On the Mathematical and Geometrical Structure of the Determining Equations for Shear Waves in Nonlinear Isotropic Incompressible Elastodynamics
Using the theory of hyperbolic systems we put in perspective the
mathematical and geometrical structure of the celebrated circularly polarized
waves solutions for isotropic hyperelastic materials determined by Carroll in
Acta Mechanica 3 (1967) 167--181. We show that a natural generalization of this
class of solutions yields an infinite family of \emph{linear} solutions for the
equations of isotropic elastodynamics. Moreover, we determine a huge class of
hyperbolic partial differential equations having the same property of the shear
wave system. Restricting the attention to the usual first order asymptotic
approximation of the equations determining transverse waves we provide the
complete integration of this system using generalized symmetries.Comment: 19 page
Prevention of colitis in rats receiving palm oil on the background of dysbiosis by using quertulin
Aim: Identify the possibility of preventing colitis that develops in rats when consuming palm oil against dysbiosis.
Materials and Methods: Antidysbiosis agent "Quertulin" (Quercetin + Inulin + Citrate Ca) was used. Biological experiments were performed on rats receiving a non-fat diet (NFD). The second group of rats received a diet in which 15% of starch was replaced with 15% palm oil containing 42% palmitic acid (C16:0). The third group of rats received a diet of palm oil and, in addition, received quertulin 400 mg / kg daily for 38 days. Rats of the 2nd and 3rd groups for development of dysbiosis from the first day of the experiment received lincomycin (60 mg / kg) with drinking water for 5 days. The activity of elastase, catalase, urease, lysozyme and the content of malodialdehyde (MDA) was determined in the gut mucosal homogenates. The ratio of catalase and MDA was calculated by the antioxidant-prooxidant index of API, according to the ratio of relative activity of urease and lysozyme β the degree of dysbiosis.
Results: In rats receiving palm oil on the background of dysbiosis, the activity of elastase, urease, MDA content and the degree of dysbiosis increases in the mucosa of the colon, but the activity of catalase, lysozyme, and index API decreases. In rats receiving quertulin, the level of elastase, MDA, catalase, urease and lysozyme normalized, the API index increased and the degree of dysbiosis decreased.
Conclusions: Consumption of palm oil on the background of dysbiosis causes the development of colitis and dysbiosis by reducing the level of nonspecific immunity and antioxidant protection. Antidysbiotic mean Quertulin has mucosoprotective action
Experimental treatment of dysbiosis in colitis with hepatitis
Nonspecific colitis (inflammation of the colon mucosa) is a common gastroenterological disease. The causative factors of this disease are intestinal dysbiosis, which leads to an increase in blood concentration of intestinal endotoxin (lipopolysaccharide), as well as impaired liver antimicrobial function. The purpose of this study was to determine the possibility of preventing colitis, which develops as a result of a combination of dysbiosis and hepatitis, with the help of biotrit, which has an antidysbiotic and hepatoprotective effect. The experiments were conducted on 24 white rats of the Wistar line (males, 1 month old), divided into 3 equal groups: 1 - control (normal); 2 - dysbiosis + hepatitis without treatment; 3 - dysbiosis + hepatitis + drug "Biotrit". Dysbiosis was caused by the antibiotic lincomycin, which was given to rats with drinking water at a dose of 60 mg / kg for the first 5 days. Toxic hepatitis was reproduced in rats using hydrazine hydrochloride. Studies have shown that the phytopreparation Biotrit has a mucosoprotective effect in experimental nonspecific colitis due to both antidysbiotic and antioxidant effects
Erratum to: Methods of Electron Microdiffraction and X-Ray Analysis in Structure Study of Nanodisperse Partially Stabilized ZrO2 Powders
Analytical electron microscopy (AEM) has been used to study both structure and morphology of partially yttria-stabilized zirconia dioxide nanopowders (YSZ) obtained by wet-chemical methods (glycine and azeotropic distillation) and ceramics produced from them. Both morphological and structural inhomogeneity of nanopowders obtained by glycine (glc) method has been estimated. Besides the tetragonal ZrO2 phase (results of X-ray analyses) the cubic phase of ZrO2 with different degree of crystallinity has been estimated by Electron Microdiffraction (EMD) methods. In powders obtained by azeotropic distillation (dest) method besides the amorphous phase (identified in X-ray investigations) the high disperse cubic zirconia phase has been identified using high local EMD method. It has been detected the yttrium influence on the degree of crystallinity in nanopowders obtained by azeotropic distillation method without yttria (dest-0YSZ) and with 5 wt % Y2O3 (dest-5YSZ). It has been determined the difference in ceramic morphology produced from these powders. Ceramics mode of nanopowders containing yttria (glc-5YSZ and dest-5YSZ) have a homogeneous surface which consists of different size globules (0.1β0.6 ΞΌm) and contains some little pores (βΌ370 nm). Ceramics mode of nanopowders without yttria have inhomogeneous surface with numerous cracks. Separate parts of the latter ceramics consist of globules, their sizes are of 0.2β0.5 ΞΌm.Institute of Solid State Physics, University of Latvia as the Center of Excellence has received funding from the European Unionβs Horizon 2020 Framework Programme H2020-WIDESPREAD-01-2016-2017-TeamingPhase2 under grant agreement No. 739508, project CAMART
EXPRESS-BIOENERGETIC DIAGNOSTICS OF ACCOMPANYING DISEASES IN ACNE
The subject of the study is to establish the value of bioenergetic indicators of active micro-zones of the auricle as a criterion for rapid diagnosis of concomitant diseases in acne patients. To this end, acupuncture points of the auricle have been studied in 103 acne patients. The reliability of the survey results was established by comparative statistical processing with the data of traditional diagnostic methods. A significant coincidence of the results of express and traditional methods of research has been revealed, which justifies recommending the use of bioenergetic studies of the active zones of the auricle as an express test for a targeted follow-up examination of patients with acne in order to identify concomitant pathology.Key words: acne, active micro-zones of the auricle, bioenergetic express diagnostics.ΠΊΠ°Π½Π΄ΠΈΠ΄Π°Ρ ΠΌΠ΅Π΄ΠΈΡΠΈΠ½ΡΠΊΠΈΡ

Stereoelectronic effects in RNase-catalysed reactions of dinucleoside phosphate cleavage
AbstractThe rate at which dinucleoside phosphates are cleaved by RNases is supposed to be determined by the mole fraction of enzyme-substrate complexes in which the phosphodiester moiety of a dinucleoside phosphate has a highly reactive conformation. The mole fraction of such complexes for a particular RNase depends on the nature of a nucleoside at the O5'-end of the phosphodiester bond. Experimental data are presented to support this hypothesis
Binary classfication: credit risk prediction
This thesis demonstrates how to perform cost-sensitive binary classification in Azure ML Studio to predict credit risk based on the information given on a credit application. The classification problem in this experiment is a cost-sensitive one because the cost of misclassifying the positive samples is five times the cost of misclassifying the negative samples

Recursion operator for stationary Nizhnik--Veselov--Novikov equation
We present a new general construction of recursion operator from zero
curvature representation. Using it, we find a recursion operator for the
stationary Nizhnik--Veselov--Novikov equation and present a few low order
symmetries generated with the help of this operator.Comment: 6 pages, LaTeX 2
