    Currently, contemporary food and drinks are becoming a trend for millennials. One type of drink that isgrowing rapidly is Thai Tea. This drink comes from Thailand, which combines Thai tea with sweetenedcondensed milk mixed with warm water. This drink can be served warm or cold depending on taste. TheFremilt by Relita trademark is one of the Small and Medium Enterprise in Cilacap that sells Thai Teaproducts with added bubbles and various flavors such as thai green tea, original thai, and choco thai.Estimated daily sales of 200 to 500 cups are sold at a selling price of Rp.10.000 ,- per cup. This study aimsto determine the effect of price and product quality on Fremilt by relita. This study uses quantitativemethods by providing online questionnaires to Fremilt by relita consumers. The total sample used is 30respondents.     The purpose of this paper is to determine the firm’s characteristics and capital structure of SMEs registered in Indonesia. This study use panel data analysis for twenty-five firms over three years (2016-2018). The samples of this study were 25 Indonesian SMEs registered in the Pefindo25 index. The capital structure determinants are expressed as a function of size, tangible assets, current ratio, return on asset, and growth. This study used a pooled fixed effect to estimate the relationship between the variables. The result shows that the capital structure of registered SMEs in Indonesia is negatively affected by size, current ratio, return on asset, and growth. Registered SMEs in Indonesia have a capital structure that is in line with POT predictions

    The research aims to empirically examine the effect of Employee Conflict through the workplace of Islamic spirituality and Analyze Employee performance at Islamic Banks. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The total sample of 36 employees at the Islamic Bank in Indonesia. Data analysis techniques using linear regression and path path. The results showed that the Spiritual Workplace influenced the conflict of Islamic Bank employees. Conflict affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Spiritual Islamic Workplace affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Indirectly employee conflict through Islamic Workplace employees has a significant effect on the performance of Islamic Bank employees. The results of the study are expected to be an input for managers to reduce conflicts in the company with Islamic spirituality workplaces

    The purpose of the study is to analyze the moral development of students from AccountingDepartment and Management Department at Economic Faculty Unsoed. This study is a surveywith the methods of collecting data using questionnaires. The population is a student at theFaculty of Economics, University of Jenderal Sudirman. The sample was taken by purposivesampling technique and sampling considerations which selected students who are still active inthe International Accounting Department and International Management Department. Theinstrument used to measure the moral development of students was defining issue test (DIT).Research findings indicate that students who have attended ethical class have better moraldevelopment as compared to those who have not taken the course. Moreover Accountingstudents have not better moral development as compared to students from ManagementDepartment. Based on the findings, it is recommended that ethics should be offered to economicsstudents since it appears to affect student's moral development. In addition, the inclusion ofethics as a course must be offered to other departments too, as the case of accounting departmentand management department

    THE EFFECT OF CREDIT RISK MANAGEMENT ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF THE INDONESIAN COMMERCIAL BANKS

     Abstract.This research aims at examining the effect of credit risk management on financial performance of the Indonesian commercial banks during the period (2008-2018), four commercial banks have been chosen to express on the whole Indonesian commercial banks. Two mathematical models have been designed to measure this relationship, the research revealed that the credit risk management effects on financial performance of the Indonesian commercial banks as measured by ROA and ROE. The indicators of Non-performing loans/Gross loans, Provision for facilities loss/Net facilities and the leverage ratio that were found significant in determining credit risk management. Also, banks should establish adequate credit risk management policies by imposing strict credit estimation before granting loans to customers, and banks in designing an effective credit risk management system, need to establish a suitable credit risk environment; operating under a sound credit granting process, maintaining an appropriate credit administration that involves monitoring, processing as well as enough controls over credit risk.  Keywords:Credit risk, Financial performance, Indonesian commercial banks

    IDENTIFIKASI KAPASITAS PRODUKSI DAN RANTAI DISTRIBUSI KOMODITAS BERAS DI KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

    The purposes of this study is to identify the potential for increasing production capacity and economic capacity of rice farmers and rice traders in Banyumas Regency. Identification of the potential for the creation of added value in the production process of rice commodities from upstream to downstream. Identification includes the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of production factors, production processes, product variations created, identification of distribution and marketing channels. This study uses value chain analysis techniques to identify the creation of added value. A survey of rice farmers and rice traders was carried out. The analysis shows that the number of people working in the agricultural sector is shrinking. The majority of farmers have temporary workers. Whole raw materials or rice seeds come from local Banyumas district. The volume of rice production or harvest takes place in March and September. Adjusting to the planting period and weather changing conditions. Product marketing is still local in one district or one province. The amount of production marketed in the same regency is relatively balanced with the results of production marketed in the same province.Keywords : farmers, rice traders, production capacity, value chains, distribution channel

    Information system technology has encouraged and influenced the health services needed in order to meet the demands of the community for the accuracy and speed of services provided by hospitals. But the application of information technology is not always successful. One of the determinants of the success of the application of information technology is the attitude of users of technology that reflects the extent to which interest in using information systems. This can be known by applying one of the evaluation models, namely the UTAUT model, which is a combination of eight models of technology user acceptance that have been developed previously. The four UTAUT constructs are used as determinants that influence the user's intention and use behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of performance expectations, effort expectations, social influences and facilitation conditions on behavioral intentions of users.     Strategic Study: The Role of Condition-Based Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance of Electrical Reliability

    Maintenance is an important performance factor for reliability in an electric power supply company. Maintenance is carried out regularly and intensively to maintain the reliability of electricity distribution. The maintenance strategy most often used is corrective and preventive maintenance, which are carried out by two different methods and with different results. Therefore, results-based research is needed to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the two methods. This research was conducted by exploring the results of interviews with management as an experienced maintenance policymaker with data observations made at PLN as the only power company in Indonesia. The results showed that preventive maintenance or time-based maintenance increased the level of reliability higher than corrective maintenance (condition-based maintenance). This study aims to examine the capital structure of corporate values in banks listed on the Stock Exchange from 2016-2018. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools. Sampling in this study using a purposive sampling technique. Independent variables in this study are capital structure proxied by Current Asset Ratio, price-book value, Debt to Equity Ratio and the dependent variable in this study is Firm Value which is proxied by Price Earning Ratio.     Digitalization changes the world of education starting from teaching methods that follow trends, subject matter that follows world developments and ultimately being able to produce output that is in accordance with the situation and conditions of the employment field. The level of success can be seen from the student achievement. Learning achievement is influenced by two factors, both internal and external factors. This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of using e-books on learning achievement (2) the effect of digital literacy on learning achievement (3) the effect of book collection availability on learning achievement. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method. The population in this study were 141 students of Economic Education class 2016-2018. This sampling technique uses probability sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the result showed that the use of e-books, digital literacy, and availability of book collections in the library partially has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement
