    Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Syariah Dengan Metode Camel Dan Regc (Studi Pada Bank Bni Syariah Tahun 2011-2015)

    Metode penilaian kesehatan bank terus saja berkembang, ada dua metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini, pertama metode CAMELS sesuai dengan peraturan BI No.6/10/PBI/2004. Dan yang kedua adalah metode RGEC yang merupakan pembaruan peraturan yang dilakukan oleh BI melalui Peraturan BI No. 13/1/PBI/2011 tentang Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Umum yang berlaku sejak 1 Januari 2012. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan antara dua metode tersebut. Dan juga untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan Bank BNI Syari'ah dengan menggunakan metode CAMELS dan RGEC. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan selama lima periode yaitu tahun 2011 sampai dengan 2015. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara menelaah catatan-catatan atau dokumen Perusahaan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah metode CAMELS dan RGEC dengan menentukan tingkat kesehatan bank menjadi peringkat kesehatan bank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian tingkat kesehatan Bank BNI Syari'ah dengan menggunakan metode CAMELS rata-rata menunjukkan predikat SANGAT SEHAT. Dan Bank BNI Syari'ah yang menggunakan metode RGEC rata-rata menunjukkan predikat SEHAT.  Sehingga kinerja Bank BNI Syari'ah harus dipertahankan dengan cara menjaga tingkat kesehatan bank

    The objective of this research is to find out the influence of  Leadership on Employee Dicipline in population and Civil Registration Agency of Takalar Regency. The type of the research is quantitative with the type of survey research and collection techniques using observation, questionnaire and documentation techniques. The informants involved in this research are seventy five people in the population and civil Registration of Takalar Regency. The sample of the research was selected by using saturated sample technique. The results of this research show that the leadership is a responsibility that must be carried out in addition to leadership responsibilities can also be called an activity carried out by the leader by carrying out his leadership duties  has a big influence on employee discipline, so the discipline of employees is good enough because the leadership can be said firmly in doing the action.     To meet the demand for chicken meat in the NTB Province, the NTB Provincial Government has developed the concept of a large-scale and integrated poultry village called the Chicken Satellite program. The program facilitates poultry farmers and entrepreneurs with supporting facilities such as heating machines and egg incubators. Egg incubators held by the government apply manual settings so that every time they start hatching the user makes settings. In this study, an egg incubator was developed that can store the incubation indicator settings until it hatches into a hatching profile. the profile contains incubation mode, hatch mode, or incubation mode until hatching repeatedly. the user can go back to using those profile settings without resetting all the indicators required for eggs to hatch. By using ESP8266 as processing core. AHT10 as a sensor to measure temperature and humidity. The method used for this research is the Research and Development (RD) method. The test results show that all incubation and hatching indicators can be stored in a profile. saved profiles reach 100 different profiles

    This study aims to look at the effect of the competence of the government apparatus, adherence to laws and regulations, and budget goal clarity to the accountability of the performance of government agencies with organizational commitment and managerial performance as a moderating variable in the SKPD in Kampar regency. This research was carried out on 33 working units are located in Kampar regency in 2016. The samples were used as respondents drawn using proposive sampling method. Each population is represented by three respondents, chief financial officer, treasurer, and chief of staff of the program. Questionnaires were distributed to 99 respondents, and successfully recovered the complete answer is obtained from 45 respondents. Data collected from 45 respondents further data were analyzed with SPSS version 2.0 using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to generate test classic assumptions, data analysis model, the coefficient of determination and prove the hypothesis. The results found that the simultaneous partial or variable competence of the government apparatus, adherence to laws and regulations, and budget goal clarity and organizational commitment and managerial performance as moderating variables affect the performance accountability of government agencies

    Investigation of fundamental and higher harmonic AC magnetic susceptibility of FeSe0.5Te0.5 Superconductor

    We present the complex harmonic magnetic susceptibilities of the FeSeTe polycrystalline superconducting sample. The ac magnetic susceptibility is measured as a function of various external perturbations such as temperature, the AC magnetic field amplitude, frequency, and the magnitude of DC bias field. The in phase and out of phase components of the fundamental and third harmonics of ac susceptibility are found to vary as a function of the AC drive field. The imaginary part of third harmonics shows two peaks as a function of frequency, one negative in magnitude and another is positive. The negative peak shifts towards the lower temperature and positive peak is shifted towards the higher temperature as we increase the frequency. To better understand the AC magnetic response under the influence of various perturbations, we have analyzed the polar plot of the complex ac susceptibility for both the harmonics.     Spodoptera litura is main pest destroyer leaves of soybean leaves. As an alternative replacement of synthetic insecticides is bioinsecticides by utility basic ingredients from plant that are easy find such as Piper aduncum L.. The purpose of the research is to find out of a better surfactants concentration which can enhance the effectiveness of Piper aduncum L. extract below 10% which is the concentration 75 g/l of water to control S. litura of soybean. The research was conducted at the Laboratory of Plant Pests, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau from March to May 2016. The Research was conducted experimentally by using completely randomized design (CRD), which consists of 4 treatments, where each treatments was replicated 4 times to obtain 16 experimental units. The treatments used in the research were 0 %, 0.025%, 0.037% and 0.050% concentration of surfactants given as the extract of Piper aduncum L. concentration of 75 g/l water. The result showed the addition of several concentrations of surfactants hasn't been able to increase the effectiveness of the concentration of ekstract Piper aduncum L. under 10% that is concentration of 75 g/l water as bioinsecticides in controlling the S. litura. But the addition of surfactants on the concentration of 0.05% (recommended dose) can increase the death of S. litura as big as to 7.5%

    An inter comparison of the upper critical fields (Hc2) of different superconductors - YBa2Cu3O7, MgB2, NdFeAsO0.8F0.2, FeSe0.5Te0.5 and Nb2PdS5

    Here we report the comparison of the upper critical fields of different superconductors being calculated by two different theories i.e., Werthamer Helfand Hohenburg (WHH) and Ginzberg Landau (GL). All the samples are synthesized through previously known solid state reaction route. Phase purity is determined from the Rietveld refinement of powder X-Ray diffraction (XRD) data. High field (up to 14Tesla) magneto transport \r{ho}(T)H of different superconductors is studied to estimate their upper critical field (Hc2). The present inter comparison covers from Cuprates (YBa2Cu3O7) - Borides (MgB2) - Fe pnictides (NdFeAsO0.8F0.2) and chalcogenides (FeSe0.5Te0.5) to robust Nb2PdS5.
