ANALISIS MENURUNNYA KERJA SISTEM PADA HYDROPHORE TANK DI MT. BULL KALIMANTAN

S.Kom., M.Si. permesinan yang berfungsi untuk menyediakan air tawar dari kamar mesin ke akomodasi di atas kapal adalah fresh water hydrophore tank. Supaya fresh water hydrophore tank dapat bekerja memenuhi kebutuhan air tawar yang disyaratkan tersebut, perlu adanya perawatan yang baik, yang terdiri dari komponen utama dan komponen pendukung. Untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan menurunnya kinerja sistem pada fresh water hydrophore tank terhadap suplai air tawar, Untuk mengetahui upaya apa saja yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalahmasalah yang ditimbulkan agar kerja sistem pada fresh water hydrophore tank dapat normal kembali, Untuk mengetahui dampak akibat menurnnya kinerja pada sistem fresh water hydrophore tank terhadap suplai air tawar ke akomodasi Dalam penulisan skripsi peneltian ini, penulis menggunakan dua macam metode analisa data yaitu Fishbone dan USG, Fishbone diagram adalah salah satu metode di dalam meningkatkan kualitas, sering juga diagram ini desbut dengan diagram sebab-akibat, Metode USG atau Urgency, Seriousness, Growth adalah salah satu metode skoring untuk menyusun urutan prioritas masalah yang harus diselesaikan. Kerusakan pada komponen feed water pump yaitu mengalami kerusakan pada mechanical seal dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dari Ifresh water hydrophore tank sehingga mengakibatkan menurunnya suplai air tawar ke akomodasi. Maka perlu dilakukan maintenance dan pengecekan pada komponen-komponennya. Dan dilakukan penggantian spare part pada komponen feed water pump yang rusak yaitu pada mechanical seal, dan air valve serta selalu dilakukan perawatan dan pengecekan pada komponen-komponen hydrophore tank agar kinerja dari fresh water hydrophore tank dapat bekerja secara maksima

Drug Testing and Oregon Workers : Is Perceived Fairness of Corporate Drug Testing Moderated by Drug Use?

This study proposed that two predictors of perceived fairness of organizational drug testing would be moderated by drug use. These two predictors, outcome of a positive drug test and whether respondents were ever previously tested for drug use, had been found to be predictors of perceived fairness of drug testing. It was expected that the theories of organizational justice and cognitive dissonance would explain these relationships. Additionally, it was proposed that drug users would perceive drug testing as less fair than would non-drug users. Participants were 191 adults randomly selected throughout the state of Oregon. The survey items measuring the perceived fairness of drug testing were added to an existing drug prevalence study funded through the Oregon Department of Human Resources. The study supported the notion that workers who use drugs will perceive drug testing as less fair than those who do not use drugs. This dissatisfaction with drug testing programs among drug users may be due to issues of cognitive dissonance. The findings supported the proposed model in which drug use moderated the relationship between outcome of a positive drug test and perceived fairness of drug testing. However, contrary to results of earlier studies, no differences were found on the fairness measures between workers who had been previously tested for drugs and those who had not. This may indicate a change in attitudes toward drug testing in general and that this process is becoming more accepted. Results of this study suggest that other previous predictors of drug testing fairness may also be affected by this extraneous variable of drug use. In addition, these results support the use of organizational justice theory in studying attitudes toward drug testing and provide similar justification for the use of cognitive dissonance theory in future drug testing research

Lineamientos estratégicos para la implementación de la unidad de primera infancia del municipio de Bello en pro de la atención integral de la población

La presente investigación de carácter cualitativo pretende establecer los lineamientos estratégicos para la implementación de la unidad de primera infancia en pro de la atención integral de los niños y niñas de 0 a 6 años del municipio de Bello, Antioquia. A través de la revisión documental se presenta un análisis de diferentes casos que se configuran como referentes a nivel internacional y nacional en atención integral a la primera infancia, de esta manera se retoman elementos relevantes de los casos estudiados y se expone una propuesta acorde al contexto de la ciudad Bellanita. Como principal resultado se presenta la ruta estratégica con 4 líneas: atención en salud y nutrición, estrategias psicoeducativas para el desarrollo infantil temprano, formación del talento humano y la integración y desarrollo de la primera infancia. Se destaca en general la importancia de promover la articulación y la atención al núcleo familiar para brindar una atención oportuna, que permita el desarrollo integral de la primera infancia, desde un enfoque de derechos humanos.The present qualitative research aims to establish strategic guidelines for the implementation of the early childhood unit for the comprehensive care of children aged 0 to 6 in the municipality of Bello, Antioquia. Actividades lúdicas para la enseñanza de Matemática

Mathematics is a subject that plays a key role in the learning process of students undoubtedly helps develop thinking skills as the child passes to the following grade. At school level mathematics learning is a process that starts the child from an early age and progresses slowly, establishing levels of increasingly formed conceptualization. It is poor implementation of recreational activities in the area of mathematics, when performing the class is a monotonous job and the student does not pay attention, which has caused effects such as school disinterest, therefore this research project is to implement recreational strategies for teachers to apply in their classrooms and motivate the student body care As for the research mode is of field, documentary - descriptive method using a deductive - inductive as well as in the use of research tools such as the interview survey, so that it is proposed a workshop on playful strategies for teachers, thereby causing the motivation to learn and strengthen skills in the importance of mathematics in the teaching - learning process, thus benefiting 30 students and 6 teachers of Fourth Year General Basic Education and indirectly about 120 among students and teachers of the institution.La matemática es una asignatura que desempeña un papel clave en el proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes, sin duda ayuda a desarrollar habilidades de pensamiento a medida que el niño pasa al siguiente grado. A nivel escolar, el aprendizaje de las matemáticas es un proceso que inicia al niño desde una edad temprana y progresa lentamente, estableciendo niveles de conceptualización cada vez más formados. Es una implementación deficiente de actividades recreativas en el área de las matemáticas, cuando la clase es un trabajo monótono y el estudiante no presta atención, lo que ha causado efectos como el desinterés escolar, por lo tanto, este proyecto de investigación es implementar estrategias recreativas para que los maestros aplicar en sus clases y motivar el cuidado del cuerpo estudiantil En cuanto al modo de investigación es de campo, documental - método descriptivo usando un deductivo - inductivo así como en el uso de herramientas de investigación como la encuesta de entrevista, para que se proponga un taller estrategias lúdicas para docentes, motivando así a aprender y fortalecer las habilidades en la importancia de las matemáticas en el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje, beneficiando así a 30 estudiantes y 6 docentes del cuarto año de Educación Básica General e indirectamente alrededor de 120 entre estudiantes y docentes de la institución.Universidad Técnica de Cotopax

El recreo escolar y el aprendizaje cooperativo en los estudiante del nivel secundario de la Institución Educativa “Raúl Porras Barrenechea” Carmen de la Legua, Callao 2013

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como problema general: ¿Cuál es la relación que existe entre el recreo escolar y el Aprendizaje cooperativo en los estudiantes del nivel secundario de I.E. Raúl Porras Barrenechea. Carmen de la Legua, Callao 2013? y el objetivo general fue: Determinar la relación que existe entre el recreo escolar y el Aprendizaje cooperativo en los estudiantes del nivel secundario de la I.E. “Raúl Porras Barrenechea”. Carmen de la Legua, Callao 2013? El tipo de investigación fue básica de naturaleza descriptiva-correlacional, el diseño fue no experimental, transversal-correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 120 estudiantes de primero, segundo y tercer grado del nivel secundario. Se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta con cuestionario tipo escala de Likert para ambas variables. En la investigación, se ha encontrado que existe relación positiva y significativamente entre recreo escolar y aprendizaje cooperativo en estudiantes del nivel secundario de la I.E. “Raúl Porras Barrenechea” con un nivel de significancia de .05, p = .000 < .05 y Rho de Spearman = .51
