Transnacionalidade da união. Ferramenta da integração, mudança e equidade global.
El propósito del artículo es analizar la transnacionalidad sindical como herramienta de cambio y equidad global, tomando como referencia el desarrollo en las organizaciones sindicales. La investigación es de tipo cualitativa y se asume desde un paradigma postpositivista con fundamento ontológico. Para la interpretación de los datos se utilizó el análisis hermenéutico y la heurística. Los resultados demostraron que para que exista la transnacionalidad sindical las organizaciones deben atravesar un proceso estructurado de satisfacción de condiciones.The aim of the paper is to analyze trade union transnationality as a tool for global change and equity, taking as reference the development in trade union organizations. The research is qualitative and is assumed from a postpositivist paradigm with ontological foundation. For the interpretation of the data the hermeneutic analysis and the heuristic were used. The results showed that for trade union transnationality to exist, organizations must go through a structured process of satisfying conditions.O objetivo do artigo é analisar a transnacionalidade sindical como instrumento de mudança e equidade global, tomando como referência o desenvolvimento das organizações sindicais. A pesquisa é qualitativa e é assumida a partir de um paradigma póspositivista de fundamentação ontológica. Para a interpretação dos dados, utilizou-se a análise hermenêutica e a heurística. Os resultados mostraram que para que a transnacionalidade sindical exista, as organizações devem passar por um processo estruturado de satisfação de condições
Colombian migration and identification policies in Venezuela
El presente articulo tuvo como propósito analizar, identificar, describir e interpretar una situación migratoria que tuvo un gran impacto como lo fue la migración de los colombianos a Venezuela y llevarla hasta el análisis de la posición migratoria en el año 2023, tomando como punto importante las políticas de identificación publica establecidas en Venezuela que les dan una seguridad, estabilidad, reconocimiento y protección a los colombianos en dicho país, así mismo a través de esas políticas se pueden garantizar los derechos a los migrantes colombianos al poder ser reconocidos de manera legal en el territorio venezolano. Para ello se ha desarrollado una metodología hermenéutica, cualitativa, descriptiva y analítica que ha ido desglosando la investigación de este artículo. Concluyendo que la migración colombiana en Venezuela, a pesar de tener algunos conflictos como lo son la tensión social, la discriminación, la explotación laboral, inseguridad y violencia, también trajo muchos beneficios como la mano de obra, conocimiento, estimulación del consumo que a su vez genero impulsar la economía, obteniendo de esta manera una mejor calidad de vida tanto como para el extranjero como el nacional. Ahora bien, para que esta migración marchara de manera efectiva y correcta se tuvieron que establecer políticas de identificación para los migrantes colombianos que garantizaran su reconocimiento legal, sus derechos y su seguridad como ciudadanos dentro del territorio venezolano generando un control más eficiente de los migrantes.The purpose of this article was to analyze, identify, describe and interpret a migratory situation that had a great impact, such as the migration of Colombians to Venezuela, and take it to the analysis of the migratory position in the year 2023, taking as an important point the public identification policies established in Venezuela that provide security, stability, recognition and protection to Colombians in said country; likewise, through these policies, the rights of Colombian migrants can be guaranteed by being able to be legally recognized in the country. Venezuelan territory. For this purpose, a hermeneutic, qualitative, descriptive, and analytical methodology has been developed that has broken down the research of this article. Concluding that Colombian migration in Venezuela, despite having some conflicts such as social tension, discrimination, labor exploitation, insecurity, and violence, also brought many benefits such as labor, knowledge, stimulation of consumption that in turn time it generates boosting the economy, thus obtaining a better quality of life for both foreigners and nationals. Now, for this migration to proceed effectively and correctly, identification policies had to be established for Colombian migrants that guaranteed their legal recognition, their rights, and their security as citizens within Venezuelan territory, generating more efficient control of migrants
Globalist influence on trade union organizations and labor relations in Colombia 2022
El presente, es un art?culo orientado por el m?todo de an?lisis cr?tico, con un enfoque cualitativo descriptivo, donde inicia con caracter?sticas esenciales que permite conocer del tema escogido en el que describe todas las partes fundamentales de este, por medio de recopilaci?n de datos. Adem?s, se analizaron los documentos de aportes hist?ricos y actuales sobre la influencia de la globalizaci?n a las organizaciones sindicales y relaciones laborales en Colombia, basado en herramientas jur?dicas de ?mbito internacional y normativa nacional. Los resultados obtenidos, a juicio del investigador, que en Colombia las empresas al emplear flexibilidad laboral, lo que resulta dif?cil para los trabajadores el pertenecer a los sindicatos evidenciando baja afiliaci?n a las organizaciones sindicales y debilitamiento de este, sin la aplicaci?n de forma integral de pol?ticas p?blicas que regulen las relaciones laborales. En este orden de ideas, este estudio permite conocer sobre el estado actual de las organizaciones sindicales y pretende ofrecer alternativas para fortalecer su crecimiento y contrarrestar todo acto de abuso por las empresas.The present is an essay oriented by the critical analysis method, with a descriptive qualitative approach. It begins with essential characteristics that allow knowing the chosen topic in which it describes all the fundamental parts of it through data collection. In addition, documents of historical and current contributions to the influence of globalization on union organizations and labor relations in Colombia were analyzed, based on international legal tools and national regulations. In the opinion of the researcher, the results obtained that in Colombia companies employ labor flexibility, which makes it difficult for workers to belong to unions, showing low affiliation to union organizations and weakening this, without the comprehensive application of public policies that regulate labor relations. In this vein, this study allows us to know about the current state of trade union organizations and aims to offer alternatives to strengthen their growth and counteract any act of abuse by companies
Ética sindical como mecanismo impulsor de competitividad en las pequeñas y medianas empresas
This article presents an analysis of trade union ethics as a driving force for competitiveness in small and medium enterprises, which were analyzed under the qualitative methodology through the interpretive hermeneutic analysis, generating triangulation among the key informants, obtaining as main findings: presence, impulse and detriment of the business competitiveness model, due to trade union ethics, evidencing a serious incidence of the lack of ethics of trade union organizations, which hinders the established goals and hinders the good business performance in SMEs.Este artículo presenta un análisis de la ética sindical como mecanismo impulsor de competitividad en las pequeñas y medianas empresas, los cuales fueron analizados bajo la metodología cualitativa a través del análisis hermenéutico interpretativo, generando la triangulación entre los informantes claves, obteniendo como principales hallazgos: prestancia, impulso y detrimento del modelo de competitividad empresarial, en razón a la Ética sindical, evidenciándose una grave incidencia de la falta de ética de las organizaciones sindicales, que obstaculiza las metas establecidas y estorbo del buen desempeño empresarial en las Pymes
What Are the Topics That Business Ecosystems Navigate? Updating of Scientific Activity and Future Research Agenda
The objective of this research was to review the manuscripts registered in the Scopus database related to business ecosystems during the period 2018–2022. A total of 96 documents were selected and examined under a bibliometric and bibliographic approach. The results showed an annual growth rate of 13.21%. The United Kingdom (n = 22) led the countries with the most documents, computer science (n = 40) is the subject area with the most publications, and articles (n = 61) and conference papers (n = 23) dominated the types of documents. The nine most studied topics were innovation ecosystems, collaborative ecosystems, sustainable business ecosystems, digital business ecosystems, ecosystems of the Internet of Things, circular ecosystems in companies, regulatory frameworks for digital business ecosystems, resilience of business ecosystems, and ecosystems in smart cities. Six unexplored themes were extracted for future research: ICT industries, smart contracts, electric vehicles, serious games, energy, and blockchain. It should be noted that this study is one of the most up to date, and 85.5% of the 96 publications were original studies, i.e., valuable information that supports the results
