Import 27/01/2012Diplomová práce se zabývá zmapováním problematiky humanitární pomoci v České republice se zaměřením na její financování. První část práce se věnuje financování humanitární pomoci ČR do zahraničí z úrovně státu, jejímu právnímu rámci a způsobům poskytování humanitární pomoci. Dále je zde uvedeno financování humanitární pomoci nestátními subjekty a působení mezinárodních humanitárních organizací v ČR. Druhá část popisuje koordinaci humanitární pomoci na mezinárodní úrovni a analyzuje tok peněz při zapojení ČR do mezinárodní humanitární pomoci v letech 2002-2010. V závěrečné části diplomové práce jsou vyhodnoceny získané poznatky a případné návrhy ke zlepšení fungování systému financování humanitární pomoci.This thesis deals with the mapping of humanitarian aid in the Czech Republic with regard to its funding. The first chapter of thesis devotes to funding humanitarian aid to abroad CR on state level; the legal framework and ways of providing humanitarian aid. There is described the financing of humanitarian aid non-governmental organizations and the operation of international humanitarian organizations in the CR. The second chapter describes the coordination of humanitarian aid on international level and analyzes the money flow in the involvement of CR to international humanitarian aid in the years 2002-2010. Preparing to become a teacher mentor: A project of professional development of preschool and primary school teachers in Czech Republic

The paper presents the model of training for preschool and primary school teachers with the aim of preparing them to become the mentors for their colleagues at school - novice teachers in Zlin region in Czech Republic. The project includes sixteen differentiated instructional modules regarding the actual needs of teachers' professional development. The project is implemented by the Faculty of Humanities at Tomas Bata University in Zlin in Czech Republic since 2014 so this paper presents already the experiences with creating a platform for teachers' training as well with results from selected modules. The author concentrates on the instructional module focused on the case of creating a school team for good working and healthy school climate and the paper also presents the partial outcomes of the project evaluation. Biomechanical research study of maxillary dental implants

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena řešeršní studii zubních implantátu v horní čelisti. Horní čelist je specifická kvalitou kostní tkáně a množstvím prostoru, který poskytuje pro im- plantaci. Práce uvádí možné problémy při implantaci do horní čelisti a popisuje možnosti augmentačních postupů. V další části práce byla provedena deformačně-napěťová ana- lýza soustavy horní čelist a implantát pomocí výpočtového modelování. K řešení byla použita metoda konečných prvků.This bachelor thesis deals with a literature search on theme dental implants in maxilla. Maxilla is a specific area because of its bone tissue quality and the amount of space for applying implant. The thesis presents possible complications during implation in maxilla and augmentation opportunities. Further stress-strain analysis of maxilla with dental implant was made. For solving the problem the computational modeling by using Finite Element Method was used.

New-Built Detached House in Šitbořice

Bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací novostavby rodinného domu v Šitbořicích. Objekt je navržen na rovinatém terénu a skládá se ze dvou nadzemních podlaží. Objekt je navržen v systému HELUZ. Objekt je zastřešen pultovou střechou ze dvou střešních rovin opačného sklonu.This thesis deals with the design documentation new-built detached house in Šitbořice. The building is designed on a flat terrain and consists of two up floors. The building is designed in the system HELUZ. The building is covered with a shed roof of the two roof planes of the opposite slope.

Tax Revenues of the Municipality and Their Evaluation

Import 04/07/2011Cílem této práce je analýza příjmů obce Oskava s ohledem na změny rozpočtového určení daní. Zabývá se zejména problematikou daňových příjmů . Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část obsahuje základní informace o daňovém systému České republiky, definuje daň, popisuje členění daní a zabývá se rozpočtovou skladbou. Současně již na konkrétním příkladu obce Oskava sleduje a analyzuje vývoj daňových příjmů obce v letech 2006 – 2007 dle jednotlivých seskupení položek. V druhé části se zabývá změnami po novele zákona o rozpočtovém určení daní, popisuje a analyzuje opět již na konkrétním příkladu obce Oskava vývoj daňových příjmů obce v letech 2008 – 2009. Třetí část porovnává příjmy obce Oskava v letech před a po novele zákona o rozpočtovém určení daní, a sleduje dopad novely zákona na rozpočet obce v oblasti daňových příjmů.The aim of this study is to analyze the incomes of the municipality Oskava with regard to changes in tax assignment. It mainly addresses the issue of tax revenue. The work is divided into three main parts. The first section contains basic information of the tax system in the Czech Republic, defines the tax structure, describes the duties and deals with the budget structure. At the same time has a concrete example of the village Oskava, it monitors and analyzes the evolution of tax revenue in the years 2006 - 2007 by each group of items. The second part deals with changes in the amendment to the budget allocation of taxes, describes and analyzes already on the example of community development Oskava tax revenue villages in the years 2008 - 2009. Methods for Elemental Speciation of Arsenic Compounds.

Speciační analýza arsenu v různých matricích s využitím HPLC/ICPMS byla předmětem této práce. Toxicita arsenu závisí na oxidačním stavu a formě, ve které je přítomen. Znalost zastoupení specií arsenu je nutná k hodnocení toxicity a biodostupnosti. Obecně, anorganické specie jsou více toxické než organické. V práci byla studována degradace arsenocukrů v mořských řasách za simulovaných přirodních podmínek. Původní arsenocukry byly transformovány na arseničnan a kyselinu dimethylarseničnou. Arsen vstupuje do rostlin z půdy a vody a následně může vstoupit do potravního řetězce. S ohledem na tuto skutečnost byla speciační analýza provedena u vybraných vzorcích rýže, zakoupených v české obchodní síti. Stanovený celkový obsah arsenu se pohyboval v rozmezí 36.06 µg/kg - 218.11 µg/kg a hlavními speciemi byla kyselina dimethylarseničná a anorganický arsen (54-78%). Mořské ryby a tuky obsahují významnou část arsenu ve formě zvané arsenolipidy. Část práce byla zaměřena na analýzu arsenolipidů u máslové ryby (Lepidocybium flavobrunnrum) s celkovým obsahem arsenu 1.8 mg/kg a 22% celkového arsenu bylo vyextrahováno pomocí hexanu, což potvrzuje lipofilni charakter těchto sloučenin. Hlavní specií stanovenou ve vodném extraktu byl arsenobetain, představující 89%.Arsenic speciation analysis was carried out by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HPLC/ICPMS). The toxicity of arsenic considerably depends on its oxidation state and physico-chemical character of given compounds. The knowledge of speciation is critical to evaluate correctly the bioavailability and toxicity of arsenic as well. Generally, the inorganic species are more toxic than organic ones. The degradation products of arsenosugars in marine algae were investigated under simulated natural conditions and the arsenosugars originally present were converted primarily to arsenate and dimethyl arsenic acid. Because of possible arsenic adsorption by plants from soils and water, the arsenic speciation analysis was perfomed on rice available at Czech market in order to determine particulary inorganic arsenic. The total arsenic content ranged between 36.06 µg/kg - 218.11 µg/kg. The main species detected were dimethyl arsenic acid and inorganic arsenic (54-78%). Marine fish and oils contains significant amount of lipid soluble arsenical compounds. The study was focused on the analysis of arsenic species bound to the lipids of the fish Escolar (Lepidocybium flavobrunnrum). As found, the total arsenic content was 1.8 mg/kg and contained 22% of arsenic extractable by hexane while the water soluble arsenic was predominantly arsenobetaine (89%).

Preschool teacher strategies for solving conflict situations among children

This study focuses on interaction of a teacher and a child in kindergarten in the situations that we can perceive as conflicting communication among children in preschool environment. For the purpose of this study, we consider a situation to be perceived as conflicting when two or more children have a misunderstanding caused by the non-conformance of their interests in the kindergarten class. The aim of qualitatively oriented research is to find out how the teachers perceive a conflict, what situations they describe and how they choose strategies in these situations. The data was obtained through participatory observation in four different classes of kindergarten, with six teachers of these classes who also underwent an in-depth interview. The transcripts passed then through the open encoding and category creation. The results show that only some teachers include the child's view of the situation in their strategy; their decisions are mainly based on the assumed social skills of children, where active participation in the solution of the situation is expected from children over 5 years of age. A frequent case is the "no discussion" teacher's strategy, when the conflict situation is solved only by teacher's own decided interference thus the children remain in a passive role. CYCLIC PLASTIC BEHAVIOUR OF UFG COPPER UNDER CONTROLLED STRESS AND STRAIN LOADING

<em>The influence of stress- and strain-controlled loading on microstructure and cyclic plastic behaviour of ultrafine-grained copper prepared by equal channel angular pressing was examined. The stability of microstructure is a characteristic feature for stress-controlled test whereas grain coarsening and development of bimodal structure was observed after plastic strain-controlled tests. An attempt to explain the observed behaviour was made.</em
