Can quantized fragmentation replace colour reconnection models ?

A brief overview of properties of the model of quantized fragmentation of a helical QCD string is followed by the discussion of colour reconnection models and of the ways to reproduce the evolution of the average transverse momentum in hadronic events, as function of charged particle multiplicity. About the helix structure of the Lund string

The helix structure of the Lund string, first derived from studies devoted to the emission of soft gluons at the end of the parton cascade, may be at the origin of a part of the 'correlations' observed in multidimensional analyses of the Bose-Einstein effect. It is found that a helix structure of the string corresponding to an emission of soft gluons from a regularly spinning source is supported by the data, more precisely by the inclusive single-particle spectra measured in the hadronic decay of Z$^0$

Diplomová práce se věnuje sociální práci v domácí hospicové péči. Cílem práce je zmapovat a popsat specifika sociální práce v konkrétní organizaci mobilního hospice Cesta domů, z. ú. Práce se nejprve zaměřuje na vymezení paliativní a hospicové péče, s ohledem na aktuální situaci v ČR. V následující části práce uvádím potřeby umírajícího v domácí péči. Věnuji se také možnostem finančního zabezpečení rodin. Součástí práce je šetření formou rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky Cesty domů, z. ú.This diploma thesis is focused on social work in home hospice care. The aim of the thesis is to map and describe the specifics of social work in particular mobile hospice organization Cesta domů, z. ú.. First, a palliative and hospice care is defined in the thesis with respect to current situation in the Czech republic. In the following part I define the needs of a dying person in home care. I also discuss potential sources of financial support for the families. Zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením Abstrakt Cílem této diplomové práce bylo co nejuceleněji si představit problematiku zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením v českém právní řádu. Díky tomu, že osoby se zdravotním postižením tvoří dle Českého statistického úřadu již více než 10% obyvatel a jejich počet stoupá, má Česká republika tuto problematiku poměrně zevrubně obsáhlou. Vyjma českého právního řádu se v této práce přibližují i nejdůležitější předpisy pro vymezení osob, které jsou stiženy zdravotním postižením v mezinárodní úpravě. Obsah této diplomové práce je postupně řazen do pěti kapitol. První kapitola představuje základní pojmy, bez kterých není možné se touto problematiku zaobírat, jedná se o pojem zaměstnávání a zdravotní postižení. V druhé kapitole dojde k vymezení kategorie osob se zdravotním postižením v českém právním řádu, a to do dvou kategorií, kterými jsou osoby invalidní a osoby zdravotně znevýhodněné. Thanks to the fact that persons with disabilities constitute, according to the Czech Statistical Office, more than 10% of the population and their number is increasing, the Czech Republic has this issue quite comprehensive. Apart from the Czech legal system, this thesis also approaches the most important regulations for defining persons with disabilities in international regulation. The content of this thesis is arranged in five chapters. The first chapter introduces the basic concepts without which it is impossible to deal with this issue, namely the concept of employment and disability. The second chapter defines the category of persons with disabilities in the Czech legal system into two categories, namely disabled persons and persons with disabilities. Keramické obkladové prvky a hodnocení jejich vybraných vlastností

Tato práce se zabývá keramickými obkladovými prvky a jejich vlastnostmi. Teoretická část se zaobírá jednotlivými druhy obkladových prvků a surovinami potřebnými k výrobě. Také je zde zmíněn historický vývoj technologických postupů při výrobě keramických obkladů od konce 19. století až do současné doby. Věnuje se také zpracování požadavků na vlastnosti dnes vyráběných obkladů podle platných evropských norem. Praktická část zahrnuje experiment porovnávající vybrané vlastnosti keramických obkladů zhotovených v minulosti v letech 1957, 1988 s těmi vyrobenými v současném roce 2022. Další praktickou částí je navržení reálného příkladu využití keramických obkladových prvků při rekonstrukci koupelny v bytovém jádře včetně zpracování kladečských plánů jednotlivých obkladů.ObhájenoThis thesis deals with ceramic cladding elements and their properties. The theoretical part deals with individual types of cladding elements and the raw materials needed for production. The historical development of technological procedures in the production of ceramic tiles from the end of the 19th century to the present is also mentioned here. The practical part includes an experiment comparing selected properties of ceramic tiles made in the past in 1957, 1988 with those made last year 2022. Desalination using polyelectrolyte hydrogels

When the gel is put into contact with aqueous salt solution, it absorbs a solution with the ion composition different from the original one. The absorbed solution can be easily squeezed out from the gel by means of sieve or microfiltration membrane. In our previous work we proposed a fully reversible desalination cycle made of compression and swelling steps, which can in principle work on ideal thermodynamic efficiency. In this work we simulate the desalination process using theoretical and coarse-grained models of gel and prove the concept by experiment. We used Monte Carlo and molecular dynamics molecular simulations in the reaction ensemble to predict the degree of ionization of the weak polyelectrolyte hydrogel when it is put in contact with salt solution, and calculate the salt partitioning between the gel and bulk salt solution. We constructed laboratory apparatus based on swelling and pressing cycles of the gel. First, we let the polyelectrolyte gel swell with salt solution of defined concentration. Then we press the gel and the liquid is released. Due to the ion exchange in polyelectrolyte hydrogel, this released liquid has lower salt concentration than the initial one. We measure the salinity of the solution before and after this procedure and we compare the results with theoretically obtained salt partitioning. Teaching methods of health education

Cílem diplomové práce je poskytnout čtenáři pohled do vzdělávacího oboru výchova ke zdraví. Teoretická část práce vymezuje kurikulum a oborovou didaktiku. Znalost těchto dokumentů má vliv na přípravu efektivního vyučovacího procesu. Praktická část práce navrhuje přípravu pětihodinového výukového bloku s využitím tradičních i aktivizačních výukových metod. Výukový blok je zaměřený na téma poskytování první pomoci. Samotná realizace proběhla na základní škole Kořenského na Praze 5 v červnu 2021. Po každé realizované výukové metodě je předložena reflexe a návrh možných zlepšení. Zpětná vazba od žáků byla provedena pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Žáci hodnotili jednotlivé vyučovací metody z hlediska efektivity, náročnosti a zajímavosti pomocí škálování 1-5. Vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření se účastnilo 37 žáků ze dvou šestých tříd. Jejich odpovědi byly zobrazeny v grafech. Výsledky ukazují, že žáci preferují výuku s aktivizačními prvky. Mezi nejzajímavější aktivity žáci označili nácvik v obvazování a soutěž Riskuj. Výzkum ukázal, že existuje vazba mezi efektivitou a atraktivitou metod. Výstupem diplomové práce je předložení návrhu příprav jednotlivých vyučovacích hodin a jejich ověření v praxi.Aim of this diploma thesis is to provide the reader an insight into the subject of health education. Theoretical part of this thesis defines curriculum and subject didactics. Knowledge of these two documents has impact on the efficient preparation of teaching process. Practical part of this thesis defines five lessons teaching with the use of traditional and activation methods. Teaching part is focused on providing first aid. The realization itself took place on Primary school Korenskeho in Prague 5 in June 2021. Teacher's feedback is submitted for each realized educational method and proposal of possible improvements was suggested. Feedback from pupils was carried out by questionnaires. Pupils rated individual educational methods in terms of efficiency, difficulty and attractivity by five degree scale. Thirty seven pupils from two sixth grades participated in the survey. Collected data from survey were presented in graphs. Results show that pupils prefer learning with activation elements. The most pupular activities among the pupils were training in bandaging and contest Jeopardy. Analysis showed there is a dependency between effectivity and attractivity of the used methods. Output of this thesis is suggestion of preparations of individual lessons and their verification in practice.Katedra pedagogikyFaculty of EducationPedagogická fakult
