    Après avoir clarifié le concept de détachement de la marque, cette communication présente les résultats de notre première collecte de données. La première partie de ce papier conceptualise le phénomène de détachement de la marque : après une présentation succincte de la littérature sur le détachement, nous exposons notre approche de ce concept. Puis, nous présentons certains résultats de notre étude qualitative pour appréhender ses antécédents et mettre en exergue son impact sur la fidélité à la marque. La seconde partie présentes nos premiers résultats quantitatifs et particulièrement ceux relatifs à la construction d’une échelle de mesure. Le détachement de la marque semble avoir deux dimensions : une affective et une cognitive. Enfin, les facteurs activant le processus de détachement de la marque sont exposés.Having clarified the concept of brand detachment, this communication presents the results of our first data collection. The first part of this paper conceptualises the phenomenon of brand detachment : After a succinct presentation of the literature on detachment, we expose our approach of this concept. Then, we present some results of our qualitative research to apprehend its antecedents and outline its impact on brand loyalty. The second part presents the first quantitative results relative to our study and particularly the creation of a measurement scale. Brand detachment seems to have two dimensions : an affective and a cognitive. Finally, the factors activating the process of brand detachment are exposed.detachment; brand; échelle de mesure; réactions affectives; dissolution des relations; marque; détachement; measurement scale; affective reactions; relationship dissolution;

    Justice politique et tactique judiciaire. L'usage des tribunaux nationaux et internationaux en Libye

    Résumé Le régime libyen, réputé dépourvu de règles, faisait un usage répété et singulier des tribunaux nationaux et internationaux dont les procédures, davantage que les décisions, devaient permettre d'atteindre des objectifs politiques. À partir de l'analyse de quatre affaires s'entremêlant sur vingt ans (1990-2010), l'article présente cette tactique judiciaire qui consistait à recourir à la justice comme instrument de négociation internationale et de communication interne

    Dégradation de l’absorptance solaire de matériaux thermo-optiques contaminés par la propulsion électrique

    International audienceOne of the objectives of this work was to contaminate samples by the erosion of different targets in order to study the effect of this contamination on their thermo-optical properties. The second objective was to validate the Spacecraft Plasma Interaction System (SPIS) module dedicated to simulation of erosion and contamination.First, experiments were conducted in IDEFIXe chamber at ONERA to expose OSR and SSM to contamination created by the erosion of targets representing elements of a spacecraft using electric propulsion, subject to ions bombardment. The targets were submitted to Xe+ ions beam. Samples were placed facing the target and were then submitted to the contamination by erosion products. The quantity of contaminants was estimated through a quartz micro-balance. Reflectance of the contaminated samples was then measured to evaluate the effect on their solar absorptance and their surface was characterized by XPS.Different targets and different samples were used allowing us to extract general tendencies and phenomenology.In a second time, simulations of the test were performed with SPIS. These simulations have allowed us reproducing experimental results, validating the code and proposing erosion mechanisms for polymeric materials

    Exploiting synchrotron X-ray tomography for a novel insight into flax-fibre defects ultrastructure

    Flax fibres are valuable reinforcements for tomorrow's composites. However, defects called kink-bands, which mainly appear on fibres during the extraction and transformation phases, might affect their mechanical properties. Defects induced pores, within the kink-band are investigated in this work. They were morphologically explored using synchrotron phase-contrast X-ray microtomography, a technique that displays a sharp 3D representation of the pores. The study highlights the link between kink-bands and secondary cell wall ultrastructure. Pores are organised concentrically around the lumen, and their low thickness suggest that they are located at the interface between cellulose layers within S2 (G) layer. Moreover, the pores inclination with reference to the lumen axis follows the typical microfibrillar angle changes observed in the literature in the kink-band region. The volumes of the pores were measured, and a local increase in porosity was revealed in zones where defects are most severe along the fibre.Comment: 12 pages, 6 figures. Complex nature of apparently balanced chromosomal rearrangements in patients with autism spectrum disorder

    Background: Apparently balanced chromosomal rearrangements can be associated with an abnormal phenotype, including intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Genome-wide microarrays reveal cryptic genomic imbalances, related or not to the breakpoints, in 25% to 50% of patients with an abnormal phenotype carrying a microscopically balanced chromosomal rearrangement. Here we performed microarray analysis of 18 patients with ASD carrying balanced chromosomal abnormalities to identify submicroscopic imbalances implicated in abnormal neurodevelopment. Methods: Eighteen patients with ASD carrying apparently balanced chromosomal abnormalities were screened using single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) arrays. Nine rearrangements were de novo, seven inherited, and two of unknown inheritance. Genomic imbalances were confirmed by fluorescence in situ hybridization and quantitative PCR. Results: We detected clinically significant de novo copy number variants in four patients (22%), including three with de novo rearrangements and one with an inherited abnormality. The sizes ranged from 3.3 to 4.9 Mb; three were related to the breakpoint regions and one occurred elsewhere. We report a patient with a duplication of the Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome critical region, contributing to the delineation of this rare genomic disorder. The patient has a chromosome 4p inverted duplication deletion, with a 0.5 Mb deletion of terminal 4p and a 4.2 Mb duplication of 4p16.2p16.3. The other cases included an apparently balanced de novo translocation t(5;18)(q12;p11.2) with a 4.2 Mb deletion at the 18p breakpoint, a subject with de novo pericentric inversion inv(11)(p14q23.2) in whom the array revealed a de novo 4.9 Mb deletion in 7q21.3q22.1, and a patient with a maternal inv(2)(q14.2q37.3) with a de novo 3.3 Mb terminal 2q deletion and a 4.2 Mb duplication at the proximal breakpoint. In addition, we identified a rare de novo deletion of unknown significance on a chromosome unrelated to the initial rearrangement, disrupting a single gene, RFX3. Conclusions: These findings underscore the utility of SNP arrays for investigating apparently balanced chromosomal abnormalities in subjects with ASD or related neurodevelopmental disorders in both clinical and research settings

    Characteristics of primary care practices associated with patient education during COVID-19: Results of the PRICOV-19 cross-sectional study in 38 countries

    Full text link
    editorial reviewedAbstract: - Background During the COVID-19 pandemic, prevention was at the heart of the management of the health crisis with an important component related to citizen health education and therapeutic education for both the covid infected patient and the patient at risk. Primary care practices (PCPs) played a crucial role in these educational activities. - Questions / Objectives This paper aims to explore which PCP configurations enabled responsiveness to the patient education component during the COVID-19 pandemic. - Methods A "Patient Education - PE" score was created based on responses to six self-reported questionnaire items, such as staff involvement in providing information to patients by telephone. These were compiled by PRICOV, a multi-country cross-sectional study in Europe and Israel. A linear mixed model (LMM) analysis was performed with continuous PE score and PCP characteristics with 3638 respondents. - Results The mean PE score was 2.55 (SD. 0.68) with a maximum of 4 and varies suite widely between countries. Among all PCP characteristics, the following factors significantly (p < 0.05) increasing the PE score are main payment system (with a capitation payment system or another system compared to the fee for service), perception of the same or above average PCP with patients with chronic conditions and perception of adequate government support. - Conclusion The results highlight some levers that will overcome some barriers and enable the development of the educational approach appropriate to primary care; the model presented is still incomplete and requires further investigation to identify additional configuration elements favorable to educational activities.PRICO

    Cet ouvrage s’inscrit dans la continuité de plusieurs autres volumes de la collection afin de proposer aux bibliothécaires et documentalistes des clés pour aborder et gérer efficacement la documentation dématérialisée : une douzaine d’auteurs s’attachent à présenter les modalités de sélection, d’acquisition, de signalement, d’évaluation et de conservation propres à ces ressources en développant en filigrane un questionnement sur la fonction de la bibliothèque. Prenant appui aussi bien sur des bibliothèques de lecture publique que des universités, le plan s’organise autour de quatre parties pragmatiques et opératoires : connaître le contexte ; sélectionner et acquérir ; intégrer et sélectionner et, enfin, évaluer et conserver
