Chile's pension reform after twenty years
The aim of this paper is to describe the 1980 Chilean pension reform and to present its main results and economic impact. It is mainly descriptive; however we have tried to emphasize the lessons that may be learned and that may be of interest to other countries in different circumstances. In particular, we focus on potential areas for regulatory improvements. In Section II, a brief description of the AFP system and its place within Chile's social security system is presented. Also, the main characteristics of the transition from the"old"to the new system are sketched, together with the main changes in regulation after 1980. Section III includes a history of pension reform in Chile along with an analysis of the circumstances which may explain why the country decided to introduce such a radical reform. In Section IV, the performance of the AFP system is summarized. In Section V, the main economic effects of pension reform are discussed. Section VI presents our view regarding future development in the regulation of the AFP system. The aim of this study is to evidence how 2.0 conversations in social media impact the reputation of destinations. Additionally, the influence of co-creation practices is analysed. The five most competitive destinations worldwide have been chosen for the research. This paper demonstrates that monitoring social media is a challenge in tourism and is a strategic tool to support process decision making and for destination brand building in a sustainable way. Currently, there are several monitoring and analytic tools, but there is a lack of models to systematise and harness it for the Destination Management Organization (DMOs). In conclusion, how tourists play the main role in the competitiveness of Destinations with their experiences and opinions are considered, along with some keys for successful management of social media are given in the view of the results.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio

The inception of Symplectic Geometry: the works of Lagrange and Poisson during the years 1808-1810
The concept of a symplectic structure first appeared in the works of Lagrange
on the so-called "method of variation of the constants". These works are
presented, together with those of Poisson, who first defined the composition
law called today the "Poisson bracket". The method of variation of the

Magnetic structure and orbital ordering in BaCoO3 from first-principles calculations
Ab initio calculations using the APW+lo method as implemented in the WIEN2k
code have been used to describe the electronic structure of the
quasi-one-dimensional system BaCoO3. Both, GGA and LDA+U approximations were
employed to study different orbital and magnetic orderings. GGA predicts a
metallic ground state whereas LDA+U calculations yield an insulating and
ferromagnetic ground state (in a low-spin state) with an alternating orbital
ordering along the Co-Co chains, consistent with the available experimental

Comparisons for Esta-Task3: Cles and Cesam
We present the results of comparing three different implementations of the
microscopic diffusion process in the stellar evolution codes CESAM and CLES.
For each of these implementations we computed models of 1.0, 1.2 and 1.3
M. We analyse the differences in their internal structure at three
selected evolutionary stages, as well as the variations of helium abundance and
depth of the stellar convective envelope. The origin of these differences and
