PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIKA SISWA DENGAN PENERAPAN MEDIA KARTU PERMAINAN BILANGAN DI SDIT DELI INSANI TANJUNG MORAWA

This study aims to improve the results of learning mathematics of elementary school students SDIT Deli Insani of class V on the subject matter of fractions by using number playing card media. The from of this study is classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles, using number playing cards at SDIT Deli Insani in class V Tanjung Morawa. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of SDIT Deli Insani, amounting to 30 students. This action was carried out in April 2018. Methods of collecting data using observation and documentation. The data analysis used is quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of the study showed an increase in students' ability to understand concepts from the first cycle and second cycle. Percentage of increase in pre-action results, cycle I and cycle II students' concept comprehension ability that is 13.04% for indicators identifying number forms using number game cards (dominoes) and indicators solving problems in fractional form operations using dominoes 27.26%. the success indicator in cycle II reaches 80%. Thus the application of number game cards can improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts at SDIT Deli Insani in Class V

Hubungan Kepemimpinan Manajer dengan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di Sofyaninnhotel Rangkayo Basa Padang

The purpose of research is to examine the relationship between the leadership of managers with employee satisfaction in SofyanInn Hotel Rangkayo Basa Padang. This research is a correlational study involving two variables, namely on the leadership of managers and employee satisfaction. Population of this research are about 32 people that all employees except the manager. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, by using saturated sampling, data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires (questionnaire) as many as 52 items using the Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. These results indicate that the majority of employees (68.7%) satisfaction of employees workingand (70 %) for leadership of the manager shows theunfavorable category.The results also indicate that the presence of a positive and significant relationship between the variables X and Y with value corelation (r) of 0,634

Pengembangan Media Komik Pada Materi Dinamika Litosfer Dalam Proses Belajar Mengajar Mitigasi Bencana Gunung Meletus Kelas X Di SMA N 1 Polanharjo

This research aims to: (1) develop comic as a instructional media about mountain disaster Mitigation vulcano eruption in SMA N 1 Polanharjo, and (2) to know the effectiveness of comic as instrument of learning process to increasing comprehension of students about mountain disaster mitigation volcano eruption on X grade in SMA N 1 Polanharjo. Comic Media was developed using the modified 4D into 3D model. The research subject was the student of X IPS 1 as experiment class and X IPS 2 as control class. Data analysis techniques using T-test to determine the effectiveness of comic. The results showed that comic media assassement by student and teacher getting score of 4.15 which belong "good"category. Assessment of material experts and media experts acquired an average rating of 4.31 so that comics belong to the "good" category. Based on the processing of student learning data shows Ho rejected and Hi received with Sig 0.000 and 0.000 where sig < 0.05. The average value of the control class was 75.45 with an increase in learning outcomes at 41%. While the experimental class shows an average value of 78.86 with an increase in learning outcomes of 76%. The results showed that effective comic-learning media to increase students ' understanding of mountain disaster mitigation materials erupted and improve student learning outcomes compared to conventional learning

Matematika adalah salah satu bidang studi yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa, karena merupakan sarana pemecahan masalah sehari-hari.&nbsp;Kesulitan dan kesalahan yang paling banyak dialami siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah kontekstual adalah rendahnya keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam menyelesaikan pemecahan masalah kontekstual.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui kesulitan siswa dalam pemahaman mengenai materi bangun Ruang dan untuk mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar matematika pada siswa.&nbsp;Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 060820&nbsp;medan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan suatu fenomena yang biasanya terjadi di lapangan dengan mempertimbangkan segala masalah yang diteliti. PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, KEMAMPUAN MANAJERIAL, EFIKASI DIRI, DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA MAHASISWA

Abstract: Work readiness is a condition of students when after graduating they have the competencies needed to enter the workforce. The entrepreneurial spirit is also part of the work readiness of students. Various rides can be used by students in preparing themselves to enter the workforce. Important factors that support job readiness besides competence are communication factors and the extent of student association. Student organizations (Ormawa) are vehicles that can be used by students for this purpose. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, managerial ability, self-efficacy, and learning achievement on work readiness of students of the Faculty of Education, State University of Malang. This study uses a quantitative approach. The design or design of this study is an ex-post-facto cross-sectional survey and is included in the descriptive-causality research type. The population of this research is all of the management of Ormawa Faculty of Education, State University of Malang. Based on the calculation of Krejcie and Morgan Table (1970), the total population was 269 students, taken as a sample of 158 students. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Analysis of the data that will be used in this study are: (1) descriptive analysis; (2) regression analysis; and (3) path analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, this study concludes: (1) there is a significant influence of leadership style (X1) on students' work readiness (Y); (2) there is a significant influence of managerial ability (X2) on student work readiness of Ormawa (Y); (3) there is a significant effect of self-efficacy (X3) on student work readiness of Ormawa (Y); (4) there is a significant effect of learning achievement (X4) on student work readiness of Ormawa (Y); and (5) there is a significant influence of leadership style (X1), managerial ability (X2), self-efficacy (X3), and learning achievement (X4) on students' work readiness (Y).Abstrak: Kesiapan kerja adalah kondisi mahasiswa ketika setelah lulus memiliki kompetensi yang dibutuhkan untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Jiwa berwirausaha juga merupakan bagian kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. Berbagai wahana dapat dimanfaatkan mahasiswa dalam mempersiapkan dirinya untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Faktor penting yang mendukung kesiapan kerja selain kompetensi adalah faktor komunikasi dan luasnya pergaulan mahasiswa. Organisasi kemahasiswaan (ormawa) merupakan wahana yang dapat digunakan mahasiswa untuk itu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kemampuan manajerial, efikasi diri, dan prestasi belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa ormawa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Rancangan atau desain penelitian ini adalah survey cross-sectional ex-post-facto dan termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif-kausalitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengurus Ormawa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Malang. Berdasarkan perhitungan Tabel Krejcie dan Morgan (1970), jumlah populasi sebanyak 269 orang mahasiswa, diambil sampel penelitian sebanyak 158 orang mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Analisis data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) analisis deskriptif; (2) analisis regresi; dan (3) analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, penelitian ini menyimpulkan: (1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa ormawa (Y); (2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan kemampuan manajerial (X2) terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa ormawa (Y); (3) ada pengaruh yang signifikan efikasi diri (X3) terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa ormawa (Y); (4) ada pengaruh yang signifikan prestasi belajar (X4) terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa ormawa (Y); dan (5) ada pengaruh yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan (X1), kemampuan manajerial (X2), efikasi diri (X3), dan prestasi belajar (X4) terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa ormawa (Y)

CURATION AND MANAGEMENT OF CULTURAL HERITAGE THROUGH LIBRARIES

Libraries, museums and archives hold valuable collections in a variety of media, presenting a vast body of knowledge rooted in the history of human civilisation. These form the repository of the wisdom of great works by thinkers of past and the present. The holdings of these institutions are priceless heritage of the mankind as they preserve documents, ideas, and the oral and written records. To value the cultural heritage and to care for it as a treasure bequeathed to us by our ancestors is the major responsibility of libraries. The past records constitute a natural resource and are indispensable to the present generation as well as to the generations to come. Libraries preserve the documentary heritage resources for which they are primarily responsible. Any loss of such materials is simply irreplaceable. Therefore, preserving this intellectual, cultural heritage becomes not only the academic commitment but also the moral responsibility of the librarians/information scientists, who are in charge of these repositories. The high quality of the papers and the discussion represent the thinking and experience of experts in their particular fields. The contributed papers also relate to the methodology used in libraries in Asia to provide access to manuscripts and cultural heritage. The volume discusses best practices in Knowledge preservation and how to collaborate and preserve the culture. The book also deals with manuscript and archives issues in the digital era. The approach of this book is concise, comprehensively, covering all major aspects of preservation and conservation through libraries. The readership of the book is not just limited to library and information science professionals, but also for those involved in conservation, preservation, restoration or other related disciplines.
