master’s thesis deals with the influence of different carbon materials on the properties of Li-S accumulators. The theoretical part of the thesis describes primary and secondary electrochemical sources with a focus on medical applications. The second chapter deals individually with a lithium article. The main part of the thesis is the practical production of electrodes for Li-S accumulators using different types of carbon materials. The effects of these materials on the properties of accumulators are investigated to determine the most appropriate in terms of capacity and stability.

Import 05/08/2014Abstrakt Mediace jako způsob řešení sporů Bc. Barbora Pagáčová Náplní mé diplomové práce je popsat podstatu mediace jako způsob řešení sporů. Cílem práce je dokázat širokosáhlou možnost aplikace mediace v řešení sporů a potvrdit hypotézu, že klíčovým prvkem úspěchu mediace je osoba mediátora, jeho vlastnosti, schopnosti dovednosti. Teoretická část je rozdělená do dvou oddílů, v první části se nalézá popis konfliktu, jeho členění a základní styly zvládání konfliktu. Tamtéž se nachází i charakteristika řešení sporů před soudy a pomocí rozhodčího řízení. V následujícím teoretickém oddílu se nalézají ADR metody mezi nimi i mediace, její cíl a smysl, hlavní principy, nároky na osobu mediátora a jeho nástroje, fáze mediačního procesu, vývoj mediačních služeb v ČR a využití mediace v praxi. V praktické části se budu snažit dosáhnout cíle uvedením příkladů mediačních procesů, které řešily konflikty v oblasti rodinných záležitostí, politické sféře, environmentální oblasti, vrstevnických a komunitních konfliktů.Abstract Mediation as a Method of Dispute Resolution Bc. Barbora Pagáčová The aim of my thesis is to describe the essence of mediation as a method of dispute resolution. The aim is to demonstrate the possibility of widespread application of mediation in dispute resolution and confirm the hypothesis that a key element in the success of mediation is a mediator, his characteristics, abilities and skills. The theoretical part is divided into two sections. In the first one is a description of a conflict, its structure and basic styles of conflict management. There is also a characteristic of dispute resolution infront the court and through arbitration. In the following theoretical section are found ADR methods including the mediation and her objective and purpose, principles, requirements for a mediator and his tools, the phase of the mediation process, the expansion of mediation services in the Czech Republic and the use of mediation in practice. In the practical part I will try to achieve the goal by showing examples of mediation processes that deal with conflicts in family affairs, political sphere, environmental areas, peer and community conflicts.119 - Katedra právavelmi dobř

Tématem diplomové práce je návrh střední průmyslové školy oděvní v Praze 7 - Holešovice. Návrh navazuje na urbanistické řešení území Holešovic v předdiplomním projektu. V současnosti škola sídlí v budově z roku 1884 společně s obchodní akademií. Zde má škola omezený prostor pro svou výuku a nemůže se dále rozvíjet. Cílem návrhu je vytvoření prostoru pro vzdělání, prostoru umožňujícího zapojení veřejnosti a obohacujícího městskou čtvrť. Škola nabídne středoškolské vzdělání, certifikované školicí středisko a polytechnické hnízdo pro žáky základních škol. V prostorách školy budou probíhat kurzy a workshopy pro veřejnost (kurzy kresby a malby, kurzy šití a střihů...). Využití pro veřejnost dále nabídnou dvě tělocvičny a venkovní atletické sportoviště. Škola také nabídne kulturní vyžití v podobě módních přehlídek a výstav prací studentů. Poloha školy zajišťuje dobré napojení na MHD (metro, tram, bus) a dálkovou dopravu (vlak, bus). Škola bude mít potenciál celodenního využití v průběhu celého týdne.The subject of this thesis is proposal of a secondary school of fashion in Prague 7 - Holešovice. This proposal continues in the urban solution of Holešovice region in preliminary project. The school is currently located in the building from 1884 that shares with business school. In this building, the school has limited space for education and it can't developed itself. The aim of this proposal is not just creation of the right place for education, but also to creat the place that allows public involvement and that enriches this region. School is going to offer high school education, certified training center and polytechnical nest (place for technical education) for pupils of elementary schools. In the space of the school is going to be organized courses and workshops for public (courses of drawing and painting, courses of stitching ...). There are also going to be available two gyms and outdoor athletics sports ground for public. On top of that, the school is going to offer some cultural variegation like fashion shows and exhibitions of student's works. The school is located near the public transport (underground, tram, bus, train). The school has a potential of daylong use during the whole week

Project Preparation for Financing from EU Funds

Bakalářská práce prozkoumává možnosti využití finančních prostředků z fondů Evropské unie ke spolufinancování projektu s turistickým potenciálem, který má být realizovaný ve Středočeském kraji. Její teoretická východiska seznamují s konceptem regionální politiky EU, dále budou představeny jednotlivé evropské fondy a popsáno napojení na českou soustavu programových dokumentů. Praktická část práce se zabývá výběrem vhodného operačního programu a zpracováním podkladů potřebných pro sestavení Žádosti o poskytnutí dotace z fondů EU. Rovněž budou zmíněny jednotlivé kroky, jež musí žadatel o dotaci učinit, a podmínky, které plynou z případného čerpání dotace.The Bachelor’s thesis approaches the possibilities of project co-financing using the financial resources from EU funds. The introductory chapter deals with the concept of EU regional policy, further there are particular European funds presented and connection to the Czech system of programme documents. The Fundamental, practical part of the thesis concerns with the selection of a suitable operational programme and the processing of materials necessary for the completion of the Grant Application Form. Particular steps that the applicant must accomplish before his application is passed are also mentioned as well as the conditions for the recipient of the grant.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá praktickou realizací začátku podnikání rodinné firmy. Cílem práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu společně se založením fiktivní společnosti s ručením omezeným. Práce je strukturovaná do dvou hlavních částí. Teoretická část práce je věnovaná literární rešerši teoretických poznatků, které představují východiska pro praktickou část práce. Literární rešerše je zpracována na základě české a zahraniční odborné literatury. Jsou zde vymezeny specifika spojená s rodinným podnikáním a jeho vývoj v České republice. Praktická část práce se zabývá založením fiktivní společnosti s ručením omezeným, sestavením podnikatelského plánu a dokumentu zajišťujícím soulad mezi rodinou a podnikáním, kterým je rodinná ústava.The bachelor thesis deals with the practical implementation of the beginning of a family business. The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan together with the establishment of a fictitious limited liability company. The thesis is structured into two main parts. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the literature research of theoretical knowledge, which represents the basis for the practical part of the thesis. Literature research is prepared on the basis of the Czech and foreign professional literature. The specifics defined here are associated with a family business and its development in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis deals with the establishment of a fictitious limited liability company, the compilation of a business plan and a document ensuring harmony between the family and business, which is the family constitution.115 - Katedra managementuvýborn
