Переклад фразеологізмів крізь призму теоретичних досліджень

У статті розглянуто класифікації проблем перекладу фразеологізмів, засвідчені в сучасному перекладознавстві, зокрема В. Виноградовим, А. Федоровим, О. Куніним та ін. Проаналізовано види фразеологізмів (лексичні, предика- тивні та компаративні фразеологізми) і способи їх перекладу (еквівалентний переклад, калькування, дослівний переклад, описовий переклад та ін.), що дає змогу досягти максимальної адекватності в перекладному тексті. (Classifications of translation phraseological units are considered in the article, presented in modern translation studies, in particular V. Vinogradov, A. Fedorov, A. Kunin and other is analyse the types of phraseological units (lexical, predicative and comparative) and methods of their translation (equivalent translation, counter-drawing, literal translation, descriptive translation of and other), that allows to attain maximal adequacy in the translated text.

У статті розглянуто лексико-граматичні трансформації, використані П. Анатольським у перекладі поеми «Кавказ» Т. Шевченка. Серед лексичних перетворень спостерігаємо такі види трансформацій, як конкретизація, генералізація, антонімний переклад; серед граматичних – зміна порядку слів, змін підрядного зв’язку у словосполученнях, членування та об’єднання речень, додавання та опущення; серед лексико-граматичних – зміна граматичної форми однини на множину та зміна простого присудка в складений, які вплинули на зміст тексту. (The lexico-grammatical transformations used P. Anatolski in translation of poem «Caucasus» Т. Shevchenko are considered in the article. Among lexical transformations look after such types of transformations, as a specification, generalization, antonymous translation; among grammatical is a change of order of words, changes of additional connection in word-combinations, segmentation and association of sentences, addition and prolapsus; among lexicogrammatical is a change of grammatical form of singular in a great number and change of simple predicate in made, that influenced on maintenance of text.

Observation of polarization quantum noise of laser radiation in Rb vapor cell

We present experimental study of polarization quantum noise of laser radiation passed through optically think vapor of Rb87. We observe a step-like noise spectrum. We discuss various factor which may result in such noise spectrum and prevent observation of squeezing of quantum fluctuations predicted in Matsko et al. The main aim of the article is to scrutinize the importance of China’s center of power within the framework of social and political changes of the contemporary world. The following methods of research were used: theoretical, historical, economic and statistical analyses, comparative, structure-functional and factorial methods. It is stated that China’s economic and military build-up is a factor of social and political changes in the international arena. Among the factors affecting political and economic changes in the political system of the PRC as the article notes are the influence of traditionalism and soft power. The authors ar-rived at several conclusions. (1) Confucian values, inherent in China’s management culture, involve ideological influence over the Chinese form of government, which is connected with the CPC dictatorship. (2) The article reveals the growing influence of China on global eco-nomic and political processes. In the article investigated the experience of formation, development and operation of small business crediting in the developed countries. Also systematic differences between foreign experience of small businesses crediting based on the determination of the European model of crediting.Studying the experience of a European model of lending to small businesses is important in terms of developing a long-term strategy for developing and supporting small businesses. Much of this experience can be reflected in the legal, organizational and institutional forming of Ukrainian policy related to small business, both at the national level and at the level of each individual region. According to the realities of the Ukrainian economy of these foreign tools that promote small business loans, you can create associations of mutual guarantees and state insurance fund credit risks. Local development initiatives as promoters of social innovation: evidence from two European rural regions

Social innovation entered the academic discourse several decades ago and has since been seen as a way of tackling existing problems in various contexts.
