    PERENCANAAN FASILITAS PENYEBERANGAN BAGI PEJALAN KAKI BERDASARKAN KEBUTUHAN DI JALAN RADEN PATAH JAKARTA SELATAN

    Abstract Pedestrian crossings, both at segments and at intersections, are facilities needed by pedestrians to support their mobility. However, often the pedestrian crossing facilities that have been provided are not utilized properly by road users. Therefore, in its provision, planning needs to be done based on the needs of road users. On the Raden Patah Road section, South Jakarta, there are no pedestrian crossing facilities. In this study a crossing facility is planned on the road, which meets the needs of road users and meets the existing guideline requirements. Interviews were conducted to determine pedestrian perceptions and preferences about the desired crossing facilities. The results of this study indicate that the pelican type pedestrian facility is needed. However, from a more in-depth analysis, it was found that the staggered crossing as the crossing facility is more recommended. Keywords: crossing facilities; pedestrian; road users; zebra crossing.  Abstrak Penyeberangan pejalan kaki, baik di ruas maupun di persimpangan jalan, adalah fasilitas yang sangat diperlukan oleh pejalan kaki untuk mendukung mobilitasnya. Walaupun demikian, seringkali fasilitas penyeberangan pejalan kaki yang telah disediakan tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh pengguna jalan. Karena itu, dalam penyediaannya, perlu dilakukan perencanaan berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna jalan. Di ruas Jalan Raden Patah, Jakarta Selatan, belum terdapat fasilitas penyeberangan bagi pejalan kaki. Pada kajian ini direncanakan fasilitas penyeberangan di jalan tersebut, yang memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna jalan dan memenuhi ketentuan yang ada. Wawancara dilakukan untuk mengetahui persepsi dan preferensi pejalan kaki tentang fasilitas penye-berangan yang diinginkan. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa para pejalan kaki cenderung membutuhkan fasilitas pejalan kaki jenis pelican.     Affordability Assessment to Implement Light Rail Transit (LRT) for Greater Yogyakarta

    The high population density and the increasing visitors in Yogyakarta aggravate the traffic congestion problem. BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) services, Trans Jogja has not managed to solve this problem yet. Introducing Light Rail Transit (LRT) has been considered as one of the solutions to restrain the congestion in Greater Yogyakarta. As the first indication that the LRT can be built in Greater Yogyakarta, the transportation affordability index was used to understand whether the LRT tariff was affordable. That tariff was calculated based on government policy in determining railway tariff. The forecasted potential passengers and LRT route have been analyzed as the previous steps to get LRT tariff. Potential passenger was forecasted from gravity mode, and the proposed LRT route was chosen using Multi Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA). The existing transportation affordability index was calculated for comparison analysis using the percentage of the expenditures for transportation made by monthly income of each household. The result showed that the LRT for Greater Yogyakarta was the most affordable transport mode compared to the Trans Jogja Bus and motorcycle. The affordability index of Tram Jogja for people having average income was 10.66% while another people with bottom quartile income was 13.56%.Keywords: Greater Yogyakarta, LRT, affordability

    AUDIT KESELAMATAN JALAN SEBAGAI DASAR IMPLEMENTASI PERENCANAAN KARAKTERISTIK JALAN

    Peningkatan manajemen keselamatan infrastruktur jalan merupakan komponen kunci untuk peningkatan keselamatan jalan. Untuk meningkatkan keselamatan jalan, selama tahap operasi dan pemeliharaan, otoritas jalan harus menemukan dan memperbaiki masalah keselamatan yang menjadi penyebab kecelakaan jalan, untuk mencegah kembali terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas. Sehingga audit keselamatan jalan sangat dibutuhkan, sebagai suatu sistem yang melakukan kontrol kualitas (keselamatan) jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian terhadap audit keselamatan jalan yang telah dilakukan pada berbagai lokasi dan melakukan penyimpulan terhadap rekomendasi audit keselamatan jalan dalam hal geometrik dan karakteristik jalan untuk dapat memberikan masukan pada tahapan perencanaan jalan baru di kemudian hari. Hasil dari studi ini adalah pada segmen jalan lurus perencanaan rambu peringatan dan batas kecepatan sangat diperlukan untuk menambah informasi kepada pengemudi. Terkait bagian tikungan dan tanjakan jalan, konsistensi dalam perencanaan radius tikungan mutlak diperlukan.  Selain itu khusus untuk daerah tanjakan, pada tikungan perlu dilengkapi marka garis lurus dan rambu batas kecepatan serta rambu dilarang menyiap untuk mengurangi kemungkinan terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas

    Development of tourism areas was planned to support the target of 20 million foreign tourists and 275 million domestic tourists visiting Indonesia in 2019. In order to accommodate these tourists, road infrastructures need to be improved so that its quality and quantity meets the characteristics of tourism area. Importance and satisfaction analysis of road service performance was used as an approach to determine the public road criteria which were needed to be improved. Results showed that the trips security to the tourism area, the placement of signage and the trip convenience were the criteria that have very high importance and satisfaction rating and needs to be continued maintained. However the criteria which were needed to be improved were the number of road lighting and the number of roadside station/rest area

    PENGKINIAN FAKTOR PENYESUAIAN KAPASITAS JALAN PERKOTAAN TIPE 22-TT AKIBAT LEBAR LAJUR

    Jumlah kendaraan di Indonesia meningkat, penyiapan infrastruktur jalan pun harus menyiapkan prasarana jalan yang aman, selamat, dan tidak mengganggu lingkungan sesuai dengan perkembang kendaraan saat ini. Dengan demikian perhitungan kapasitas jalan dapat disesuaikan dengan perkembangan kendaraan pada saat ini. PenelitIan dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu merubah penempatan marka garis untuk mendapatkan variasi lebar lajur jalan yang dilakukan di kota Bandung dan kota Medan. Variasi lebar lajur yang didapat adalah 11, 8, 5,7. Data kendaraan (kendaraan berat, kendaraan ringan, sepeda motor) yang dicatat menggunakan kamera video adalah waktu yang dihabiskan melewati tanda garis 20m. Data selanjutnya dihitung untuk mendapatkan kapasitas maksimum. Data kapasitas dari berbagai variasi lebar lajur dibandingkan dengan data kapasitas lebar standar, sehingga didapatkan factor koreksi kapasitas akibat perbedaan-perbedaan lajur. Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah perbandingan factor kapasitas 2019 dan 1997 menunjukkan bahwa pada tipe jalan 2TT terlihat bahwa perbedaan berkisar 2,4 sampai dengan 65,1.     THE AFFORDABILITY ASSESSMENT TO IMPLEMENT LIGHT RAIL TRANSIT (LRT) FOR GREATER YOGYAKARTA

    An increasing trend each year of private vehicle ownership in Greater Yogyakarta has affected the traffic condition. Trans Jogja bus as a new public transport, which was designed better than local bus, has not operated optimally. This condition has brought up a plan to introduce Light Rail Transit (LRT). As the first indication that the LRT can be built in Greater Yogyakarta, the transportation affordability index was used to understand whether the LRT tariff was affordable. The first step was calculating the affordability index of the existing modes for comparison. Then, the potential passengers were forecasted using gravity model so that the possible route was able to be proposed. Each proposed route was analysed using Multi Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) method to decide which route that would be built first. Using the chosen route, the tariff of LRT was calculated based on Permen no 28/2012 as government policy about determining railway tariff and was used to know the affordability index of LRT. The result showed that the Trans Jogja was affordable while the motorcycle was not affordable. There were four routes proposed to serve the 1611017 potential trips in Greater Yogyakarta forecasted in 2019. The line T1 has been chosen as the first LRT route to be built and gave the LRT tariff of IDR 2500 per trip. Therefore, the affordability index of Tram Jogja for people with average income was 10.66% while for people with bottom quartile income was 13.56%. In conclusion, the Tram Jogja was the most affordable transport mode in Greater Jogja
