Pengaruh Sales Growth, Likuiditas Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Financial Distress

The company's goal other than making a profit is to be able to continue to grow and survive in the competition, but the emergence of internal threats such as financial difficulties can hinder the achievement of the company's goals. Therefore, management is required to perform optimally in the company's activities, especially financial in order to avoid financial distress. This study aims to determine the effect of sales growth, liquidity and firm size on financial distress. The population of this study are transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. The sample selection using purposive sampling technique, the sample obtained is 16 companies with a 6 year observation period so that there are 96 research data. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data collection method uses secondary data in the form of financial reports. The method used is descriptive and verification method using a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this research is logistic regression analysis, coefficient of determination, partial significance test using Eviews version 9. The results show that sales growth has no effect on financial distress, liquidity has no effect on financial distress and the size of the company has a negative effect on financial distress

Memahami Konsep Pustakawan Subjek

Menimbang belum maraknya istilah dan aktivitas kepustakawanan berbasis pustakawan subjek, sedangkan peran dan fungsinya sangat diperlukan untuk pendayagunaan sumber informasi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pemustaka yang semakin kompleks, maka disusunlah penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan konsep pustakawan subjek. Peneliti memanfaatkan studi literatur karena keseluruhan temuan dan pembahasan bersumber dari referensi-referensi yang relevan dengan topik kajian. Dari hasil studi, ditemukan bahwa pustakawan subjek belum banyak dibahas dalam bentuk komunikasi ilmiah yang terbukti dengan terbatasnya hasil penelusuran menggunakan kata kunci “pustakawan subjek” pada publikasi daring nasional, bahkan hasil penelusuran via Google kurang dari 300 pembahasan. Secara terminologi pun, terdapat sejumlah istilah populer namun terkesan belum konsisten untuk mendeskripsikan peran dan fungsi pustakawan subjek meliputi pustakawan subjek, pustakawan spesialis, pustakawan subjek spesialis dan pustakawan liaison. Dalam pembahasan, dipaparkan perihal pemakanaan istilah dan definisi pustakawan subjek, menggali peran dan fungsinya, serta menelaah tantangan dan peluang menjadi pustakawan subjek. Adanya penjabaran konsep tersebut diyakini memberi pencerahan terhadap profesionalisme pustakawan subjek dalam konteks nasional maupun global. Peran dan fungsi pustakawan subjek perlu dibenahi dalam rangka pemanfaatan sumber informasi perpustakaan serta peningkatan citra pustakawan sebagai manajer informasi. Sebagai simpulan, pustakawan subjek berkedudukan sebagai pustakawan yang mafhum secara teori dan praktis terhadap subjek yang ditekuninya, sehingga memudahkan proses penelusuran informasi berbasis perpustakaan. Rekomendasinya, pustakawan subjek idealnya mulai didesain dan diimplementasikan secara berkelanjutan dalam pemanfaatkan koleksi. layanan dan program perpustakaan

Pengaruh Konsentrasi Kepemilikan, Ukuran Perusahaan, Dan Mekanisme Corporate Governance Terhadap Pengungkapan Sukarela

The backgroundphenomena o fthis study is thefact that low disclosure practice on the financial reporting. The objectives o f the research are to fin d out empirical evidence o f the effect o f ownership concentration, firm s size, and corporate governance mechanisms on voluntary disclosure. The corporate governance mechanisms o f this research are composition o f board o f commissioner and audit quality. Audit quality were measure by industry specialize audit firm. This study is explanatory research. The samples are on purposive samping method, and in conformity with the follow ing criteria: (a) the annual report ended 31 December 2005; (b) book value o f equity is positive. There were 101 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research hyphotesis were tested using multiple regression analysis. The result o f this research show that: (1) ownership concentration has significantly positive influence on voluntary disclosure; (2) firm s size has significantly positive influence on voluntary disclosure; (3) composition o f board o f commissioner has no influence on voluntary disclosure; (4) audit quality, significantly and positively influenced voluntary disclosure

Perilaku Penelusuran Informasi Mahasiswa UIN Jakarta Dalam Menyelesaikan Tugas Akhir Selama Pandemi Covid-19

Penelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi perilaku penelusuran informasi mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir selama Pandemi Covid-19. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dalam mencapai tujuan penelitian. Sampel diambil dari populasi yang memenuhi kriteria sedang atau telah menyusun tugas akhir dan diperoleh 100 responden. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk menggambarkan kondisi perilaku penelusuran mahasiswa secara keseluruhan dan pada setiap prosesnya sesuai Big 6 Model. Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa perilaku penelusuran informasi mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir dianggap sudah baik dengan total skor 4.788, berkategori baik. Hasil ini didukung pula oleh masing-masing tahapan penelusuran yang dominan berkategori baik (rentang skor 680-840), yaitu task definition (852) information seeking strategies (815), location and access (788), use of information (799), synthesis (780) dan evaluation (754). Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa akhir memiliki persepsi baik terhadap keterampilan menelusur informasi selama Pandemi Covid-19 dengan skor tertinggi pada tahap task definition dan skor terendah evaluation. Sebagai rekomendasi, mahasiswa dan pemangku kepentingan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mengevaluasi hasil penelusuran dan penelitian dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan perluasan jumlah sampel dan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara

The Influence of Intellectual Capital on The Firm's Value with The Financial Performance as Intervening Variable

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual capital on the firm's value with company's financial performance (profitability) as an intervening variable. Intellectual capital was measured using Pulic's models. This research sample number 93 companies manufacturing sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that: (a) the intellectual capital has a positive effect on firm value; (b) intellectual capital has a positive impact on profitability; and (c) studies have shown that profitability serves as an intervening variable in a causal relationship between intellectual capital and firm value

An Analytical Solution Of 1-D Pseudo Homoneneous Model For Oxidation Reaction Using Homotopy Perturbation Method

In this paper, we propose an analytical solution of convective-diffusion equation that derived from an oxidation reaction in a chemical reactor. Here, concentration of feed gas as dependent variable. In this study, the reaction are assumed to be a one-dimensional pseudo homogeneous model and it is evaluated at a certain reaction rate. By rescaling process, the nonlinear term of the reaction rate can be approximated by a linear term, resulting a linear convective-diffusion equation with an initial condition and a set of boundary conditions. Here, we present an analytic solution of the initial condition and the boundary conditions using the homotopy perturbation method. The results show that at the end of the reactor, the solution is in agreement with numerical solution of the initial and boundary conditions

Pengaruh pemutaran musik instrumental terhadap kenyamanan membaca pemustaka di Perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi

Introduction. Library of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi (UMMI) plays an instrumental music on Tuesdays and Fridays morning to create nicer atmosphere of  reading activities. The paper aims to describe the effects of instrumental music toward users’ reading comfort.Data Collection Method. This research used a descriptive quatitative approach with Likert scale in the surveys. The 54 respondents were gathered by using random sampling.Analysis Data. The data was analyzed by statistical descriptive to show user’s’ perceiveness toward playback of instrumental music (variable Y) and user’s’ reading comfort. The data was analyzed by using SPSS 20  .Results and Discussions. The user’s’ perceiveness toward the playback of instrumental music and the reading comfort were 1.816 and 1.972 and considered “good”. The playback of instrumental music showed a positive effect toward users’ reading comfort with R Square 16.3 %, and thus H1 was accepted.Conclusions. The playback of instrumental music in library has positive effect toward users’ reading comfort. Librarians should vary the music playlists

KETERSEDIAAN KOLEKSI MUATAN LOKALDALAM MEMENUHI FUNGSI KULTURAL PERPUSTAKAAN : studi kualitatif deskriptif pada ruang literatur tentang Jawa Barat di Dispusipda Jabar

Koleksi muatan lokal memiliki nilai informasi yang dibutuhkan pemustaka untuk mengetahui dan memahami budaya daerahnya, sehingga mewujudkan fungsi pelestarian budaya lokal (kultural). Meskidemikian, hasilstudipendahuluanmenunjukkanbahwakoleksi muatan lokal belum sepenuhnya didayagunakan dengan baik kepada pemustaka.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana ketersediaan koleksi muatan lokal pada Ruang Literatur tentang Jawa Barat di Dispusipda Jabar dalam memenuhi fungsi kultural perpustakaan, yang dilihat dari faktor relevansi koleksi muatan lokal, orientasi kebutuhan koleksi muatan lokal pada pengguna, kelengkapan koleksi muatan lokal dan kemutakhiran koleksi muatan lokal. Pendekatan yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Partisipan dalam penelitian terdiri dari key informan, informan internal dan informan eksternal yang ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, data display dan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan koleksi muatan lokal telah memenuhi fungsi kultural perpustakaan. Meski demikian nilai informasi koleksi muatan lokal belum sepenuhnya memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pemustaka terutama dalam hal relevansi koleksi muatan lokal, orientasi kebutuhan koleksi muatan lokal pada pengguna dan kelengkapan koleksi muatan lokal. Pustakawan, kepala perpustakaan dan pemerintah diharapkan dapat bekerjasama dalam meningkatkan partisipasinya untuk melestarikan nilai-nilai kedaerahan Jawa Barat melalui ketersediaan koleksi muatan lokal dan aktivitas/program apresiasi budaya. However, the preliminary results of the study show that the collection of local content has not been fully harnessed properly to users. This research aims to describe how the availability of collection of local content on Ruang Literatur tentang Jawa Barat di Dispusipda Jabar in meeting the cultural function of the library, which is views of the relevance of the collection of local content, orientation needs a collection of local content on the user, completeness of the collection of local content and recency of collection of local content. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive method. Participants in the study consisted of key informant, internal informant and external informant who specified through purposive sampling technique. The process of data collection was done through interviews, observation and study of documentation. Data analysis techniques used are reduction data, display data, and conclusion/verification. The results showed that the availability of a collection of local content has met the cultural function of the library. However the value of the information collection of local content is not yet fully meet the needs of information users especially relevance of the collection of local content, orientation needs a collection of local content on the user and completeness of the collection of local. The Librarian, head of the library and the Government are expected to cooperate in improving participation in conserving the values of West Java regional councils through the availability of a collection of local content and activities/programs cultural appreciation. PENGEMBANGAN TUGAS DESAIN INSTRUKSIONAL PELATIHAN APLIKASI SLiMS PADA TENAGA PERPUSTAKAAN SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS

Perpustakaan sekolah sebagai organisasi memiliki SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia) sebagai tenaga pengelola perpustakaan yang merupakan unsur dinamis dalam kegiatan perpustakaan. Merujuk pada perkembangan teknologi, para praktisi perpustakaan tengah mengembangkan aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis web yaitu Senayan Library Management System(SLiMS). Pentingnya aplikasi teknologi di perpustakaan sekolah memberikan peluang dan tantangan kepada tenaga pengelola perpustakaan untuk menguasai keahlian dalam bidang teknologi. Kondisi tersebut searah dengan regulasi mengenai unsur kompetensi pengelolaan informasi dan pengembangan profesi. Mengingat aplikasi teknologi, peneliti bermaksud merancang desain instruksional pelatihan SLiMS pada tenaga pengelola perpustakaan Sekolah Menengah Atas sebagai upaya untuk memberikan rujukan baik dalam perencanaan maupun pelaksanaan pelatihan aplikasi SLiMS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Pengembangan dan perancangan desain instruksional pelatihan aplikasi SliMS pada tenaga perpustakaan Sekolah Menengah Atas; dan (2) Mendeskripsikan analisis SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunities, dan Threats) dari penggunaan Desain Instruksional pelatihan aplikasi SliMS pada tenaga perpustakaan Sekolah Menengah Atas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dari berbagai sumber meliputi jurnal elektronik, artikel, buku dan website yang relevan dengan topik. Tugas desain instruksional merupakan unsur penting dalam organisasi sebagai strategi untuk menghasilkan SDM yang memiliki pemikiran baru untuk melakukan pekerjaanya sehingga lebih optimal. Idealnya pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan mekanisme yang tepat dengan cara mengetahui kebutuhan SDM
