Проблематика психологического обеспечения профессиональной деятельности работников Государственной уголовно-исполнительной службы Украины

Проаналізовано такі напрями системи психологічного забезпечення професійної діяльності працівників Державної кримінально-виконавчої служби України, як професійний психологічний добір, психологічне супроводження професійної діяльності, професійна психологічна підготовка персоналу та надання рекомендацій керівництву.It has been noted that official activities of the employees of the State Penitentiary Service (SPS) of Ukraine is directly related to the presence of a significant number of stressful factors and requires the comprehensive use of psychological tools and technologies. This affects the efficiency of professional activities of the specialists within penitentiary sphere. Taking into account the special conditions of professional activity of the employees of the SPS of Ukraine, the author has distinguished the main directions of the system of psychological support of professional activity of the employees of the SPS of Ukraine. The author has analyzed the following directions of the system of psychological support of professional activity of the employees of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine: professional psychological selection, psychological support of professional activity, professional psychological training of personnel and provision of recommendations to the management board. The author has distinguished the following tasks of the professional psychological selection of the employees for the SPS of Ukraine: assistance to citizens in choosing a particular specialty through professional counseling on the basis of studying individual and psychological characteristics and professional interests of future employees; determining the degree of conformity (inconsistency) of psychological data of a candidate or training the requirements of a specialty; the development of propositions for the rational allocation of employees to primary positions, etc. It has been noted that psychological support of the service of the personnel of the SPS of Ukraine envisages: monitoring of the socio-psychological climate within the staff and its maintenance at the proper level; psychodiagnostics of the personnel; correction of a personality, taking into account the results obtained during psychodiagnostics; provision of recommendations for the management board on deployment of personnel taking into account the results of psychodiagnostics; primary psychological prevention among penitentiary staff, etc. The professional psychological training of the employees of the SPS of Ukraine is considered as a purposeful process for the formation and development of personal qualities and traits of specialists that would meet the requirements of their professional activities.Проанализированы такие направления системы психологического обеспечения профессиональной деятельности работников Государственной уголовно-исполнительной службы Украины, как профессиональный психологический отбор, психологическое сопровождение профессиональной деятельности, профессиональная психологическая подготовка персонала и предоставление рекомендаций руководству

Manifestations of major depressive disorder (MDD) in 2nd year students of the dentistry faculty of UMSA

This study was attended by 100 people, 2nd year dentistry students of UMSA. This sample gives an approximate understanding of the possible MDD manifestations among students. It is particularly necessary to note thatthe survey was conducted in December, before the beginning of the examination period, as it is one of the most important and difficult stages in a student's life. Using the 21-assertion BDI methodology, it has been determined what state the students are in for 2 weeks. According tothe results, 85% of students do not have major depressive disorder. In this case it has been determined that 15% of students have a mild form of MDD. In order to confirm or refute these results, another following survey was conducted. According to the “Zung Self-Rating Depression" test, which is more sensitive to clinically weak emotional disorders containing the asthenic component, 90% of students do not have MDD and 10% have a mild form

КРАУДФАНДИНГОВІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ У РОЗВИТКУ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ТУРИСТИЧНОЇ СИСТЕМИ

The article substantiates the sense of crowdfunding and determines a list of participants of crowdfunding projects. The author has proposed a scheme for implementation of a crowdfunding tourism project, indicating the main stakeholders. The author has substantiated directions of implementation of projects, using crowdfunding in the national tourism system. The author has suggested a “house” of crowdfunding for projects of the national tourism system. The article determines advantages and disadvantages of crowdfunding for the main stakeholders and the society.    В статье обоснована сущность краудфандинга и краудфандинговых технологий, определен круг их участников. Предложено процесс реализации краудфандинга туристического проекта с указанием основных стейкхолдеров. Обоснованы направления реализации проектов с помощью краудфандинга в туристической системе. Предложено «архитектонику» краудфандинга проектов национальной туристической системы. Определены преимущества и недостатки краудфандинга для основных стейкхолдеров и общества.У статті обґрунтовано сутність краудфандингу та краудфандингових технологій, визначено коло їх учасників. Запропоновано процес реалізації краудфандингу туристичного проекту із зазначенням основних стейкхолдерів. Обгрунтовані напрямами реалізації проектів за допомогою краудфандингу в туристичній системі. Запропоновано «архітектоніку» краудфандингу проектів національної туристичної системи. Визначено переваги та недоліки краудфандингу для основних стейкхолдерів та суспільства

Influence of fitness technologies on the student youth’s physical qualities development

El artículo estudia la influencia de las tecnologías modernas de fitness en el nivel de desarrollo de las cualidades físicas de los estudiantes de ambos sexos. 232 estudiantes (88 hombres y 144 mujeres) participaron en la investigación. Se formaron dos grupos experimentales (GE, 47 hombres y 71 mujeres) y dos grupos de control (GC, 41 hombres y 73 mujeres). Los estudiantes de GC participaron en el sistema tradicional de educación física, y los estudiantes de GE en el sistema metódico experimental, basado en los tipos modernos de tecnologías de acondicionamiento físico. Las pruebas de aptitud física de los estudiantes se llevaron a cabo de acuerdo con ejercicios que caracterizan el desarrollo de cualidades físicas. The article studies the influence of modern fitness technologies on the level of development of the physical qualities of students of both sexes. 232 students (88 men and 144 women) participated in the research. Two experimental groups (GE, 47 men and 71 women) and two control groups (GC, 41 men and 73 women) were formed. GC students participated in the traditional physical education system, and GE students in the experimental methodical system, based on modern types of fitness technologies. A theory of thin shells with orbiting constituents

The self-gravitating, spherically symmetric thin shells built of orbiting particles are sstudied. Two new features are found. One is the minimal possible value for an angular momentum of particles, above which elleptic orbits become possible. The second is the coexistence of both the wormhole solutions and the elleptic or hyperbolic orbits for the same values of the parameters (but different initial conditions). Comparative evaluation of laparoscopic splenectomy versus open splenectomy

The aim of research: to study the short-term treatment results in patients with blood diseases, portal hypertension, pathology of the spleen who underwent laparoscopic splenectomy based on the surgical indications in comparison with the treatment results in the patients who underwent open surgery. Materials and methods. The results of treatment for 50 patients with blood diseases, portal hypertension and pathology of the spleen were analyzed. The main group consisted of 15 patients who underwent laparoscopic splenectomy. The control group comprised 35 patients who underwent open surgery. Results. The spleen sizes detected on CT in the control group patients were significantly larger in comparison with the spleen sizes in the main group patients. Profuse bleeding as an intraoperative complication was observed in 2 (13.33 %) patients of the main group that was the reason for a conversion. There were no postoperative complications and fatal cases in contrast to the control group. Conclusions. It has been established that laparoscopic splenectomy should be performed for moderate splenomegaly up to20 cm. To prevent a profuse bleeding during this operation the meticulous hemostasis is needed indefinitely
