Design and implementation of Cell Tracking system and Sync with cloud
In today?s world more than eighty percent people uses the smart phones. As the need increases the misuse of the cell phone also increases. Anyone can distrust or cheat other or suspicious of others activities. There may be loss of an important data in the big organizations due to the employees. Many criminal activities have increased in organization and teenagers are misusing the smart phones. So for the security purpose in the large organizations and to control the activities of the employees and the teenagers, software can be used which keeps the log files in a single mobile with its date and synchronize daily with restricted area in corporate with cloud
Explainable Machine Learning Techniques in Medical Image Analysis Based on Classification with Feature Extraction
Animals are also afflicted by COVID-19, a virus that is quickly spreading and infects both humans and animals. This fatal viral disease has an impact on people's daily lives, health, and economy of a nation. Most effective machine learning method is deep learning, which offers insightful analysis for examining a significant number of chest x-ray pictures that have a significant bearing on COVID-19 screening. This research proposes novel technique in lung image analysis for detection of lung infection due to COVID using Explainable Machine learning techniques. Here the input has been collected as COVID patient’s lung image dataset and it has been processed for noise removal and smoothening. This processed image features have been extracted using spatio transfer neural network integrated with DenseNet+ architecture. Extracted features has been classified using stacked auto Boltzmann encoder machine with VGG-19Net+. With the transfer learning method integrated into the binary classification process, the suggested algorithm achieves good classification accuracy. The experimental analysis has been carried out for various COVID dataset in terms of accuracy, precision, Recall, F-1score, RMSE, MAP. The proposed technique attained accuracy of 95%, precision of 91%, recall of 85%, F_1 score of 80%, RMSE of 61% and MAP of 51%

The interaction of moist convection and mid-level dry air in the advance of the onset of the Indian monsoon
The advance of the onset of the Indian monsoon is here explained in terms of a balance between the low-level monsoon flow and an over-running intrusion of mid-tropospheric dry air. The monsoon advances, over a period of about 6 weeks, from the south of the country to the northwest. Given that the low-level monsoon winds are westerly or southwesterly, and the midlevel winds northwesterly, the monsoon onset propagates upwind relative to midlevel flow, and perpendicular to the low-level flow, and is not directly caused by moisture flux toward the northwest. Lacking a conceptual model for the advance means that it has been hard to understand and correct known biases in weather and climate prediction models.
The mid-level northwesterlies form a wedge of dry air that is deep in the far northwest of India and over-runs the monsoon flow. The dry layer is moistened from below by shallow cumulus and congestus clouds, so that the profile becomes much closer to moist adiabatic, and the dry layer is much shallower in the vertical, toward the southeast of India. The profiles associated with this dry air show how the most favourable environment for deep convection occurs in the south, and onset occurs here first.
As the onset advances across India, the advection of moisture from the Arabian Sea becomes stronger, and the mid-level dry air is increasingly moistened from below. This increased moistening makes the wedge of dry air shallower throughout its horizontal extent, and forces the northern limit of moist convection to move toward the northwest. Wetting of the land surface by rainfall will further reinforce the north-westward progression, by sustaining the supply of boundary layer moisture and shallow cumulus. The local advance of the monsoon onset is coincident with weakening of the mid-level northwesterlies, and therefore weakened mid-level dry advection
Mutant three-repeat tau expression initiates retinal ganglion cell death through Caspase-2.
The microtubule-associated protein tau is implicated in multiple degenerative diseases including retinal diseases such as glaucoma; however, the way tau initiates retinopathy is unclear. Previous retinal assessments in mouse models of tauopathy suggest that mutations in four-repeat (4R) tau are associated with disease-induced retinal dysfunction, while shifting tau isoform ratio to favor three-repeat (3R) tau production enhanced photoreceptor function. To further understand how alterations in tau expression impact the retina, we analyzed the retinas of transgenic mice overexpressing mutant 3R tau (m3R tau-Tg), a model known to exhibit Pick's Disease pathology in the brain. Analysis of retinal cross-sections from young (3 month) and adult (9 month) mice detected asymmetric 3R tau immunoreactivity in m3R tau-Tg retina, concentrated in the retinal ganglion and amacrine cells of the dorsal retinal periphery. Accumulation of hyperphosphorylated tau was detected specifically in the detergent insoluble fraction of the adult m3R tau-Tg retina. RNA-seq analysis highlighted biological pathways associated with tauopathy that were uniquely altered in m3R tau-Tg retina. The upregulation of transcript encoding apoptotic protease caspase-2 coincided with increased immunostaining in predominantly 3R tau positive retinal regions. In adult m3R tau-Tg, the dorsal peripheral retina of the adult m3R tau-Tg exhibited decreased cell density in the ganglion cell layer (GCL) and reduced thickness of the inner plexiform layer (IPL) compared to the ventral peripheral retina. Together, these data indicate that mutant 3R tau may mediate toxicity in retinal ganglion cells (RGC) by promoting caspase-2 expression which results in RGC degeneration. The m3R tau-Tg line has the potential to be used to assess tau-mediated RGC degeneration and test novel therapeutics for degenerative diseases such as glaucoma
