Ovaj rad opisuje proces izrade web aplikacije učeničkog servisa Turističke i ugostiteljske škole Dubrovnik. U radu su opisani modeli razvoja programske podrške, prikupljeni su i evidentirani korisnički zahtjevi na temelju kojih su izrađeni dizajn i arhitektura programskog rješenja. Opisani su scenariji korištenja aplikacije, a dizajn i arhitektura su opisani dijagramima slijeda, aktivnosti i razmještaja. Izrađena je shema baze podataka, analizirane su tehnologije korištene za izgradnju aplikacije te su izrađene korisničke upute za rad s aplikacijom.This thesis is about the process of Tourism and Catering School Dubrovnik Student Service web application development. The thesis describes system development models, collected customer requirements, software design and architecture. Software design and architecture are made based on collected and recorded customer requirements and they are described using sequence diagrams, activity diagrams and deployment diagrams. Use cases are described with scenarios. A scheme of database is made, technologies used to develop the application are analyzed and user manual for application is created

Australian Education Joins the OECD : Federalism, Regionalization, and the Role of Education in a Time of Transition

This chapter argues that Australian interactions with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in the field of education in the mid- to late-1970s pointed in two separate but not yet incompatible directions—one equity-oriented and the other more in line with the standardization and accountability regime typically identified with the OECD’s current policies—both of which favored a shift of authority toward the national level in educational policy-making. In the process, the chapter highlights the importance of considering movements between different spatial levels of analysis when tracing the ability of international organizations to get their ideas and visions “out of house.” The chapter first outlines the international and domestic contexts for Australia’s early involvement in the OECD, followed by a discussion of the negotiations of state and federal interests on the Australian Commonwealth Department of Education’s advisory committee on OECD matters. This discussion, in turn, frames the last three analytical sections of the chapter, on interactions between the OECD and the Australian education authorities at different levels on initiatives negotiating both the location of authority between these levels and the role of education at a time when the relation between its social and economic potential was up for revision.Non peer reviewe

Artikkelen er en refleksjon rundt hva slags spørsmål som oppstår når vi er i kontakt med folk med minoritetsbakgrunn som sliter med rusmisbruk og alvorlig psykisk lidelse. Elias har en personlig og kulturhistorie som er svært forskjellig fra bakgrunnen av fagfolk på ROP -Tøyen DPS (Lovisenberg Diakonale Sykehus) og fra de fleste av de andre pasientene vi møter. Vi fokuserer på å støtte mennesker i sitt eget miljø og arbeider sammen med den enkelte i å lage planer og finne løsninger. For å forstå personen og hans eller hennes situasjon er vi avhengig av tett kontakt med familie, venner eller personer med samme kulturelle bakgrunn i miljøet
