Las organizaciones especializadas en derechos humanos de la sociedad civil en México han evolucionado creando un contexto de mayor democracia. Su crecimiento y profesionalización se ha realizado en función de los grandes movimientos sociales que han generado procesos de grandes cambios en el país. Estas instancias son un instrumento de la sociedad para promover, fortalecer, defender y promover los derechos humanos. Su agenda cambia de acuerdo al territorio conquistado por la democracia en el país

Hacer la paz posible es un tema permanente en la historiade la humanidad. Vivir en armonía, en una sociedad libre deviolencia es un anhelo inalcanzado hasta ahora por la humanidad,por más que ha habido grandes y serios esfuerzos por que la paz seaposible. La paz es término que ha vivido en correlato, en un binomiopermanente con el de la guerra. La paz, no es la ausencia de guerra yno es una realidad que gana terreno en tanto la guerra o el conflictolo pierde. La paz, como concepto, trasciende la guerra y se ubica ensociedades «sin guerra», pero en constante conflicto. (3RS,1′SR,2′SR,7a′SR)-2′-(4-Chloro­phen­yl)-1-hexyl-2′′-sulfanyl­idene-5′,6′,7′,7a′-tetra­hydro-2′H-di­spiro­[indoline-3,3′-pyrrolizine-1′,5′′-thia­zolidine]-2,4′′-dione, C28H30ClN3O2S2, (I), (3RS,1′SR,2′SR,7a′SR)-2′-(4-chloro­phen­yl)-1-benzyl-5-methyl-2′′-sulfanyl­idene-5′,6′,7′,7a′-tetra­hydro-2′H-di­spiro­[in­doline-3,3′-pyrrolizine-1′,5′′-thia­zolidine]-2,4′′-dione, C30H26ClN3O2S2, (II), and (3RS,1′SR,2′SR,7a′SR)-2′-(4-chloro­phen­yl)-5-fluoro-2′′-sulfanyl­idene-5′,6′,7′,7a′-tetra­hydro-2′H-di­spiro­[indoline-3,3′-pyrrolizine-1′,5′′-thia­zolidine]-2,4′′-dione, C22H17ClFN3O2S2, (III), were each isolated as a single regioisomer using a one-pot reaction involving L -proline, a substituted isatin and (Z)-5-(4-chloro­benzyl­idene)-2-sulfanyl­idene­thia­zolidin-4-one [5-(4-chloro­benzyl­idene)rhodanine]. The com­positions of (I)–(III) were established by elemental analysis, com­plemented by high-resolution mass spectrometry in the case of (I); their constitutions, including the definition of the regiochemistry, were established using NMR spectroscopy, and the relative configurations at the four stereogenic centres were established using single-crystal X-ray structure analysis. A possible reaction mechanism for the formation of (I)–(III) is proposed, based on the detailed stereochemistry. The mol­ecules of (I) are linked into simple chains by a single N—H⋯N hydrogen bond, those of (II) are linked into a chain of rings by a combination of N—H⋯O and C—H⋯S=C hydrogen bonds, and those of (III) are linked into sheets by a combination of N—H⋯N and N—H⋯S=C hydrogen bonds.Publisher PDFPeer reviewe

Estudio de la metodología y principios de fisicoculturismo en la enseñanza de los deportistas que participan en el campeonato Mr. Imbabura de la ciudad de Ibarra en el año 2012

Diagnosticar los principios que emplean los entrenadores en la enseñanza de la metodología de fisicoculturismo de los deportistas que participan en el campeonato Mr. Imbabura en la Ciudad de Ibarra en el año 2012.La presente investigación se refirió al ¿Estudio de la metodología y principios de fisicoculturismo en la enseñanza de los deportistas que participan en el campeonato Mr. Imbabura de la ciudad de Ibarra en el año 2012¿, la investigación permitió conocer como los entrenadores y deportistas de los gimnasios de la cuidad de Ibarra investigados tienen un deficiente conocimiento de los principios y métodos del Fisicoculturismo, esto me llevó a desarrollar un programa informático de ayuda para los entrenadores para la preparación física correcta de los deportistas y para contribuir con el desarrollo de esta disciplina deportiva. El presente trabajo de grado tuvo como propósito esencial diagnosticar, identificar el nivel de conocimientos de los entrenadores y deportistas respecto a los principios y métodos que se utilizan en el fisicoculturismo en los gimnasio de la cuidad de Ibarra, conocidos los resultados, se elaboró un Programa Informático donde se aplican los diferentes principios, métodos y ejercicios con énfasis en la mejora del conocimiento de los mismos. Esta Programa Informático además de ayudar a los deportistas, ayude a los entrenadores a impartir un entrenamiento de calidad a través de la utilización con variedad de principios, métodos y ejercicios actualizados. Por la singularidad de investigación corresponde a un proyecto Factible, se basó en una investigación, no experimental, de campo, descriptiva. A los entrenadores y deportistas aplicó una encuesta con ítems fáciles de contestar. La encuesta fue las técnicas de investigación que permitió recolectar información relacionada con el problema de estudio. El Fisicoculturismo una gran variedad de situaciones debido a su difícil realidad organizativa. Dentro de dichas situaciones surgen acciones metodológicas para cuya elaboración ha de existir un prontuario de respuestas motrices adecuadas en este deporte

ITERL: A Wireless Adaptive System for Efficient Road Lighting

This work presents the development and construction of an adaptive street lighting system that improves safety at intersections, which is the result of applying low-power Internet of Things (IoT) techniques to intelligent transportation systems. A set of wireless sensor nodes using the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 802.15.4 standard with additional internet protocol (IP) connectivity measures both ambient conditions and vehicle transit. These measurements are sent to a coordinator node that collects and passes them to a local controller, which then makes decisions leading to the streetlight being turned on and its illumination level controlled. Streetlights are autonomous, powered by photovoltaic energy, and wirelessly connected, achieving a high degree of energy efficiency. Análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de la oferta de piscinas cubiertas en las Comunidades Autónomas españolas

La natación recreativa es la actividad físico-deportiva con mayor volumen de practicantes en España. Esta actividad se ha visto favorecida en los últimos años por el progresivo incremento de la oferta de piscinas cubiertas, siendo este espacio el que presenta mayor intensidad de uso. Distintos estudios han destacado la asociación positiva entre la disponibilidad de instalaciones deportivas y los niveles de actividad física de la población. El análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo de la oferta de piscinas cubiertas en las Comunidades Autónomas puede resultar un excelente indicador del grado de desarrollo de estas instalaciones en la consecución de un entorno social más saludable. Para ello, se seleccionaron 12 variables por un grupo de expertos que permitieran el análisis de la oferta de piscinas cubiertas en las regiones, y mediante el análisis con un Indicador Sintético de Piscinas Cubiertas (ISPC) se clasificó a las Comunidades Autónomas en 4 niveles de desarrollo (Bajo, Medio-Bajo, Medio Alto y Alto). Los resultados ofrecen una gran disparidad entre las regiones en sus dotaciones de piscinas cubiertas, fruto de las diferentes inversiones políticas, culturas deportivas y realidades sociales, situándose en los primeros puestos las Comunidades Autónomas con mayor práctica deportiva. Este estudio puede servir de herramienta para una mejor planificación deportiva de las Autonomías y entidades promotoras del deporte. The physical-sport activity more practiced in Spain is the recreational swimming. In recent years, this activity has been amplified by the progressive increment of indoor pools, being these types of spaces, the ones that present more use. Different studies have manifested the positive association between the availability of sports facilities and levels of population’s physical activity. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the offer of indoor swimming pools in Autonomous Communities can result an excellent indicator of the degree of development of these facilities, to achieve a healthy social context. For this study, 12 variables by a group of experts were selected to permit the analysis of the offer of indoor swimming pools in the Autonomous Communities. With the analysis of a Synthetic Indicator of Indoor Pools (ISPC), was classified each Autonomous Community into 4 levels of development (Low, Lower-Middle, Upper-Medium and Upper). The results demonstrate the great disparities between Autonomous Communities with regards of their resources in indoor swimming pools, which has been produced from different political investments, sports cultures and social realities, being in the first positions the Autonomous Communities with higher levels sports practice. This study can be a useful tool for better sports planning’s in Autonomies and also for companies of the sport. Breaking the fragile. The experience of urban growth in the steppes of amancaes

This paper introduces the reader into the interdisciplinary nature of environmental law, through the review of a case of green areas ecosystem degradation by Lima’s city urban growth. The authors show the usefulness of using history, urban planning, environmental policy, environmental management tools, criminal prosecution, among other disciplines, in order to apply the legislation in a coherent manner and oriented to contribute to the common well-being. The integration of these multiple approaches in the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030, allows fi nancing for projects help overcome the challenges in order to reconcile urban growth and urban green areas conservation.El artículo introduce al lector en una reflexión sobre la interdisciplinariedad del derecho ambiental a partir de un caso específico de deterioro de servicios ambientales de las áreas verdes por el crecimiento de la ciudad de Lima. Los autores muestran la utilidad de apelar a la historia, el ordenamiento urbano, la política ambiental, los instrumentos de la gestión ambiental, la investigación criminal, entre otras disciplinas, para poder aplicar la legislación de manera coherente y orientada a contribuir al bienestar común. La integración de estos múltiples enfoques en los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible hacia el 2030, permite financiar proyectos que ayuden a superar los desafíos de conciliar el crecimiento urbano con la conservación de las áreas verdes de las ciudades

Towards a new generation of dynamic indices for the assessment of drug-induced proarrhythmic risk

The detection of proarrhythmic side effects in many marketed drugs has prompted the search for complementary non-invasive markers of cardiotoxicity risk. Novel indices based on the study of cardiac vector dynamics have now emerged. Herein, we use quaternion methods to study alterations in the angular velocity during ventricular repolarization. The assessment was conducted in patients with Torsade de Pointes episodes when undergoing a Sotalol treatment. The algorithm includes a Principal Component Analysis to homogenize the information from three databases and, at the same time, reduce the space to three dimensions. Significant differences were found (p < 5E-4) in the angular velocity of the second half of repolarization loop (T-wave). The ratio between the maximums of the angular velocity in both T-wave halves showed a trend to 1 in the proximity of an arrhythmic event and reached sensitivity/specificity pair of 97/100 (AUC 0.99) in the comparison of healthy population with at-risk patients. The high performance of the method exceeded the expectations of the standard measurement and it becomes a promising outcome for the development of safe drug therapies.Fil: Cruces, Pablo Daniel. Holographic Fabry-Perot spectrometer

We propose a spectrum analyzer based on the properties of a hologram recorded with the field transmitted by a Fabry-Perot etalon. The spectral response of this holographic Fabry-Perot spectrometer (HFPS) is analytically investigated in the paraxial approximation and compared with a conventional Fabry-Perot etalon of similar characteristics. We demonstrate that the resolving power is twice increased and the free spectral range (FSR) is reduced to one-half. The proposed spectrometer could improve the operational performance of the etalon because it can exhibit high efficiency and it would be insensible to environmental conditions such as temperature and vibrations. Our analysis also extends to another variant of the HFPS based on holographic multiplexing of the transmitted field of a Fabry-Perot etalon. This device increases the FSR, keeping the same HFPS performance
