    Materi Bahasa Arab cenderung sebagai momok yg nir disukai sang poly murid. fenomena misalnya ini membawa kesan bahwa bahasa Arab adalah bahasa yg sulit buat dipelajari dibandingkan bahasa asing lainnya, meskipun dalam dasarnya nir sesulit yg dibayangkan khususnya bagi orang Indonesia yg dominan beragama Islam dan metode yg dipakai pada pengajarannya dievaluasi kurang variatif sebagai akibatnya rasa jenuh & kurang semangat akan gampang menghampiri murid yg mana bisa berdampak dalam turunnya minat murid terhadap pembelajaran Bahasa Arab. Cara menaikkan & menumbuhkan semangat anak buat belajar bisa dilakukan menggunakan memakai permainan, permainan adalah galat satu media hiburan yg bisa menaruh rasa bahagia dalam anak menggunakan menerapkan Algoritma Bubble Sort yg berfungsi buat menaruh solusi yg sempurna pada menebak gambar yg dilengkapi menggunakan materi pendidikan Bahasa Arab. Hasil pengujianberdasarkan kuisioner, diperoleh jawaban Sangat Menarik 68,75 %, Menarik 28,75 %, & Tidak Menarik 2,5%, Algoritma Algoritma Bubble Sort merupakan prosedur pemecahan yg paling simple cocok buat data menggunakan elemen mini dan gampang buat dihubah kodenya, kelemahaannya adlah apabila pengurutan buat data besar kinerjanya menjaddi lamban & memburu

    In order to reduce the water activity of brewers’ spent grains (BSG), drying processes are a viable alternative to this demand, since this residue has a high moisture content, which can contribute to deterioration processes to occur with more easiness. Thus, the objective of this work was to study the drying kinetics for BSG and optimize its dehydration process through mathematical models and statistical analysis. A 22 factorial design was used, where the factors of drying temperature and layer thickness were varied, in order to optimize the drying time at the lowest possible value. In addition, five drying kinetic models were used to determine model parameters. The kinetic model of Page was the one that best fit most of the data obtained in this study and through statistical analysis it was possible to conclude that the drying process occurs more efficiently when the process temperatures are higher, not depending on the thickness of the layer of material

    A análise acerca do poder diretivo do empregador, delimitado à revista íntima como abuso do poder diretivo. Para melhor compreensão do tema, a primeira parte volta-se à análise genérica do poder diretivo, parte de uma breve exposição do fenômeno do poder, sua terminologia e aplicação no contexto das relações humanas. A seguir, o estudo do fundamento do poder empregatício, sua natureza jurídica e aplicação legal frente ao ordenamento jurídico, envolvendo também os aspectos doutrinários. Finalizando a primeira parte, são analisados os tipos de poder diretivo vislumbrado pela doutrina. Na segunda parte é estudada a teoria do abuso do direito, desde o surgimento até a relativização dos direitos individuais, com intuito evitar o desvio da finalidade social. A seguir o estudo das teorias que tinham por escopo formular um conceito do abuso do direito. Depois, pela ausência de dispositivo expresso no Código Civil de 1916, o estudo do abuso do direito pelas vias indiretas estabelecida no artigo 160 inciso I. Ao final da segunda parte, à análise da aplicação direta e objetiva do dispositivo que adotou a teoria do abuso do direito no Código Civil de 2002 e dos requisitos para a sua caracterização. A terceira e última parte dedicam-se a revista íntima como abuso do poder diretivo, com uma alusão ao princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana como direito fundamental, examinando as questões da etimologia da palavra, sua evolução histórica, sua amplitude de aplicação no ordenamento jurídico e os corolários que o sustentam. A seguir o estudo da intimidade e privacidade como direito da personalidade, sua evolução histórica até a inserção no Constituição Federal de 1988 e no Código Civil de 2002. Ao final, à análise da revista íntima frente ao poder do empregador, sob os aspectos legais e doutrinários. E a previsão legal da revista íntima nos ordenamentos estrangeiros

    Immunoregulatory effects triggered by immunobiotic Lactobacillus jensenii TL2937 strain involve efficient phagocytosis in porcine antigen presenting cells

    Background: Immunobiotic Lactobacillus jensenii TL2937 modulates porcine mononuclear phagocytes from Peyer?s patches (PPMPs) and induces a differential production of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines in response to Toll-like receptor (TLR)-4 activation. Objective: In view of the important role played by phagocytosis in the activation of antigen presenting cells (APCs), the aim of the present work was to examine the interaction of TL2937 with porcine PPMPs focusing on phagocytosis. In addition, this study aimed to investigate whether the effects of L. jensenii TL2937 in porcine blood monocyte-derived dendritic cells (MoDCs) are similar to those found in PPMPs considering that MoDCs do not recapitulate all functions of mucosal APCs. Results: studies showed a high ability of porcine CD172a+ PPMPs to phagocytose L. jensenii TL2937. Interestingly, our results also revealed a reduced capacity of the non-immunomodulatory L. plantarum TL2766 to be phagocytosed by those immune cells. Phagocytosis of L. jensenii TL2937 by porcine PPMPs was partially dependent on TLR2. In addition, we demonstrated that TL2937 strain was able to improve the expression of IL-1, IL-12 and IL-10 in immature MoDCs resembling the effect of this immunobiotic bacterium on PPMPs. Moreover, similarly to PPMPs those immunomodulatory effects were related to the higher capacity of TL2937 to be phagocytosed by immature MoDCs. Conclusions: Microbial recognition in APCs could be effectively mediated through ligand-receptor interactions that then mediate phagocytosis and signaling. For the immunobiotic strain TL2937, TLR2 has a partial role for its interaction with porcine APCs and it is necessary to investigate the role of other receptors. A challenge for future research will be advance in the full understanding of the molecular interactions of immunobiotic L. jensenii TL2937 with porcine APCs that will be crucial for the successful development of functional feeds for the porcine host.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat memberikan bukti empiris terkait pengaruh pressure, opportunity, rationalization, capability, dan arogance terhadap fraudulent financial reporting pada perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan data skunder, yaitu laporan keuangan dan tahunan perusahaan food and beverage pada tahun 2017-2021. Pengambilan sample dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 220. Hasil memaparkan bahwa pressure berpengaruh positif terhadap fraudulent financial stability, sedangkan opportunity, rationalization, capability, dan arogance tidak berpengaruh terhadap fraudulent financial reportin

    Hypogammaglobulinemia in BLT Humanized Mice – An Animal Model of Primary Antibody Deficiency

    Primary antibody deficiencies present clinically as reduced or absent plasma antibodies without another identified disorder that could explain the low immunoglobulin levels. Bone marrow-liver-thymus (BLT) humanized mice also exhibit primary antibody deficiency or hypogammaglobulinemia. Comprehensive characterization of B cell development and differentiation in BLT mice revealed other key parallels with primary immunodeficiency patients. We found that B cell ontogeny was normal in the bone marrow of BLT mice but observed an absence of switched memory B cells in the periphery. PC-KLH immunizations led to the presence of switched memory B cells in immunized BLT mice although plasma cells producing PCor KLH- specific IgG were not detected in tissues. Overall, we have identified the following parallels between the humoral immune systems of primary antibody deficiency patients and those in BLT mice that make this in vivo model a robust and translational experimental platform for gaining a greater understanding of this heterogeneous array of humoral immunodeficiency disorders in humans: (i) hypogammaglobulinemia; (ii) normal B cell ontogeny in bone marrow; and (iii) poor antigen-specific IgG response to immunization. Furthermore, the development of strategies to overcome these humoral immune aberrations in BLT mice may in turn provide insights into the pathogenesis of some primary antibody deficiency patients which could lead to novel clinical interventions for improved humoral immune function
