    Sintesis Zeolit-A Dari Abu Dasar Batubara Dengan Pemisahan Fe Dan Ca

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis zeolit-A dari abu dasar dengan pemisahan kandungan Fe dan Ca sebelum dilakukan peleburan. Zeolit-A disintesis menggunakan ekstrak yang dihasilkan melalui metode peleburan abu dasar pada suhu 750oC dalam atmosfer udara yang diikuti proses hidrotermal pada suhu 100°C selama 12 jam. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kristalinitas zeolit-A dengan pemisahan Fe dan Ca sebesar 88,64% dengan tingkat kemurnian yang lebih besar, sementara pada zeolit-A tanpa pemisahan Fe dan Ca yang telah dilaporkan pada penelitian sebelumnya didapatkan kristalinitas sebesar 84,19% dengan tingkat kemurnian yang lebih rendah

    This research aims to find out Management of Human Resource Development in Improving Teacher Personality Competence at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The method used in this study is to use the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that 1. Planning for Human Resource Development in Improving Teacher Personality Competence, namely by holding a deliberation meeting which is carried out at the new school year or at the beginning of the semester with the involvement of related parties, namely the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Council of Teachers , and all educational staff. 2. The Program for Implementing Human Resource Development in Improving Teacher Personality Competence in Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Based on the decision of the Madrasah head, there are 6 Activities for Implementing the Human Resource Development Program in Improving Teacher Personality Competence which are routine and incidental, namely: Dzuhur Prayer in Congregation, Apples Morning, Islamic Studies, MGMP, Motivation Training, Religious Tour or Walisongo Pilgrimage. 3. Evaluation of the Human Resource Development Management program in Improving Teacher Personal Competence at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin is carried out in the form of monitoring and supervision from the Madrasah head to Teachers and teacher attitude assessment carried out by students by voting or voting to obtain and obtain The title as the best and most favorite teacher will be announced at the commemoration of National Teacher's Day, which is on November 25

    Based on field observations, students need media that can improve motivation and easy to use during the learning process so that it is expected to be able to improve student learning performance.The purpose of this research is to explain the development of media, expose the use of media, and explain the improvement of learning performance with teams ' gift learning media in thematic learning in elementary schools.This research is a research and Development (R&D) conducted using the Borg and Gall (Sugiyono,2016) model modified according to the needs of researchers. The subject of this study is a class II student UPT SD Negeri Kedawung 01. The results show that, media assessments by media experts and material experts are each 76% and 83% respectively, teams ' gift media has 4 game stages which are Group division stage, learning stage, and gift division level, and response The use of media by learners of 86% as well as student learning achievements increased from an average value of 74.04 to 88.85 with N-Gain counting results showing a score of 0.5639 in a medium category.     The main objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the Madrasah Principal's Leadership Strategy in Increasing Teacher Professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin 2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in Improving Teacher Professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin. This research method uses a qualitative approach, the method used in this research is using, Observation, Interview, Documentation. The results showed that the leadership strategy of the madrasa head in increasing teacher professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, namely: creating conducive situations and conditions in the work environment, increasing discipline for all educators, carrying out strict selection of teaching staff, providing welfare guarantees for, Evaluate each activity that has been implemented. Supporting factors namely; apply the principles of respect for educators who have work creativity and innovation, have sufficient budget for madrasah development, have adequate and supporting facilities and infrastructure, educators have high work enthusiasm and innovation in carrying out their duties.     The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the communication between the Head of Madrasah and staff, teachers both orally and in writing in increasing teacher professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Jatiagung District, South Lampung Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative research approach. In carrying out this qualitative research how to build knowledge through understanding and discovery. The use of this qualitative research approach is carried out because it relates to the research process and understanding based on a methodology that investigates social phenomena and human problems. In this study, data sources were taken from observations, interviews, and documentation from parties related to this research. The results of the study show that the Madrasah Principal does communicate with the teachers orally and in writing at the Madrasah in increasing professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Jatiagung District, South Lampung Regency. While the form of communication carried out by the head of the madrasa with the teachers orally and in writing by the madrasa through internal communication using two forms, first the head of the madrasa carries out downward communication, namely communication that comes from the head of the madrasa to the teachers.     Untuk membentuk individu yang berkualitas dapat dimulai sejak bayi dalam kandungan disertai dengan pemberian ASI sejak usia dini terutama pemberian ASI eksklusif kepada bayinya. Namun masih banyak ibu-ibu yang memberikan MP ASI dini kepada bayinya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku ibu dalam pemberian MP-ASI dini.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan menggunakan rancangan Crosectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang mempunyai bayi usia 0 – 6 bulan. Sampel sebanyak 43 responden sesuai dengan Kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat, analisa bivariat melalui chisquare. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh hasil 13(30,2%) responden mempunyai pengetahuanbaik, sedangkan 23(53,5%) mayoritas berpendidikan dasar, status pekerjaan responden mayoritas ibu rumah tangga 19(44,2%), responden yang mengikuti tradisi 24(55,8%)dan umur responden <20 tahun sebanyak 23(53,5%) dini. Dari hasil uji statistik terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan, tradisi, dan dukungan keluarga. Sedangkan pendidikan tidak berhubungan dengan perilaku ibu dalam pemberian MP-ASI dini.Dari hasil penelitian ini di sarankan adanyapenyuluhan kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya ketepatan pemberian MP-ASI sehingga perilaku masyarakat menjadi lebih baik.Kata kunci : perilaku ibu,MP-AS

    This study aims to find out about the implementation of human resource management in improving the discipline of students at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, South Lampung. This research includes field research. The method used in this study is to use the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. The results showed that planning for implementing human resource management in improving student discipline at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School in Sidoharjo village was carried out and determined in the form of a joint management meeting for both men and women. Human Resource Development Program in Improving Disciplinary Competence of students which are routine and incidental, namely: 1) Congregational Prayer, 2) Morning Call, 3) Islamic Studies, 4) Training Motivation, 6) Routine evaluation, 7) Giving sanctions, 8), queue to eat according to the specified time. Evaluation of the Human Resource Development Management program in Improving the discipline of students at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School is carried out in the form of monitoring and supervision from the Management (ustadz and ustadzah) of the Islamic Boarding School and assessing the attitude of the students carried out by the administrators (ustad and ustadzah) at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School by means of notes through the black book and how many of these students have a letter of violation signed on the mat
