    The Government of Village has the authority to supervise the existing social institutions in every kepenghuluan, the guidance done by the introduction of duties and functions of every institution namely the institution of PKK and the RW . This study aims to find out the guidance of government kepenghuluan to community institutions in Village Bagan Nibung District Simpang Kanan Kistrict RokanHilir.This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive research type, which can be interpreted as problem solving process investigated by describing the state of research subject based on facts that appear during the research which then proceed with based on existing theories. Development of government kepenghuluan in conducting coaching has not run maximally, government kepenghuluan only provide guidance about the main task and function, Because so far there is no coaching from local government so that institution in carrying out duty and function not yet fully reached.Based on the results of research that has been done on the function of fostering governance kepenghuluan to community institutions kepenghuluan in kepenghuluan Bagan Nibung Simpang Kanan District Rokan Hilir District 2015-2015 researchers can conclude that, the guidance is do by government kepenghuluan to community institutions less maximum so that community institutions especially PKK And RW has not done its job well. Should the local government should provide guidance to the government kepenghuluan about community institutions such as training so that coaching conducted by the government Village should run optimally.     Improving students’ reading comprehension through prediction strategy at grade VIII SMP Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan

    This research was done to solve the students’ problems in reading comprehension. The purposes of this research were: to describe the students’ reading comprehension through Prediction Strategy at Grade VIII-11 SMP Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan and to identify the factors which influenced students’ reading comprehension through Prediction Strategy at Grade VIII-11 SMP Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan. Research methodology that used in this research was classroom action research by implementing the Kemmis design which consisted of four steps as; planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. To solve the students’ problems in reading comprehension, the researcher applied Prediction Strategy. The researcher used two cycles; every cycle consisted of two meetings. Moreover, the participants of this research were the class of VIII-11 (27 students) and there was collaboration with an English teacher. Meanwhile, the data was derived from reading comprehension tests, observation, and interview. Students’ score in cycle 1 was 66.85 (25.92%) and students’ score in cycle 2 was 73.51 (51.85%). From the students’ mean score in cycle 1, it did not pass the KKM (Minimum Mastery Criterion). Then, the researcher continued into cycle 2. Based on the research result in cycle 1 and cycle 2, it showed the improvement of students’ mean score and students’ percentage. So, students’ improvement in reading comprehension through prediction strategy was enough category. Students’ problems were students still low, students were lack motivation in reading, seldom to practie, and lack of attention about the important of reading. Problems solving were; taught them to reconstruct the words that they knew be an interpreting as predict the meaning of the words; asked them to learn more vocabulary items by them selves; asked them to use their background knowledge in understanding the text

    Peningkatan Kemampuan Membaca Anak melalui Permainan Bengkel Kata di Taman Kanak-kanak Smart Kids Padang Panjang

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca anak melalui permainan bengkel kata. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian kelas B taman kanak — kanak Smart Kids Padang   Panjang sebanyak 15 anak, 7 orang laki — laki dan 8 orang anak perempuan pada semester   II Thaun ajaran 2018-2019. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua siklus dan pada tiap siklus terdiri dari tiga kali pertemuan. Pada siklus I pertemuan ketiga perkembangan kemampuan membaca anak mendapatakan nilai rata — rata sebesar 49% setelah dilakukan perbaikan pada  siklus II pertemuan ketiga kemampuan anak meningkat dengan nilai rata — rata 85%   yang mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimum.     Penggunaan komputer telah berkembang dari sekedar pengolahan data ataupun penyaji informasi, menjadi mampu untuk menyediakan pilihan-pilihan sebagai pendukung pengambil keputusan yang dapat dilakukan. Di Kantor Wali Nagari Simpang terdapat kegiatan pengajuan proposal dengan dana yang telah dialokasikan untuk setiap kegiatan yang layak didanai. Proses Penilaian proposal dilakukan oleh Tim Verifikasi secara langsung kelapangan dan masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga memungkinkan dibuatnya suatu sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan proposal kegiatan Desa menggunakan metode Topsis. Sistem yang dibuat, dirancang menggunakan UML, pembuatan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MariaDB. Sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan proposal yang dihasilkan mampu mengolah jadwal periode penerimaan proposal, mengolah data proposal untuk dihitung dan laporan jumlah proposal yang diterima dan ditolak serta memudahkan pengusul dalam mengajukan proposalnya secara online. Hasil akhir dari perhitungan TOPSIS adalah sebuah perangkingan yang diurutkan berdasarkan nilai preferensi setiap alternatif.     Having a whole family and harmony is the peace of every individual, where a child can feel the role of both parents in a family. But not very few families fail to harmonize, which is the result of an unexpected breakup. The direct consequences of divorce are emotional distress and behavioural problems, as well as the results of research on many divorces that reveal that high-risk children are experiencing psychological, social and academic development problems compared to non-divorced parents' families. In teenagers, it's a time when a person's social consciousness is going to get higher and when social pressure comes out every day, various problems can occur in teenagers, because teenagers' behavior is still not able to adapt to various demands from the environment. Until the role of the elderly is fully attained, neither happiness is fully attained by the family. The purpose of this research is to know the role of gratitude for the happiness of student SMA-IT Jaisyul Quran Nagreg who are divorced parents. The method used is a qualitative method that focuses on descriptive data. To get a proper description, writers process data by analyzing field data. where data sources come from observations and interviews and other literature related to the research theme. The results of this study show that gratitude plays an important role in bringing happiness to the adolescent victims of divorce, and that can have an impact on the lives of both social and academic students

    Pengenalan huruf untuk anak dapat melalui pengalaman-pengalaman yang dapat menunjang faktor-faktor bahasa pada anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf melalui permainan helm kartu huruf di Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Nibras Padang. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi dan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah persentase ialah membandingkan yang muncul dari keseluruhan anak yang hadir dikalikan 100% untuk melihat kecendrungan data. Hasil dari penelitian dilihat pada siklus pertama setelah tindakan, terlihat adanya peningkatan kemampuan berhitung disetiap pertemuan, namun hasil yang dicapai belum memuaskan dan perlu tindakan pada siklus kedua dimana pengenalan huruf meningkat pada anak

    The research work aimed to solve student epistemological obstacle in working on linear equation math story problem through didactic anticipation approach in grade VIII junior high school 03 Sungai Kakap. The participant of this study were 4 student of class VIII A. The research employed analytical descriptive method using clinical study case approach. The research finding showed that didactic anticipation approach could overcome the epistemological obstacle of studentin doing problem solving. Before given this approach, the four student found obstacles in problem solving. After given the didactic anticipation approach, the epistemological obstacle in understanding the problem, devising a plan, and carrying out the plan is overcome
