    От тройной к пятеричной спирали: эволюция методологии развития инновационной экономики

    The presented paper deals with an approach to the evolution of methodology of economy innovative development from the standpoint of analyzing the interaction of its actors – from a Triple to a Penta Helix. The article proposes the provisions for such a methodology based on expanding the range of actors of innovative development as public interests shift from the emergence of a free enterprise economy to a socially oriented knowledge economy and further to a balanced and environmentally friendly production and consumption. A special role in the presented approach is given to the analysis of the place of universities in the fivefold spiral of innovative transformation of economy – as a creator of sustainable development values. The authors proved that the Penta Helixis the result of the evolution of the Quadruple Helix in the conditions of increasing the values of sustainable development. In turn, the core of the QuadrupleHelix– the Triple Helix– acts as the core in the Penta Helix. The article highlights three varieties of the TripleHelix model that is dominant today in industrialized countries, shows their connection with the peculiarities of the innovative development of the Russian economy. On this basis, it was concluded that the progress in building the Penta Helix of innovative development in Russia depends on the emergence of new actors – the subjects of the green economy and civil society, and the full expression of their economic interestsВ представленной статье рассматривается подход к эволюции методологии развития инновационной экономики с позиций анализа взаимодействия ее акторов – от тройной к пятеричной спирали. В статье предлагаются положения методологии, основанной на расширении круга акторов инновационного развития по мере смещения общественного интереса от становления экономики свободного предпринимательства к социально ориентированной экономике знаний и далее – к сбалансированному и экологически безопасному производству и потреблению. Особая роль в представленном подходе отводится анализу места университетов в пятеричной инновационной трансформации экономики – как создателей ценностей устойчивого развития. Авторы доказали, что пятеричная спираль является результатом эволюции четверной спирали инноваций в условиях повышения роли ценностей устойчивого развития. В свою очередь, ядро четверной спирали – тройная спираль – действует и как ядро пятеричной спирали. В статье выделены три разновидности модели тройной спирали, доминирующей сегодня в промышленно развитых странах, показана их связь с особенностями инновационного развития российской экономики. На этом основании сделан вывод, что прогресс в формировании пятеричной спирали инновационного развития в России зависит от появления новых акторов – субъектов зеленой экономики и гражданского общества, полноты выражения их экономических интересо

    The efficacy of the combination of eribulin and trastuzumab in advanced HER2-positive breast cancer: the results of Russian observational study

    The article presents the experience of 19 Russian medical institutions on the use of eribulin in combination with trastuzumab in various treatment lines of metastatic HER2+ breast cancer in routine clinical practice. Aim. The main objective of this retrospective observational study was to evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of eribulin and trastuzumab combo in HER2+ breast cancer patients pretreated with anthracyclines and taxanes. The analysis included 60 patients who received at least 2 cycles of eribulin in combination with trastuzumab. 2 patients (3.3%) received treatment as the 1st line, as the 2nd 14 (23.3%), as the 3rd 16 (26.7%), and as the 4th and more 28 (46.7%). Materials and methods. Complete response was achieved in 2 (3.3%) patients, partial response in 9 (15%), stable disease in 33 (55%), stabilization for more than 6 months in 11 (18.3%), disease progression was detected in 16 (26.7%) patients. The objective response rate was 18.3% in the whole group, the clinical benefit rate 36.7%. Results. The objective response rate in the group of the luminal subtype (ER/PR+HER2+) was 26.9%, in HER2-overexpressed subtype (ER-PR-HER2+) 8.8% and 64.7%, respectively, disease progression was recorded 2.3 times more often 35.3% versus 15.5% in the luminal subtype group. The median progression-free survival in patients with HER2+ breast cancer was 4.95 months (95% confidence interval CI 3.048.29 months), in luminal subtype 6.38 months (95% CI 3.338.54 months), in non-luminal 4.44 months (95% CI 2.47.96 months); p=0.306. The treatment was well tolerated, the spectrum of adverse events corresponded to the eribulin toxicity profile. Conclusions. The uniqueness of this study lies in the fact that on a large clinical material from the standpoint of real clinical practice, a very promising treatment regimen that is not used routinely in a number of countries has been studied, its effectiveness and satisfactory tolerance have been confirmed

    Workbook as Tool for Motivating Students to Study Grammar

    The problem of the quality of textbooks and workbooks has always been relevant. Their making is always a rather difficult and time-consuming task. It is important to understand that the textbook and workbook are a single unit within the complex systemic whole, encompassing also subject concepts, federal state educational standards, basic educational programs, etc. The purpose of this article is to describe and analyze the “Conjuguer: c'est facile” (2015, 2016, 2017) series of author's French grammar workbooks for beginners. Using this example, the authors of the article emphasize that well-written and appropriately compiled teaching resources stimulate the cognitive activity of students, turning the process of mastering a foreign language in general, and its grammar, in particular, into an entertaining experience. The main approach to the study of the problem is a systemic one. Despite all the variety of various materials, teachers are encouraged to create their own teaching aids tailored to the specific kind of their audience, as well as to their specific needs. The authors come to the conclusion that the effectiveness of a textbook on French grammar depends on a number of criteria, including careful selection of material for the formation of linguistic, speech, socio-cultural, social, discursive and compensatory (strategic) competencies; logical organization and presentation of material; inclusion of exercises implying a great degree of participation; the presence of test assignments for monitoring student’s progress. In addition, a visual presentation of the material plays an important role in enhancing the cognitive activity of students, increasing their interest in mastering grammatical skills and abilities

    The paper focuses on the formation of academic writing competence as a key competence in connection with the main trends in the language education reforming at the University. Socioeconomic and political processes of cooperation in the world community became the main reason for precise attention to the skills formation of presenting ideas in a text format in the process of a specialist professional training. Analysis of scientific studies revealed the theoretical background which can be seen as a methodological basis for the pedagogical support of the academic writing competence development of BA students in specialty of international management at the University. However, having considered the existing educational practices and educational tools for teaching writing skills in English, it was concluded that the currently existing training tools are not sufficiently developed to solve the problem effectively enough. In this context, this article presents a methodical system of training, including objectives, content, exercises and training tools aimed at the formation of academic competence in the field of foreign language writing on the construction of written discourse.Данная статья посвящена формированию письменной академической компетенции как одной из ключевых компетенций в связи с основными направлениями реформирования языкового обучения в системе высшего образования. Социоэкономические и политические процессы взаимодействия в мировом сообществе явились причиной пристального внимания к формированию навыка изложения идей в текстовом формате в процессе профессиональной подготовки специалиста. Анализ научной литературы выявил теоретические предпосылки, являющиеся методологическим основанием для разработки педагогического обеспечения формирования письменной академической компетенции бакалавров по направлению «Международный менеджмент» в вузе. Однако, рассмотрев имеющиеся образовательные практики и учебные пособия по обучению английской письменной речи, был сделан вывод, что в настоящее время существующие средства обучения разработаны недостаточно эффективно для решения поставленной проблемы. В этой связи, в данной статье представлена методическая система обучения, включающей цели, содержание, систему упражнений и средства обучения, направленные на формирование академической компетенции в области иноязычной письменной речи по построению письменного дискурса

Higher efficiency in the work of contact units is related to some features of heat and moisture processes in their working space. In the given article a new thermodynamic approach to the analysis and calculation of heat and moisture exchange in the air conditioning systems contact units is suggested. It is based on the theory of humidity potential.
