    Traceability merupakan hal penting pada proyek perangkat lunak, terutama pada proyek skala besar. Traceability berfungsi untuk mengetahui ketelusuran antar artefak dalam fase-fase yang berbeda (analisis kebutuhan, analisis desain, dan analisis implementasi) maupun antara artefak dan pihak pengembang yang terlibat. Sistem traceability otomatis diperlukan untuk membangun ketelusuran antar artefak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi sejumlah literatur pendekatan terbaru yang digunakan untuk membangun traceability link. Eksplorasi literatur mengacu pada taksonomi berbasis evolusi perangkat lunak terhadap sejumlah mekanisme karakterisasi Perubahan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi mekanisme. Hasil penelitian dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana pendekatan tersebut dapat mendukung evolusi perangkat lunak serta memberikan garis besar dari kriteria yang dibutuhkan untuk membangun metode traceability yang lebih baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah variasi faktor suatu pendekatan tidak berbeda jauh dengan pendekatan lainnya kecuali jika terdapat perbedaan pada faktor temporal

    Synthesis, X-ray Structures, Electronic Properties, and O\u3csub\u3e2\u3c/sub\u3e/NO Reactivities of Thiol Dioxygenase Active-Site Models

    Mononuclear non-heme iron complexes that serve as structural and functional mimics of the thiol dioxygenases (TDOs), cysteine dioxygenase (CDO) and cysteamine dioxygenase (ADO), have been prepared and characterized with crystallographic, spectroscopic, kinetic, and computational methods. The high-spin Fe(II) complexes feature the facially coordinating tris(4,5-diphenyl-1-methylimidazol-2-yl)phosphine (Ph2TIP) ligand that replicates the three histidine (3His) triad of the TDO active sites. Further coordination with bidentate l-cysteine ethyl ester (CysOEt) or cysteamine (CysAm) anions yielded five-coordinate (5C) complexes that resemble the substrate-bound forms of CDO and ADO, respectively. Detailed electronic-structure descriptions of the [Fe(Ph2TIP)(LS,N)]BPh4 complexes, where LS,N = CysOEt (1) or CysAm (2), were generated through a combination of spectroscopic techniques [electronic absorption, magnetic circular dichroism (MCD)] and density functional theory (DFT). Complexes 1 and 2 decompose in the presence of O2 to yield the corresponding sulfinic acid (RSO2H) products, thereby emulating the reactivity of the TDO enzymes and related complexes. Rate constants and activation parameters for the dioxygenation reactions were measured and interpreted with the aid of DFT calculations for O2-bound intermediates. Treatment of the TDO models with nitric oxide (NO)—a well-established surrogate of O2—led to a mixture of high-spin and low-spin {FeNO}7 species at low temperature (−70 °C), as indicated by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy. At room temperature, these Fe/NO adducts convert to a common species with EPR and infrared (IR) features typical of cationic dinitrosyl iron complexes (DNICs). To complement these results, parallel spectroscopic, computational, and O2/NO reactivity studies were carried out using previously reported TDO models that feature an anionic hydrotris(3-phenyl-5-methyl-pyrazolyl)borate (Ph,MeTp–) ligand. Though the O2 reactivities of the Ph2TIP- and Ph,MeTp-based complexes are quite similar, the supporting ligand perturbs the energies of Fe 3d-based molecular orbitals and modulates Fe–S bond covalency, suggesting possible rationales for the presence of neutral 3His coordination in CDO and ADO

    Early experience on obstetric outcomes of pregnant women who tested positive for COVID-19 in Ethiopia: A case series analysis

    Severe acute respiratory syndrome affects all groups of population including pregnant women. Currently, there are limited evidences to show an increased risk of infection or increased mortality among pregnant women than the general population. On the 13th of March 2020, Ethiopian government reported the first case of COVID-19. Since then, until the time of this research compilation, more than 40 pregnant women have been managed at Eka Kotebe General Hospital, which is the first COVID-19 designated center in the country. The aim of this case series is to do an in-depth case review of the first four cases of pregnant women who tested positive for COVID-19. Out of the four cases discussed in this series, there was one maternal death, and three out of the four newborns delivered tested positive for COVID-19

    The Role of Racial Identity and Implicit Racial Bias in Self-Reported Racial Discrimination: Implications for Depression Among African American Men

    Racial discrimination is conceptualized as a psychosocial stressor that has negative implications for mental health. However, factors related to racial identity may influence whether negative experiences are interpreted as instances of racial discrimination and subsequently reported as such in survey instruments, particularly given the ambiguous nature of contemporary racism. Along these lines, dimensions of racial identity may moderate associations between racial discrimination and mental health outcomes. This study examined relationships between racial discrimination, racial identity, implicit racial bias, and depressive symptoms among African American men between 30 and 50 years of age (n = 95). Higher racial centrality was associated with greater reports of racial discrimination, while greater implicit anti-Black bias was associated with lower reports of racial discrimination. In models predicting elevated depressive symptoms, holding greater implicit anti-Black bias in tandem with reporting lower racial discrimination was associated with the highest risk. Results suggest that unconscious as well as conscious processes related to racial identity are important to consider in measuring racial discrimination, and should be integrated in studies of racial discrimination and mental health

    Racial discrimination and depressive symptoms among African-American men: The mediating and moderating roles of masculine self-reliance and John Henryism

    Despite well-documented associations between everyday racial discrimination and depression, mechanisms underlying this association among African-American men are poorly understood. Guided by the Transactional Model of Stress and Coping, we frame masculine self-reliance and John Henryism as appraisal mechanisms that influence the relationship between racial discrimination, a source of significant psychosocial stress, and depressive symptoms among African-American men. We also investigate whether the proposed relationships vary by reported discrimination-specific coping responses. Participants were 478 African-American men recruited primarily from barbershops in the West and South regions of the United States. Multiple linear regression and Sobel-Goodman mediation analyses were used to examine direct and mediated associations between our study variables. Racial discrimination and masculine self-reliance were positively associated with depressive symptoms, though the latter only among active responders. John Henryism was negatively associated with depressive symptoms, mediated the masculine self-reliance- depressive symptom relationship, and among active responders moderated the racial discrimination-depressive symptoms relationship. Though structural interventions are essential, clinical interventions designed to mitigate the mental health consequences of racial discrimination among African-American men should leverage masculine self-reliance and active coping mechanisms

    PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF SPECTRAL RESPONSES OF A.CEPA PEEL DYESENSITIZED SOLAR CELLS TO LIQUID ELECTROLYTES

    This study investigates the effect of variation of electrolyte on the output performance of A.cepa peel dye-sensitized solar cells. Four A.cepa dye-sensitized solar cells were sensitized with different liquid electrolytes. The criteria used for assessing their performance was the short circuit current (Isc), open circuit voltage (Voc), maximum power (Pmax), fill factor (ff), output efficiency (ƞ) and the incident photon to conversion efficiency (IPCE). The responses produced by the A.cepa dye solar cells were varied. The most efficient electrolyte was Mercury chloride (HgCl2) with an efficiency of 0.27%, potassium bromide (KBr) recorded the highest value in maximum power (Pmax), fill factor (ff) and open circuit voltage (Voc) with the following values: 38.09 W, 2.83 and 700 V respectively. HgCl2 also had the highest Isc, with a value of 0.04 mA and the best IPCE was obtained with KCl with a value of 1.64%. The significance of this outcome is that, HgCl2 and KCl electrolytes influenced the performance of A.cepa peel dye-sensitized solar cell by suppressing dye agglutination while KBr electrolyte improved A.cepa peel dye-sensitized solar cell’s electrochemical stability

    Exploiting the behaviour of wild malaria vectors to achieve high infection with fungal biocontrol agents

    BACKGROUND\ud \ud Control of mosquitoes that transmit malaria has been the mainstay in the fight against the disease, but alternative methods are required in view of emerging insecticide resistance. Entomopathogenic fungi are candidate alternatives, but to date, few trials have translated the use of these agents to field-based evaluations of their actual impact on mosquito survival and malaria risk. Mineral oil-formulations of the entomopathogenic fungi Metarhizium anisopliae and Beauveria bassiana were applied using five different techniques that each exploited the behaviour of malaria mosquitoes when entering, host-seeking or resting in experimental huts in a malaria endemic area of rural Tanzania.\ud \ud RESULTS\ud \ud Survival of mosquitoes was reduced by 39-57% relative to controls after forcing upward house-entry of mosquitoes through fungus treated baffles attached to the eaves or after application of fungus-treated surfaces around an occupied bed net (bed net strip design). Moreover, 68 to 76% of the treatment mosquitoes showed fungal growth and thus had sufficient contact with fungus treated surfaces. A population dynamic model of malaria-mosquito interactions shows that these infection rates reduce malaria transmission by 75-80% due to the effect of fungal infection on adult mortality alone. The model also demonstrated that even if a high proportion of the mosquitoes exhibits outdoor biting behaviour, malaria transmission was still significantly reduced.\ud \ud CONCLUSIONS\ud \ud Entomopathogenic fungi strongly affect mosquito survival and have a high predicted impact on malaria transmission. These entomopathogens represent a viable alternative for malaria control, especially if they are used as part of an integrated vector management strategy

    Multivariate morphometric analysis of Apis cerana of southern mainland Asia

    Multivariate morphometric analyses were performed on a series of worker honeybees, Apis cerana, representing 557 colonies from all of southern mainland Asia extending from Afghanistan to Vietnam south of the Himalayas. Scores from the principal components analysis revealed five statistically separable but not entirely distinct morphoclusters of bees: (1) the Hindu Kush, Kashmir, N. Myanmar, N. Vietnam and S. China; (2) Himachal Pradesh region of N. India; (3) N. India, Nepal; (4) central and S. Myanmar and Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, S. China and peninsular Malaysia; (5) central and S. India. The major morphoclusters are distributed coherently with the different climatic zones of the region. While populations are definable, nomenclatural adjustments remain for the future
