Etude technico-économique de la culture manuelle du riz pluvial de type NERICA en station de recherche de bikele au Gabon

Afin de relancer la culture du riz au Gabon, un programme de sélection variétale participative a été initié en 2009. Le but était de sélectionner des variétés qui s’adapteront facilement aux conditions agro-climatiquesdu Gabon. A l’issue des évaluations en première année, six variétés de riz NERICA ont été sélectionnées et distribuées aux paysans pour évaluation en milieu paysan. Les principaux critères évoqués ont été entre autres, le tallage, la précocité, la hauteur moyenne, les panicules bien chargées, le rendement en grain. Les résultats des travaux ont montré que la culture manuelle du riz NERICA est rentable pour les variétés N4, N11 et N12 aussi bien en station qu’aux champs paysans avec des coûts de production de 705,659 et 778 FCFA en station, contre 616,575 et 680 FCFA le kilogramme de riz paddy aux champs paysans, et donc concurrentiels par rapport au prix par kilogramme de riz usiné importé compris entre 500 et 800 FCFA. Par contre, si les prix de vente incluent 25 % de marge bénéficiaire du coût de production, toutes les variétés ont un prix supérieur au prix de marché du riz importé et ne sont plus compétitives. Si la perte de rendement est plus importante, (50 %), aucune variété n’est intéressante. Par contre, si les pertes de rendement sont plus faibles, de l’ordre de 30 % par rapport au rendement en station, les variétés N4 et N11 sont rentables avec des prix de vente (incluant une marge bénéficiaire de 25 %) respectifs de 770 et 719 FCFA. La promotion de la culture du riz NERICA au Gabon est possible à condition que l’Etat s’implique et subventionne l’achat des consommations intermédiaires d’intrants.Mots clés : Riz pluvial, NERICA, analyse technico-économique, Gabon

Upper Bound Theory for Deformation of Porous Materials

A porous material is idealized in such a way that it possesses an identical yield surface for any volume element throughout the material during a deformation processing. This makes it possible to derive an upper bound theorem on the basis of the plasticity theory for porous metals already proposed by the authors. The theorem is utilized to estimate extrusion pressures and the final density ratios for given initial densities. The estimated values agree well with experimental data. An alternative way of deriving an upper bound to the load is also presented on a modified yield criterion for porous metals

L'aventure africaine d'Ernest PSICHARI

Exploring Ernest Psichari’s texts from the Haut-Logone Mission directed by Commandant Lenfant, from literary history, this study attempts to answer the following questions: what does Africa means for Psichari ? How does it represent? What are the challenges of these figures and representations? What relationship with the post-colonial situation? This research shows that Africa is virtually the only part of its productions. More than a frame, more than a decoration, it is a living actant which through its ubiquitous action transforms other actants. But it remains a civilized land. This ambiguity is maintained by the fact that Psichari’s thought and ideals or his writing style leaves undecided. He seems both near and far natives. Impressionist and languid tone of his work, between dream and reality, alternates with passages more assertive and devoid of any sense of softness where the only patriotism is required. While displaying his love for the indigenous, defending their rights and cultures, Psichari does not hide his patriotism by working for colonization. This did not prevent him from rejecting the governmentality of the colonial system of the IIIe Republique.Explorant les textes d’Ernest Psichari issus de la mission du Haut-Logone dirigée par le commandant Lenfant, à partir de l’histoire littéraire, cette étude tente de répondre aux questions suivantes : que signifie l’Afrique subsaharienne chez Psichari ? Comment la représente-t-il ? Quels sont les enjeux de ces figures et représentations ? Quels rapports avec la situation postcoloniale ? Cette recherche illustre que l’Afrique constitue quasiment l’unique cadre de ses productions. Plus qu’un cadre, plus qu’un décor, elle est un vivant actant qui, par son action omniprésente, transforme les autres actants. Mais elle demeure une terre à civiliser. Cette ambiguïté est entretenue par le fait que la pensée de Psichari, ses idéaux voire son style d’écriture laisse dans l’indécision. Car, il semble à la fois proche et éloigné des indigènes. Le ton alangui et impressionniste de son œuvre, situé entre rêve et réalité, alterne avec des passages plus affirmés et dénués de tout sentiment de douceur où le seul sentiment patriotique est de mise. Tout en affichant son amour pour les indigènes, défendant leurs droits et leurs cultures, Psichari ne dissimule pas son patriotisme en œuvrant pour la colonisation. Ce qui ne l’empêche pas de rejeter la gouvernementalité du système colonial de la IIIe République

知的所有権・先端技術をめぐる日・米・韓貿易摩擦の政治過程-理論と実証-

金沢大学法学部第一に、半導体摩擦の事例については、政治過程を再構成して、全体像をつかむことができた。その際、新たな資料、情報が入手できたため、重要でありながらも従来不明であった、幾つかの事実関係を解明できた。また、ゲームを枠づける構造的要素の重要性を確認した。半導体摩擦の政治ゲームは、自由貿易レジームが状況化して、これに対応して国内の政策アイディア、既存のアクター間関係が流動化し、構造的変化が生じているなかで展開したのであり、この構造的要素と政治ゲームとを関連づけて把握する必要が明らかになった。すなわち、貿易摩擦は単なる紛争ではなく、自由貿易レジームと国内政治体制の変容過程を構成するものだったのである。この点に関しては、国際政治学会の部会において、研究成果の一部を報告した。第二に、コンピューター・ソフトウェア摩擦の事例について、資料、情報の収集を進めた。その結果、この事例についても、従来不明であった事実関係を確認できた。其れに基づいて、政治過程の全体像を捉える作業に着手した。第三に、第一・二点との関連において、分析のための理論的検討を行った。関連文献を収集して、従来多用されてきた政策決定過程論(官僚政治モデル)を批判的に検討し、そのうえで新たな制度論、国際レジーム論の有効性を検討した。その結果に基づいて、事例分析のための分析枠組みを試論的に設定した。第四に、以上の研究成果を踏まえて論文を執筆し、『金沢法学』に連載を開始した。第一回連載論文(序章、第一章)は、問題の設定、事例の位置づけ、自由貿易レジームの態様などを扱っている。研究課題/領域番号:07720049, 研究期間(年度):1995出典：研究課題「知的所有権・先端技術をめぐる日・米・韓貿易摩擦の政治過程-理論と実証-」課題番号07720049（KAKEN：科学研究費助成事業データベース（国立情報学研究所）） （https://kaken.nii.ac.jp/ja/grant/KAKENHI-PROJECT-07720049/）を加工して作

Preliminary in vivo magnetofection data using magnetic calcium phosphate nanoparticles immobilizing DNA and iron oxide nanocrystals

The data reported herein are in association with our research article entitled "Rapid one-pot fabrication of magnetic calcium phosphate nanoparticles immobilizing DNA and iron oxide nanocrystals using injection solutions for magnetofection and magnetic targeting" (Shubhra et al. 2017) [1]. This article reports morphological and gene delivery (in vitro and preliminary in vivo) data of those calcium phosphate (CaP) naonparticles (NPs) with various iron oxide (IO) contents, named as CaP-Fe(1), CaP-Fe(2), CaP-Fe(3), CaP-Fe(4), and CaP-Fe(5), which were prepared via coprecipitation in supersaturated CaP solutions with nominal Fe concentrations 6.97, 13.94, 27.87, 55.74, and 139.35 μg/mL, respectively. Morphological data of four different NPs: CaP-Fe(1), CaP-Fe(2), CaP-Fe(4), and CaP-Fe(5) are shown here. Data of the luciferase reporter gene expression assay show the effects of the coprecipitation time and the dosage of the CaP-Fe(3) NPs on gene expression levels of CHO-K1 cells transfected by the NPs without external magnetic field. It is demonstrated using digital and microscopic images that the CaP-Fe(3) NPs localize near the periphery of the external magnet that was placed under the cell culture plate. Using the CaP-Fe(3) NPs, animal experiments were conducted to obtain preliminary in vivo magnetofection data

In situ functionalization of wet-spun fibre meshes for bone tissue engineering

Bone tissue engineering success strongly depends on our ability to develop new materials combining osteoconductive, osteoinductive and osteogenic properties. Recent studies suggest that biomaterials incorporating silanol (SiOH) groups promote and maintain osteogenesis. The purpose of the present research work was to provide evidence that using wet-spinning technologies and a calcium silicate solution as a coagulation bath, it was possible to develop an in situ functionalization methodology to obtain 3D wet-spun fibre meshes with SiOH groups, through a simple, economic and reliable process. SPCL (blend of starch with polycaprolactone) fibre meshes were produced by wet-spinning, using a calcium silicate solution as a non-solvent and functionalized in situ with SiOH groups. In vitro tests, using goat bone marrow stromal cells (GBMSCs), showed that SPCL–Si scaffolds sustained cell viability and proliferation. Furthermore, high ALP activity and matrix production indicated that SiOH groups improve cellular functionality towards the osteoblastic phenotype. Using this methodology, and assembling several wet-spun fibre meshes, 3D meshes can be developed, aiming at designing osteoconductive/osteoinductive 3D structures capable of stimulating bone ingrowth in vivo.Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT
