    PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN THINK PAIR SHARE (TPS) BERBASIS E-LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF

    Kurangnya pemahaman konsep –konsep khususnya mata kuliah perkembangan peserta didik mengakibatkan minimnya cara berfikir yang logis dan kritis . Sehingga tidak kritis dalam menghadapi permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan peserta didik dan lingkungan sekitar. Menindaklanjuti  hal seperti ini, digunakan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kreatif. Selain pembelajaran secara kooperatif yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini, alternative lainnya dengan pengembangan e-learning. Pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) berbasis E-Learning diterapkan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran, kemampuan berfikir kreatif dan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini  merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus pembelajaran. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh terjadi nya peningkatan kemapuan berpikir kreatif siswa dan hasil belajar mahasiswa  dari setiap siklus. Hasil belajar mahasiswa terjadi peningkatan sebanyak 23, 81 %, dimana pada siklus I diperoleh 61,90 % dan siklus II diperoleh 85,71 %.  Begitu juga halnya peningkatan yang terjadi  pada tingkat kreatifitas dan observasi aktivitas mahasiswa dan peneliti juga meningkat  siklus I dan siklus II . Dengan demikian Penerapan model pembelajaran Think Pair share berbasis e-learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kreatif pada mata kuliah perkembangan peserta didik. Following this up, Think Pair Share (TPS) learning models are used to improve the ability to think creatively. In addition to cooperative learning applied in this study, another alternative is the development of e-learning. E-Learning based Think Pair Share (TPS) learning is implemented with the aim of improving learning, creative thinking abilities and student learning outcomes. This research is a qualitative study using a class action research method with two learning cycles. From the research results obtained an increase in students' creative thinking ability and student learning outcomes of each cycle. Student learning outcomes increased as much as 23, 81%, where in the first cycle 61.90% was obtained and the second cycle was 85.71%. Likewise, the increase that occurred in the level of creativity and observation of the activities of students and researchers also increased cycle I and cycle II. Thus the application of Think Pair share learning models based on e-learning can improve the ability to think creatively in students' developmental subjects.     The ability of digital media literacy housewife in the village of Maguwoharjo, Yogyakarta Indonesia is still low. Identifying media literacy skills for mothers needs to be done to provide media literacy education. This study uses methods; Interviews, focus group discussion, and media content analysis. The results of the study are mothers-housewives who use digital media only limited to entertainment, communication with family and people close, and little to the things that are knowledge. There are still mothers who are not able to apply smartphones or gadgets. They struggled to monitor the content that the kids had consumed. The role of mothers in child mentoring when interacting with the media is still very minimal. Many digital media applications are unknown and have not been optimal in assisting their children in consuming digital media. key words; Digital media literacy, housewive

    THE RELATIONSHIP OF ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS AND A HISTORY OF DIARRHEA TO THE INCIDENCE OF STUNTING IN BADUTA AGED 6-23 MONTHS

    Stunting is a short or very short state that is based on height according to age. Factors that influence the occurrence of stunting consist of direct factors, indirect factors, and the root of the problem. Environmental factors are indirect factors for the incidence of stunting, where a history of infectious diseases is a link between environmental factors and stunting events. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between environmental factors and a history of diarrheal disease to the incidence of stunting in baduta aged 6-23 months in 2021 in the work area of the Ciawi Health Center, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with a case-control research design. The sample in this study was 102 Badura mothers consisting of 51 stunted baduta mothers and 51 non-stunted baduta mothers. The statistical test used is Chi-Square with (α) = 0.05. The results of the study found that there was a relationship between a history of diarrhea (p-value = 0.031, OR = 5.976), access to sanitation (p-value = 0.034, OR = 4.02) and access to drinking water (p-value = 0.006, OR = 4.453) with stunting events. Meanwhile, there is no relationship between access to sanitation (p-value = .1,000) and access to drinking water (p-value = 0.482) with a history of diarrhea. The conclusion of this study is that the variables associated with stunting events are a history of diarrhea, access to sanitation, and access to drinking water. Meanwhile, access to sanitation and access to drinking water is not related to a history of diarrhea. It is hoped that households can improve sewage channels so that access to sanitation is safe and drinking water sources are safe for consumption.Keywords: Stunting; Baduta; History of Diarrhea; Sanitation; Drinking Wate

    PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN AMORA TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA

    Rendahnya kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa salah satu permasalahan yang menuntut seorang guru untuk menciptakan dan menerapkan model pembelajaran matematika. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa adalah model AMORA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa melalui model pembelajaran AMORA pada materi Penyajian Data di kelas VII SMP N 3 Bireuen lebih baik digunakan daripada pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa VII SMP N 3 Bireuen yang terdiri dari 4 kelas. Kemudian sampel penelitian ini dipilih secara Purposive Sampling yaitu kelas VII/3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran AMORA dan kelas VII/4 sebagai kelas Kontrol dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Instrument yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa yaitu tes awal (pre-test) dan test akhir (post-test) dalam bentuk uraian masing-masing 4 butir soal. Soal yang diberikan pada kedua kelas adalah sama yaitu masalah penyajian data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t  pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05,  hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t independent sample test diperoleh nilai nilai sig. (2 Tailed) yaitu 0.000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. (2 Tailed) < 0,05 atau lebih kecil pada taraf nyata 5% maka H0 ditolak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berfikir kritis yang diajarkan dengan model AMORA lebih baik dari pada yang diajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional pada materi Penyajian Data di kelas VII SMPN 3 Bireuen

    ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI BPJSTK MOBILE PADA SISTEM INFORMASI PEMASARAN DI BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN CABANG LANGSA

    BPJS Ketenagakerjaan adalah salah satu program publik yang bertujuan untuk memberikan perlindungan bagi tenaga kerja. Dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya BPJS Ketenagakerjaan menerapkan teknologi informasi sebagai salah satu penunjang untuk pencapaian tujuan bisnis salah satunya adalah dengan mengembangkan layanan BPJSTK Mobile. BPJSTK Mobile adalah aplikasi pelayanan untuk peserta sebagai bentuk perluasan media layanan informasi yang dihadirkan untuk pekerja yang ingin memastikan pemenuhan hak-haknya oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme sistem aplikasi BPJSTK Mobile dan mengetahui tingkat pemahaman peserta terghadap aplikasi BPJSTK Mobile. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif analisis. Analisis tersebut dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner ke 50 responden yang datang langsung ke BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Hasil dari analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hampir semua responden sudah mengetahui aplikasi BPJSTK Mobile, responden mengetahui sistem informasi tersebut dari pihak BPJS dengan presentasi 86% sedangkan 14% dari pihak lain, dan dari hasil survey tersebut 56% peserta sudah memakai aplikasi BPJSTK Mobile

    PATIENT SATISFACTION DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AT THE TASIKMALAYA REGENCY CHRONIC DISEASE SERVICE FACILITY

    Pasien dengan penyakit kronis mempunyai risiko lebih tinggi mengalami komplikasi Covid-19 yang parah. Survei customer feedback terhadap pelayanan rumah sakit di seluruh Indonesia pada tahun 2020 menunjukkan kepuasan terhadap dimensi aksesibilitas rawat jalan mengalami penurunan. Kebaruan penelitian ini karena meneliti tentang kepuasan pasien selama -pandemi COVID-19 di fasilitas pelayanan penyakit kronis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kepuasan pasien dan faktor terkait selama Pandemi COVID-19 di fasilitas Pelayanan Penyakit Kronis. Desain penelitian ini adalah studi cross-sectional dengan variabel bebas jenis kelamin, umur, status pekerjaan, kepesertaan asuransi, dan tingkat pendidikan. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan pasien. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua pasien yang memiliki penyakit kronis dan berobat di Poli Dalam RS SMC Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Besar sampel dihitung berdasarkan Krejcie and Morgan dengan jumlah 136 orang yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji Chi Square. Indeks Kepuasan Pasien diukur berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri PAN-RB No. 14 Tahun 2017 dan Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire-18 (PSQ-18) dan sudah di uji validitas menggunakan validitas Aiken dengan nilai validitas diatas 0,600 dan nilai reliabilitas 0,936. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien adalah jenis kelamin (p=0,09), Umur (p=0,008), pekerjaan (p=0,003), kepesertaan asuransi (p=0,002), tingkat pendidikan (0,045) dan jenis pendaftaran (p=0,034). Kesimpulan bahwa umur, pekerjaan, kepesertaan asuransi, tingkat Pendidikan dan jenis pendaftaran berhubungan dengan kepuasan Pasien selama pandemic Covid-19 di fasilitas Pelayanan Penyakit Kronis.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan pasien; Penyakit Kronis; Covid-19 AbstractPatients with chronic diseases have a higher risk of developing severe Covid-19 complications. A customer feedback survey of hospital services throughout Indonesia in 2020 showed that satisfaction with the outpatient accessibility dimension decreased. The novelty of this study is that it examines patient satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic in chronic disease care facilities. This study aims to analyze patient satisfaction and related factors during the COVID-19 Pandemic in Chronic Disease Service facilities. The design of this study is a cross-sectional study with free variables of gender, age, employment status, insurance participation, and education level. The bound variable in the study was patient satisfaction. This study's population was all chronic disease patients treated at the Poli Dalam Hospital SMC Tasikmalaya Regency. The sample size was calculated based on Krejcie and Morgan, with 136 people analyzed using the Chi-Square Test. The Patient Satisfaction Index is measured based on the Ministerial Regulation of PAN-RB No. 14 of 2017 and the Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire-18 (PSQ-18). It has been tested for validity using Aiken validity with a validity value above 0.600 and a reliability value of 0.936. The results showed that the factors related to patient satisfaction were gender (p=0.09), age (p=0.008), occupation (p=0.003), insurance participation (p=0.002), education level (0.045), and type of enrollment (p=0.034). The conclusion is that age, employment, insurance participation, education level, and registration type relate to patient satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic in chronic disease service facilities.Keywords: Patient satisfaction; chronic diseases; Covid-19

    PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN DENGAN METODE SIMULASI TERHADAP PRAKTIK CUCI TANGAN PAKAI SABUN PADA ANAK SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI CIBEUREUM KOTA TASIKMALAYA

    Diarrhea is a disease where the condition of defecation with a liquid or soft consistency and the frequency is more than three times a day. Cibeureum sub-district was ranked first in cases of diarrhea aged 5-14 years, as many as 311 cases out of a total of 23,370 cases (2019-2020). In 2020-2021 (January to November) there were 248 cases of diarrhea with a percentage of 61.2% of patients at the elementary school (SD) level. SDN Cibeureum was ranked first with the number of diarrhea cases as many as 25 cases. Hand washing behavior that does not meet health requirements is at risk of developing diarrhea. Children tend to have a habit of not keeping their hands clean by washing their hands, especially at school. Efforts to improve the practice of washing hands with soap (CTPS) can be done through health education using interesting methods. Simulation is a learning method that is considered suitable for community skills. The research design is a pre-experimental design research with a one group pretest-posttest research design. The research subjects were 57 grade 1 students at Cibeureum State Elementary School, Tasikmalaya City. Data collection tools using observation sheets. The results of statistical tests with the Wilcoxon test, namely (1) obtained p-value = 0.001 concluded that there is an effect of health education with the simulation method on CTPS practice immediately after being given treatment and (2) obtained p-value = 0.001 concluded that there is an effect of health education with the method simulation of the practice of CTPS one week after being given treatment. Schools are advised to provide adequate facilities to implement CTPS, provide information about CTPS regularly to students and conduct learning using the simulation method

    Smoking behavior is a phenomenon that appears in society, where most people already know the negative impact of smoking. The causes of health problems caused by smoking such as lung cancer, heart disease, etc., smoking is also a risk factor for Covid-19 infection. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitude, and frequency of smoking with smoking cessation behavior in Siliwangi University students. The study design used was cross-sectional. The sample used is 291 respondents which are the results of the screening. Sampling technique with Total Sampling. The statistical test administered is Chi-Square with (α=0.05). The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p-value = 0.034 0.05), attitude (p-value = 0.000 0.05) and smoking frequency (p-value = 0.034 0.05) with changes in smoking behavior. Siliwangi University students during the Covid-19 Pandemic.  Students need to increase knowledge and information regarding the impact, effects, and dangers of smoking on health, as well as preventing the transmission of Covid-19

    MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MEMOTONG SAYURAN MELALUI MEDIA PISAU UKUR PADA ANAK TUNAGRAHITA RINGAN SMPLB DI SLB BUDI NURANI

    Keterampilan memotong sayuran dalam memasak merupakan contoh dari pendidikan kecakapan hidup khususnya kecakapan vokasional. Pendidikan yang sengaja direncanakan untuk membekali peserta didik, terutama anak tunagrahita untuk kehidupannya kelak. Untuk meningkatkan keterampilan memotong sayuran subjek yang diteliti, maka peneliti menggunakan media pisau ukur, yaitu media yang dibuat dengan memodifikasi pisau sebagai alat untuk memotong, dengan menggunakan prinsip tuas, seperti pisau pemotong kertas dan dilengkapi kayu pembatas yang panjangnya bisa disesuaikan dengan ukuran yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan memotong sayuran dengan menggunakan media pisau ukur pada anak tunagrahita ringan SMPLB di SLB Budi Nurani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian eksperimen dengan subjek tungga atau Single Subject Research (SSR). Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah A-B-A dengan subjek berjumlah satu orang yang merupakan siswi SMPLB di SLB C Budi Nurani Kota Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terjadi peningkatan kemampuan memotong sayuran pada anak tunagrahita ringan melalui media pisau ukur dibuktikan dengan adanya perubahan mean level dari fase baseline-1 (A-1) yaitu 34,4 menjadi 73 pada fase intervensi (B) dan pada fase baseline-2 meningkat menjadi 91,5. Dengan demikian media pisau ukur dapat menjadi salah satu media untuk meningkatkan keterampilan memotong sayuran pada anak tunagrahita ringan. Memilih media yang tepat juga akan meningkatkan memotivasi anak untuk belajar dengan semangat.---------- The skill of cutting vegetable in cooking is an example of life skills education especially vocational skill. Education is deliberately planned to equip learners, especially mild mental retardation for their lives later. To improved the skills of cutting vegetables to be researched the subject , then the researcher uses the media a knife measuring instrument , which is a medium that made by modifying a knife as a cutting tool, using the principle of lever such as a paper cutting blade and a wooden barrier whose length can be adjusted to the desired size. This study aims to determine the enhancing the skill of cutting vegetables through measuring knife as media at mild mental retardation of SMPLB in SLB Budi Nurani. The research method used is experimental design with Single Subject Research (SSR). The research design in this research is A-B-A with subject of one person who is a student of SMPLB in SLB C Budi Nurani Sukabumi. The results of this study indicate an enhancement in the ability of cutting vegetables on mild mental retardation through a measuring knife media is proved by the change in the mean level of the baseline-1 (A-1) phase that is 34.4 to 73 in the intervention phase (B) and in phase baseline-2 increased to 91.5. Thus, the measuring knife media can be one of the media for enhancing the skill of cutting vegetables at mild mental retardation of SMPLB. Choosing the right media will also enhance the motivation of the children to learn with passion
