Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai pada PT. Naga Hari Utama Medan

Penelitian ini mengemukan masalah apakah iklim organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan apakah iklim organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada PT. Naga Hari Utama Medan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui iklim organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja dan untuk mengetahui iklim organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada PT. Naga Hari Utama Medan. Penelitian ini dengan pendekatan asosiatif yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 50 karyawan PT. Naga Hari Utama Medan dengan menyebarkan angket pertanyaan.Dari hasil penelitian lakukan disimpulkan bahwa hasil evaluasi di dapat angka Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,641, hal ini berarti adalah sebesar 64.1 % variasi kepuasan kerja pegawai dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor, iklim organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, sedangkan 35.9 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dari hasil uji serempak didapat dilihat nilai Fhitung sebesar 44,776 > Ftabel 3,18 dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000 t-tabel 2,000 dengan signifikan 0,000 t-tabel 2,000 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,005, maka disimpulkan Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, yang artinya gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada PT. Evaluation of The Health Operational Fund Program for Improving Maternal Health Care

Background: Maternal mortality rates remain high in developing countries. According to UNICEF, a woman dies from complications during childbirth every minute, which is about 529,000 each year. The vast majority of maternal mortality occurs in developing countries. Health operational fund program has been launched by the goverment of Indonesia to improve maternal health care, and it has been implemented by the health care facilities. This study aimed to asses the evaluation of health operational fund program for improving maternal health care in Padangsidimpuan, North Sumatera. Subjects and Method: This was a qualitative study conducted at Puskesmas (Community Health Center) Pijorkoling and District Health Office Padangsidimpuan, North Sumatera, in March 2018. The independent variable was the health operational fund program. The dependent variable was maternal health care. The data were collected by in-depth interview, focus group discussion, and document review. Results: Puskesmas had sufficient resources including health manpower and facilities to operate the health operational fund program for improving maternal health care. Puskesmas had set up an action plan based on previous program achievement involving inter sectoral collaboration. Conclusion: Puskesmas had planned and implemented the health operational fund program appropriately to improve maternal health care. Keywords: health operational fund program, maternal health care

This research aims to describe the (1) the structure of the text spells treatment, (2) supporting aspects spells reading of treatment, (3) the treatment of inheritance spells. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and recording. The results showed that the structure of the text spells treatment consists of: the opening section, part of the contents, and the end. Supporting aspects spells reading of treatment in Kenagarian Talu found: (1) time: free, wherever, (2) actors: shaman himself, (3) events: be seated, standing and kneeling, (4) where: in shaman home and patient home, (5) clothing: white clothes and free, (6) fixtures: medicine fit the type of illness, medicine is attached and drunk, (7) how to bring spell: slowly, cautiously, and whispered. Inheritance process of treatment spell is divided into two, (1) spells obtained from the parents, but some are obtained from family members, such as brothers, and (2) generally passed on to children

Keragaman 17 Aksesi Plasma Nutfah Kakao Berdasarkan Penanda Morfologi Dan Molekuler

Cocoa is one of other important crops of Indonesia. Comprehensive information of cocoa is therefore needed, including molecular information for crop improvement.The purpose of this experiment was to find out information of genetic variation, genetic relationship and cultivar identification of cocoa by using morphology character and molecular analysis. The experiment was conducted at field in South Sulawesi and Molecular Biology Laboratory of BB-Biogen, Bogor since March till December 2011. Genetic material used were 17 accessions of cocoa, and other material were chemical substances. Besides morphological characteristics, molecular markers were also analyzed by using several steps: DNA isolation uses CTAB methods by Doyle and Doyle, DNA purification uses Sambrook and Russel methods, and amplification and electrophoresis reaction uses Williams methods. Whereas genetically similarity were analyzed by using N-Tsys. Result showsed that of 46 band patterns of DNA is resulted from 8 primers yielded of 36 band patterns of polymorphism (78%) and 10 band patterns of monomorphism. Based on the cluster analysis of 14 main morphologycal characters, it was obtained a dendrogram with similarity coefficient about 65-98% or genetic variation about 2-35%. While cluster analysis to 46 band patterns of DNA was obtained a dendrogram with similarity coefficient about 64-91% or genetic variation about 9-36%. Agribisnis Kelapa Rakyat di Indonesia: Kendala dan Prospek

IndonesianPengembangan komoditas kelapa menghadapi kendala besar terutama persaingan dengan sumber minyak/lemak lain terutama sawit. Permasalahan menjadi menonjol mengingat penanganan komoditas kelapa menyangkut jutaan rumahtangga petani yang terlibat. Tulisan ini melihat keragaan, kendala dan prospek agribisnis kelapa di Indonesia, sebagai hasil studi di Sulawesi Utara, Jawa Barat dan Jawa timur, pada bulan Juni sampai Agustus 1990. Hasil studi menunjukkan penggunaan kelapa saat ini sebagian besar diperuntukkan bagi industri minyak kelapa, baik melalui bahan baku kopra maupun langsung dari kelapa segar, dan permasalahan timbul dalam industri hilir tersebut menyangkut permintaan dan persaingan dalam industri minyak kelapa/goreng tersebut. Upaya efisiensi industri perlu ditingkatkan agar dapat lebih bersaing, menyangkut lokasi industri, keterpaduan antara sektor USAhatani dan industri pengolahan dan efisiensi dalam tataniaga bahan baku. Dengan semakin beratnya persaingan dengan sumber dengan sumber minyak lain dimasa mendatang maka diperlukan diversifikasi produk pemanfataan kelapa untuk tidak sepenuhnya tergantung kepada hasil kopra dan minyak kelapa. Upaya diversifikasi dapat dilakukan baik dalam pemanfaatan produk buah kelapa seperti pembuatan kelapa parut kering, santan awet, juga diversifikasi dalam pemanfaatan kelapa seperti pengembangan gula kelapa, industri dan gula kayu kelapa, tempurung, sabut dan air kelapa. Upaya untuk memperkuat posisi kelapa dan sisi USAhatani juga masih diperlukan seperti perlunya peremajaan kelapa tua, pengembangan kelapa unggul terutama jenis kelapa dalam dan pengembangan tanaman sela/tumpangsari bernilai tinggi

PENGUJIAN PERFORMANSI MOTOR DIESEL BERBAHAN BAKAR BIODIESEL DENGAN BAHAN BAKU MINYAK GORENG BEKAS DARI RUMAH TANGGA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persentase campuran biodiesel pada solar terhadap unjuk kerja mesin diesel dengan menggunakan metode variable speed (1200, 1500, 1800, 2100, dan 2400) rpm dan variable load (0,5, 1, dan 1,5) kg. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan mesin diesel TD110-TD115 Test Bed and Instrument for Small Engines. Parameter yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah Torsi, Daya, Rasio Perbandingan Udara-Bahan Bakar (AFR), Konsumsi Bahan Bakar Spesifik (sfc), Efisiensi Volumetris, dan Efisiensi Thermal Brake. Bahan bakar yang digunakan adalah solar murni, dan campuran biodiesel 5% (B5), 10% (B10), 15% (B15) dan 20% (B20). Dari penelitian ini unjuk kerja mesin diesel tertinggi diperoleh pada penggunaan bahan bakar solar masing-masing pada putaran 2400 rpm dimana Torsi maksimal sebesar 5,5 (Nm; Daya terbesar 1,382 (kW); Konsumsi Bahan Bakar Spesifik paling ekonomis sebesar 211,349 (g/kWh); Perbandingan Udara-Bahan Bakar (AFR ) terbesar 53,565; Efisiensi Volumetris terbesar 0,808 (80,8%); Efisiensi Thermal Brake terbesar 0,422 (42,2%)

The principle of regional autonomy spawned legal norms stating that based on the principle of regional autonomy, regional head position the charging system is done through an election by the people of the area, and without the participation of the central government in determining the position of head of the area. Then, Indonesia as a state constitutional establish legal order based on the provisions of the constitution. An Act to regulate the charging system regional head position is formulated to maintain consistency with the provisions of the constitution. The rule of law charging system based regional head position is a reflection of democracy and the constitutional principle of local autonomy simultaneously. Based on the principle of local autonomy, the territory can apply the rule of law different charging systems associated with regional head position. These different settings later called asymmetric decentralization system of filling the position of regional head.
