Spatial correlations in nonequilibrium reaction-diffusion problems by the Gillespie algorithm

We present a study of the spatial correlation functions of a one-dimensional reaction-diffusion system in both equilibrium and out of equilibrium. For the numerical simulations we have employed the Gillespie algorithm dividing the system in cells to treat diffusion as a chemical process between adjacent cells. We find that the spatial correlations are spatially short ranged in equilibrium but become long ranged in nonequilibrium. These results are in good agreement with theoretical predictions from fluctuating hydrodynamics for a one-dimensional system and periodic boundary conditions.Comment: 11 pages, 4 figure

It deals with the quantitative proportions, the relationship with roman nomina and the territorial distribution according to the population settlements. Social Transformation From Participation In Community Media

Estamos en un contexto en el que cada vez tenemos más facilidades para que la ciudadanía participe en los medios de comunicación; sin embargo, estas oportunidades no han conseguido cambiar el paradigma de los medios tradicionales en favor de un modelo comunicativo horizontal y participativo. De hecho, todavía mucha gente sigue sin conocer en qué consisten las experiencias comunicativas comunitarias. Por ese motivo, queremos conocer estas experiencias y estudiar los efectos personales y sociales que provoca implicarse en un proceso de este tipo a través de la narración de las historias de vida de sus participantes. Hasta ahora, la mayor parte de los entrevistados ha reconocido un aprendizaje, una transformación personal y en cierta medida, también social. Sin embargo, los resultados no son muchas veces los esperados, y los entrevistados reflexionan sobre los problemas y dificultades de los medios comunitarios.We are in a context where we have more facilities for citizenship participate in community media; however, these opportunities haven’t achieve to change traditional media model in favor of one more horizontal and participatory. In fact, there are a lot of people don’t know what are the communicative community experiences. For this reason, we want to know these experiences and to study the personal and social effect, that cause involvement in a this kind of experience, from the narration of the life stories of its participants. Until now, the most of the interviewees have recognized an important learning, a personal transformation and in some measure, also social. This researching work studies the cognomina and personal names related to the months of the year in the roman provinces of Spain on the basis of the epigraphical sources. The social study of their bearers completes and gives character to the onomastic aspect.En el trabajo se estudian los cognomina y nombres personales relativos a la denominación de los meses del calendario en las provincias de Hispania a través de las fuentes epigráficas. Se incide especialmente en los nomina situados en posición de cognomina que pudieran ser preferentemente nombres personales basados en el calendario. El trabajo analiza el grupo social constituido por los niños hispanorromanos insertos en el régimen de dependencia personal, en cuanto siervos y libertos, utilizando las aportaciones de las fuentes epigráficas.
