    Benign cystic peritoneal mesothelioma

A well-defined but rare entity of Benign Cystic Peritoneal Mesothelioma (BCPM) is reported. The aetiology of this neoplasm remains obscure. The presenting features make a precise preoperative diagnosis difficult but information provided by computed tomography and cytology may help. A firm diagnosis can only come from an electronic microscopy or immunohistological examination of the tumour. Diagnostic accuracy and diligent follow up are essential because, although the tumour is considered benign, it does tend towards local recurrence

This article was published in International Journal of Community Medicine and Public Health. Background: Suicide is major public health concern in India. There are limited data examining the relationship between health impairment, disability and severity of suicidal intent. The aim of the study was to examine the associations of health impairment and disability with severity of suicidal intent among survivors following an act of self-harm. Methods: A pilot exploratory study of 453 self-harm survivors from a specialist hospital in South India. Sociodemographics, physical health impairment, disability (WHO Disability Schedule-II), suicidal intent, (Pierce suicide intent scale) and mental disorders were studied. Results: Arthritis was the most common physical impairment among self-harm survivors followed by gastrointestinal, sensory impairment and difficulty with mobilization. Nearly 10% of participants had some degree of functional impairment, with 38% experiencing severe physical pain in the week prior to self-harm. Past history of depression treatment, age, education and occupation influenced positively PSIS scores. There were significant associations between suicidal intent and disability. Conclusions: Indian self-harm survivors indicated complex relationships between physical health, disability and suicidal intent. Understanding these associations may help to develop suicide prevention strategies. Our findings suggest a need for integrating a comprehensive of physical health assessment in self harm survivors

Viperbite is often associated with severe local toxicity, including progressive hemorrhage and myotoxicity, persistent even after the administration of anti-snake venom (ASV). In the recent past, investigations have revealed the orchestrated actions of Zn2+ metalloproteases (Zn(2+)MPs), phospholipase A(2)s (PLA(2)s) and hyaluronidases (HYs) in the onset and progression of local toxicity from the bitten site. As a consequence, venom researchers and medical practitioners are in deliberate quest of potent molecules alongside ASV to tackle the brutal local manifestations induced by aforesaid venom toxins. Based on these facts, we have demonstrated the protective efficacy of inhibitor cocktail containing equal ratios of N,N,N', N'-tetrakis (2-pyridylmethyl) ethane-1,2-diamine (TPEN) and silymarin (SLN) against progressive local toxicity induced by Echis carinatus venom (ECV). In our previous study we have shown the inhibitory potentials of TPEN towards Zn(2+)MPs of ECV (IC50: 6.7 mu M). In this study we have evaluated in vitro inhibitory potentials of SLN towards PLA(2)s (IC50: 12.5 mu M) and HYs (IC50: 8 mu M) of ECV in addition to docking studies. Further, we have demonstrated the protection of ECV induced local toxicity with 10 mM inhibitor cocktail following 15, 30 min (for hemorrhage and myotoxicity); 60 min (for hemorrhage alone) of ECV injection in murine model. The histological examination of skin and thigh muscle sections taken out from the site of ECV injection substantiated the overall protection offered by inhibitor cocktail. In conclusion, the protective efficacy of inhibitor cocktail is of high interest and can be administered locally alongside ASV to treat severe local toxicity

AN ANTI-EMULATION STRUCTURE FOR INTERNET DESPOSITORY USING SECURED IMAGE VALIDATION SCHEME

Emulation attack is an effort by an individual or a group to steal personal confidential information such as passwords, credit card information etc, New approach called visual secret sharing scheme (VSS) for cloning websites classification to solve the problem of Phishing attack. The novel system is developed with the things that eradicate the drawbacks of the existing system. The main aim of visual secret sharing scheme is to conserves the solitude of image by decay the original image into two shares that as been stocked in independent database servers such that the authentic image can be revealed only when they are equally gathered. The specific sheet of representation does not declare the status of the original visual image which was generated previously. Once the unique visual image is discovered to the user then that picture can be used as a password for detecting phishing. In the proposed system, privacy enabled secure database is built. The security level is much enhanced from its actual level. The authentication process can be secured by using double level security

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C15H16ClN3O3, comprises two molecules that are each twisted about the benzyl C atom. The second and fourth C atoms of the butyl chain of one molecule are disordered (0.75:0.25 and 0.5:0.5, respectively). The dihedral angles between the imidazole and benzene rings are 76.46 (9) and 76.3 (1)°
