PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. SO GOOD FOOD JAKARTA

Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of the research are: 1) To know description for leadership style, Working Environtment, and job satisfaction at PT. So Good Food Jakarta. 2) Test empirically influence of leadership style towards job satisfaction at PT. So Good Food Jakarta. 3) Test empirically influence of working environment towards job satisfaction at PT. So Good Food Jakarta. 4) Test empirically influence of leadership style and Working Environment towards at PT. So Good Food Jakarta. The analysis implemented in this research are simple regression and multiple regression analysis. The method of this research is simple random sampling, that taken 67 employees at Personal General Affairs Division, Finance Division, Distribution Division and Logistic Division , while data collecting by using quitionaire and cultivated using SPSS 18.0. The result of t test for leadership style is 5.157, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between leadership style towards job satisfaction. The result of t test for Working Environtment is 4.283, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between organization culture towards job satisfaction. The result of F test is 21.530, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between leadership style and organization culture towards job satisfaction. The result of R2 is 0.402 or 40.2%. It means Job Satisfaction is affected by leadership style and working environtment as much as 40.2%. Analisis Proses Restitusi Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (Ppn) di Indonesia (Studi pada PT. Xyz)

VAT refund provides opportunities for Taxpayer to claim overpaid taxes to the State. This study is aimed to determine VAT refund process in Indonesia which is done by examination process and takes a place on XYZ Corp. This research is a descriptive study with qualitative approach through the method of data collection such as interviews and documentation. The result of this research shows that VAT refund process in Indonesia as stipulated in Law and has not done by online cause the following: complicated VAT refund procedures itself either in internal or external DGT, the amount of workload borne by the tax authorities, and the length of VAT refund to the Taxpayer. VAT refund process in Indonesia which is regulated in Law needs to be deregulated in order to process VAT refunds more simple and quickly. In addition, VAT refund should be done by online in order to shorten the time period and the procedure itself

Analisis Kesalahan Pelafalan Bahasa Mandarin pada Siswa Kelas XII Smk Negeri 1 Lamongan Tahun Ajaran 2014-2015

Kata Kunci : Analisis Kesalahan, Ortografi, Pelafalan Pelafalan merupakan cara manusia dalam mengucapkan bunyi bahasa. Pelafalan bahasa Indonesia dengan bahasa Mandarin sangat berbeda. Pelafalan dalam bahasa Mandarin ada 3, yaitu konsonan, vokal dan nada. Apabila salah melafalkan nada maka dapat berbeda makna. Karena ketepatan pelafalan dalam bahasa Mandarin sangat penting, maka peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti tentang analisis kesalahan pelafalan siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 Lamongan tahun ajaran 2014-2015. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pelafalan bahasa Mandarin secara menyeluruh, yaitu mencakup pelafalan konsonan, vokal dan juga nada.Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui deskripsi kesalahan pelafalan yang sering dilakukan oleh siswa dan untuk mengetahui presentase kemampuan siswa dalam melafalkan bahasa Mandarin.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan kesalahan pelafalan yang dilakukan oleh siswa disertai pelafalan yang tepat sesuai dengan International Phonetic Alphabet, setelah itu peneliti menghitung jumlah kesalahan pelafalan dan ketepatan pelafalan para siswa untuk mengetahui presentase kemampuan pelafalan siswa.Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa banyak mengalami kesalahan pelafalan nada dan konsonan. Presentase kemampuan siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 Lamongan tahun ajaran 2014-2015 dalam melafalkan bahasa Mandarin adalah 85%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa mayoritas siswa mampu melafalkan bahasa Mandarin dengan tepat

A survey on fiber nonlinearity compensation for 400 Gbps and beyond optical communication systems

Optical communication systems represent the backbone of modern communication networks. Since their deployment, different fiber technologies have been used to deal with optical fiber impairments such as dispersion-shifted fibers and dispersion-compensation fibers. In recent years, thanks to the introduction of coherent detection based systems, fiber impairments can be mitigated using digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms. Coherent systems are used in the current 100 Gbps wavelength-division multiplexing (WDM) standard technology. They allow the increase of spectral efficiency by using multi-level modulation formats, and are combined with DSP techniques to combat the linear fiber distortions. In addition to linear impairments, the next generation 400 Gbps/1 Tbps WDM systems are also more affected by the fiber nonlinearity due to the Kerr effect. At high input power, the fiber nonlinear effects become more important and their compensation is required to improve the transmission performance. Several approaches have been proposed to deal with the fiber nonlinearity. In this paper, after a brief description of the Kerr-induced nonlinear effects, a survey on the fiber nonlinearity compensation (NLC) techniques is provided. We focus on the well-known NLC techniques and discuss their performance, as well as their implementation and complexity. An extension of the inter-subcarrier nonlinear interference canceler approach is also proposed. A performance evaluation of the well-known NLC techniques and the proposed approach is provided in the context of Nyquist and super-Nyquist superchannel systems.Comment: Accepted in the IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorial

Peran Komunikasi Antarpribadi Guru dan Siswa dalam Mencegah Kenakalan Remaja di Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Labuhan Deli

Proses komunikasi terutama komunikasi antara guru dan siswa akan mencapai tingkat efektivitas yang maksimal bila didukung dengan hubungan komunikasi antarpribadi yang baik. Disamping itu juga keefektifan dari komunikasi itu sendiri juga perlu didukung dengan melakukan komunikasi yang baik. Dalam hal ini efektif yang dimaksud ialah mengenai sasaran atau mencapai tujuan sesuai dengan maksud si pembicara. Jadi apabila tujuan untuk mengubah sikap, pendapat dan tingkah laku dapat tercapai maka komunikasi antarpribadi itu dapat dikatakan efektif. Selain komunikasi efektif juga adanya pemahaman yang lebih tentang komunikasi itu sendiri seperti pemahaman guru tentang komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal. Adapun metode yang dilakukan untuk pencapaian tujuan tersebut adalah dengan memberikan wadah serta kegiatan khusus bagi siswa yang bermasalah, agar siswa tidak mengisi kekosongan waktunya untuk melakukan hal-hal yang negatif. Adanya pendekatan hubungan, khususnya bagi siswa yang bermasalah. Sebagai antisipasif hal-hal yang negatif sebelum terjadi masalah yang berdampak besar terhadap era globalisasi. Memperluas jaringan komunikasi dengan orangtua murid, supaya pihak sekolah terutama guru bisa mendapatkan informasi yang akurat Demi mendukungnya motivasi dan mencegah diri setiap siswa dari kenakalan remaja. Penelitian ini lebih menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif

Pengembangan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat melalui Sektor Pariwisata pada Kawasan Wisata Danau Napabele Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara

Era of regional autonomy, tourism plays an important role in improving the welfare of the local government community, this study refers to the strategy of tourism development and public welfare. The results of the survey identifier stated that the welfare of the people is still below the required standard, among other things, the capita income is still low. This study aimed to describe the tourism potential of the lake Napabale and community welfare conditions in the village of Lohia place Napabale lake tourist area and explain the tourism development strategy Napabale lake tourist area with a review of tourist attractions, accessibility, facilities and communities in improving the welfare of society.The method used is descriptive kualitative. Test equipment used is SWOT.The results showed that the tourist attractions in the tourist area of the lake Napabale enough variety, accessibility to reach tourist areas prone Napabale lake, amenities available needs to be improved and people who are in the tourist area of the lake Napabale very friendly to newcomers including tourists. Based on the SWOT analysis, obtained the strategy for the immediate development of tourist areas Napabale for the government Muna Includes utilization of the budget for the development of the existing potential, utilization of technological advances to boost tourism development, enhancement of tourism cooperation with other regions, Improvement of the quality of personnel in the field of tourism, provision of infrastructure and infrastructure for tourism activities, increase efforts for tourism promotion for Napabale lake tourist area, increase efforts for environmental improvement through empowerment of local communities.
