The Viewing Tower in Western Jeseníky

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh a posouzení konstrukce vyhlídkové věže v západních Jeseníkách. Půdorysný tvar je tvořen pravidelným šestiúhelníkem, jehož vnější průměr je 8,0 m. Pro konstrukci stavby byly použity převážně dřevěné prvky z lepeného lamelového dřeva, dále ocelové profily a podružné prvky jsou ze dřeva rostlého. Vyhlídková věž má čtyři vyhlídkové plošiny a celková výška konstrukce je 28,5 m.The purpose of this thesis is to create design and static assessment of the viewing tower in western Jeseníky mountains. The Ground plan is formed by regular hexagon with outer diameter 0.8 meter. Glued laminated profiles, steel tubes and elements of solid wood were predominantly used for the construction of the building. The viewing tower has four viewing platforms and total high of the structure is 28.5 meters.

Measurement of movement creativity of pupils aged 10 - 12 years

Název práce: Měření pohybové tvořivosti u žáků ve věku deset až dvanáct let Cíl práce: Cílem práce je ověřit vliv mimoškolní pohybové aktivity na pohybovou tvořivost žáků ve věku 10 - 12 let. Prostřednictvím anketního dotazníku bude získána informace, kolik respondentů se věnuje pohybovým aktivitám a o jaké druhy aktivit se jedná. Pro potřeby práce budou osloveny základní školy v Praze a Mladé Boleslavi, šetření proběhne se žáky a žákyněmi 4. - 6. tříd. Učitelé tělesné výchovy se žáky vyplní s vybranou skupinou anonymní osobní dotazníky a poté bude proveden a vyhodnocen standardizovaný test docility Iowa- Brace test a nestandardizovaný test pohybové kreativity. Metoda: Výsledky budou získány pomocí metod kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu. Bude použit nestandardizovaný dotazník, standardizovaný Iowa Brace test a nestandardizovaný test pohybové kreativity. Zpracování proběhne počítačovým programem Microsoft Excel. Výsledky: Zjištěné výsledky ukázaly, že ve zkoumaném vzorku souboru měli nejlepší hodnocení respondenti, kteří se věnovali gymnastickým sportům. V pořadí oblíbených pohybových aktivit zaujímají přední místa taneční aktivity a sportovní hry, naopak, malý zájem je o tradiční gymnastické sporty. By means of survey questionnaire we will acquire the information how many responders pursue movement activities and what kind of these activities. For the purpose of this work the basic schools in Prague and Mladá Boleslav will be addressed, research will be done with the pupils of 4th - 6th class. P.E. teachers with the pupils will fill in anonymous personal questionnaires with the chosen group and consequently a standardized Iowa-Brace test of docility and non-standardized test of movement creativity will be done with them. Method: The results will be acquired by the methods of qualitative and quantitative research. Non- standardized questionnaire, standardized Iowa-Brace test and non-standardized test of movement creativity will be used. The results will be worked out by Microsoft Excel computer program. Results: The found out results proved that the responders who go in for gymnastic sports achieved the best assessments in the tested group. Evaluation of the Economy of the Town Rychnov nad Kněžnou

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením hospodaření města Rychnov nad Kněžnou v letech 2011-2014. Práce je rozdělena do tří častí, na část teoretickou, analytickou a praktickou. První část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů souvisejících s veřejnou správou, obcemi, rozpočtovou soustavou a rozpočtem obce. Ve druhé části jsou nejprve popsány základní informace o městě a poté se věnuji analýze příjmů a výdajů z různých pohledů a také analýze celého hospodaření města. Poslední část bakalářské práce je věnována mým vlastním návrhům, které by měly vést ke zlepšení hospodaření výše zmíněného města.The Bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of economy in the town of Rychnov nad Kněžnou within the years 2011-2014. The thesis is divided into three parts: a theoretical, an analytical and a practical part. The first part focuses on an explanation of terms associated with public administration, municipalities, budgetary system and a municipal budget. The second part of the thesis focuses on the description of basic information about the town. Subsequently, the thesis analyses incomes and expenses from different perspectives, and the entire economy of the town. The last part of the Bachelor thesis proposes solutions concerning the progress of the economy of Rychnov nad Kněžnou.

The structure of a planetarium in Šumperk

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh a posouzení nosné konstrukce planetária nad kruhovým půdorysem. Konstrukce je uvažována ve tvaru polokoule s průměrem 26 metrů. Návrh kopule je vytvořen v několika variantách, a to jako Schwedlerova kopule 1. stupně, 2. stupně a modifikovaná, dále kopule Föpplova a geodetická. Jednotlivé varianty jsou řešeny jako ocelové a dřevěné z lepeného lamelového dřeva.The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design and the review of a planetarium framework over the circular ground plane. The frame is considered as hemisphere shaped with a diameter of 26 meters. The dome concept is designed in several variants, such as Schwedler dome -first grade, second grade and modified, as well as a geodesic dome and Föppel dome. Each of the variants is designed of steel and of timber made of laminated wood.

Business intelligence in the practice of Czech enterprises

Tento příspěvek vznikl v rámci projektu SGS-2021-017 Inovativní a udržitelné přístupy a metody v podnikání, projektech a procesech, Západočeská univerzita v Plzni.The article discusses the attitude toward Business Intelligence Systems by the sample of medium- sized enterprises in the Czech Republic. In more detail, the aim of the article is to determine the level of data processing in the Czech enterprises, as well as the extend of the use and the attitude towards Business Intelligence Systems and their implementation. The research was conducted in April 2022 using online questionnaire survey and the obtained data were processed using Pearson's Chi-square test. As the sample, enterprises from the Czech Republic with a number of employees in the range of 50-250 were selected and addressed, and overall 78 responses were obtained. The results revealed high level of data collection and overall employees’ satisfaction with enterprises data processing. Thus, enterprises have solid database that could be processed using Business Intelligence, however the attitude towards Business Intelligence it is mostly negative, because it is rather unknown concept. Also, the results revealed few problems, for example there is mostly insufficient data coordination on the firm level, as well as there is still a trend here to use paper documents as main data sources. At the end, the article discusses the possibilities to improve the negative attitude towards Business Intelligence, as well as the most suitable tools for those who want to make better data analysis

Art work potential for seniors

This Thesis is dedicated to potential of art education for seniors. The goal of theoretical part of work is to establish basic theoretical basis of senior population, and generally introduce possible specifics of senior education. The Thesis briefly explores the current state of senior education in the field of art education and art creativity. The goal of empirical part is to follow a topic of seniors with art education and to present a research probe, that directly examines the artistic creations of seniors, who's personalities are more closely introduced thanks to own artistic creativity. The Thesis outlines theoretical bases about senior population and their education in general, seniors are introduced more closely through own original creation. The creation is related to outlook into specific setting of individual seniors who are part of the research probe. In the core of the Thesis is the qualitative research investigation of artistic creativity of seniors with direct cooperation with individual people. Method of open coding was used to evaluate the data. The main goal of the investigation was to map particular personalities of seniors and find specifics of their artistic expression. Cílem teoretické části práce je vymezit základní teoretická východiska týkající se seniorské populace a ve stručnosti seznámit s možnostmi a specifiky vzdělávání seniorů. Práce se ve stručnosti zabývá i současným stavem edukace seniorů na poli výtvarného umění a výtvarné tvorby. Cílem empirické části je provázet téma seniorů s výtvarným uměním a prezentovat výzkumnou sondu, která přímo zkoumala výtvarnou tvorbu seniorů, jejichž osobnosti jsou pak blíže představeny díky vlastní tvorbě. V diplomové práci jsou nastíněna teoretická východiska o seniorské populaci a jejich edukaci v obecné rovině, blíže jsou pak senioři představeni díky autorské tvorbě. Ta se týká náhledu do konkrétního prostředí jednotlivých seniorů, kteří jsou účastníky výzkumné sondy. Těžiště diplomové práce leží v kvalitativním výzkumném šetření, které se týká výtvarné tvorby seniorů na základě přímé spolupráce s jednotlivými osobami. Pro vyhodnocení dat je využito metody otevřeného kódování. Jako hlavní cíl výzkumu bylo stanoveno zmapovat konkrétní osobnosti seniorů a nalézt specifika jejich výtvarného projevu.
