Properties of dwarf stars in Cygnus OB2
We present the results of investigation of five stars, originally classified
as dwarfs, belonging to Cyg OB2 association, their stellar and wind properties.
Using both TLUSTY and CMFGEN codes we derived effective temperatures, surface
gravities, chemical abundances, mass-loss rates and projected rotation
velocities. Due to the fact that distance to the stars is well known, we were
able to estimate their luminosities. Using evolutionary models we estimated the
ages of these sample stars and find that lower mass ones - MT282 and MT343 -
belong to older population of the association. Their ages are greater than 10
Myr. The ages of three other stars - MT317, MT299, MT259 - are between 4-6 Myr.Comment: 16 pages, 10 figures, accepted for publication in PAS
ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL REGULATION PROCEDURE FOR CIRCULATION OF EXTEMPORAL MEDICINES BASED ON PHARMACEUTICAL LAW
Introduction. The paper studied the situation regarding the production of medicines in pharmacies. Established that the presence of the pharmacy manufacture of medicines, patients entitled to receive medicines made to the needs of individuals. Goal – to study the organizational and legal procedure of regulation of extemporal medicines by developing of the algorithm for determining the legal act used in the event of conflict based on the law pharmaceutical law. Materials and methods. The materials of the study were legal acts of Ukraine: Laws of Ukraine, Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Orders of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine. The research methods were legal, documentary and comparative analyzes. Results and discussion. However, production of extemporaneous preparations in the pharmacy requires a production base and the appropriate staff. Therefore, the authors based on pharmaceutical law proposed organizational and legal procedure regarding the regulation of extemporaneous preparations by developing the algorithm for determining the legal act which should follow in the event of conflicts concerning the law. Conclusions. Based on pharmaceutical law held organizational and legal procedure for the regulation of circulation of extemporal medicines. Proposed the algorithm for determining of the legal act used in the practice of pharmacy professionals. Considered the professional status of an authorized person on the stage of quality control of extemporal medicines in their treatment in healthcare institutions of private property
Experience of galvanosurgical hemostasis in laparoscopic surgery
The purpose of the study was studying of efficiency of clinical application of the generator of automatic welding of soft tissues at performance laparoscopic operations. The study included 679 surgical interventions. All cases were divided into two groups. 372 (54,79 %) laparoscopic operations using the generator automatic welding soft tissues of the main group of the study. The control group consisted of 307(45,21 %) laparoscopic surgery where hemostasis is achieved using a bipolar coagulator. The results of treatment are studied. It is established that performance laparoscopic operation with application of biological welding of tissues is accompanied reliable intra- and postoperative hemostasis, allows to reduce quantity intra and postoperative complications. Application of electric welding of soft tissues in surgery opens prospects on improvement, simplification and upgrade of quality of carried out operative interventions
Methodology for Calculating Bacterial Endotoxin Limits
Product specification files for parenteral medicines, as well as for active ingredients used in their production, have to include the “Bacterial endotoxins” parameter that controls the content of pyrogenic impurities. The experts of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Scientific Centre for Expert Evaluation of Medicinal Products” of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation proposed recommendations for calculation and selection of the bacterial endotoxin limit, which will help applicants to include correct requirements for bacterial endotoxin limits in their product specification files. The proposed algorithm for the selection of bacterial endotoxin limits will make it possible to reduce the risk of pyrogenic reactions in patients and ensure safe use of medicinal products

The Media Image of the Multinational Transcarpathia: The Problems of the Search for Ethnic and Civil Identities
The article is concerned with the media image of Transcarpathia in the light of the formation of ethnic and civil identities of the auditory of Ukraine's westernmost region. The peculiarity of this region as a part of the national information space, lies within the fact that the local mass media satisfy the information needs not only in Ukrainian, but also in Hungarian, Romanian, Russian, Romani, German, Slovak, and other languages. At the same time while residing in the borderland area and speaking several languages, the Transcarpathian audience has free access to any media product of the four neighboring EU countries. The broad palette of national and non-national media is called to facilitate the formation of the Transcarpathians' affiliation not only to their ethnic group, but also to the civil (national) identity. To the author's mind, however, an intentional separatist image of the region is emerging due to the destructive materials, the spreading of information myths both in Ukrainian and foreign mass media. The resolution of these problems is seen by the author in the creation of a distinct media system and development of a national information strategy in Ukraine and in the multi-ethnic borderland areas among others

Экспертами ФГБУ «НЦЭСМП» Минздрава России предложены рекомендации по расчету и выбору нормы предельного содержания бактериальных эндотоксинов, что позволит заявителям включать в проекты нормативных документов корректные требования по предельному содержанию бактериальных эндотоксинов в лекарственных средствах. Представленный алгоритм выбора норм позволит в максимальной степени снизить риск пирогенных реакций у пациентов и обеспечить безопасность применения лекарственных препаратов
Assessing the impact of high environmental temperatures on the frequency and structural characteristics of violations of traffic rules
In the hot season, there is a positive relationship between the number of accidents per thousand registered vehicles and air temperature, due to the fact that high temperatures and solar activity can have a significant negative impact on the condition of drivers. As a rule, the creation of an emergency is preceded by a violation of traffic rules. Therefore, the identification of the type and number of violations committed by drivers at high ambient temperatures is relevant.
The purpose of the work is to assess the impact of high ambient temperatures on the structure and frequency of traffic violations.
Based on a literature review, the article states that at present there is no methodology for assessing the impact of high ambient temperatures on the characteristics of traffic violations.
As an information platform, data from the Wialon — GPS/Glonass system are used, which allow you to objectively assess the characteristics of driving activity and the number of traffic violations. The work uses methods of mathematical statistics.
The main result of the work, which constitutes the scientific novelty of the study, is the revealed increasing dependence of the total number of traffic violations on the average monthly ambient temperature. The structure of such violations is determined. The most significant, based on the impact on the accident rate, violations are: exceeding the speed limit and abrupt and dangerous maneuvers. It has been found that the total number of violations of the rules increases during periods with high ambient temperatures by 94% compared to months with moderate temperatures. The largest number of violations consists in exceeding the speed limit — 97.8% of their total number.
The practical significance of the work consists in obtaining objective information about accidents at high ambient temperatures, on the basis of which it becomes possible to develop organizational and technological measures aimed at improving road safety.
The areas of further research are related to the creation of an information platform for theoretical and methodological tools aimed at preventing high accidents of road transport in the hot season
