Review of analytical instruments for EEG analysis
Since it was first used in 1926, EEG has been one of the most useful
instruments of neuroscience. In order to start using EEG data we need not only
EEG apparatus, but also some analytical tools and skills to understand what our
data mean. This article describes several classical analytical tools and also
new one which appeared only several years ago. We hope it will be useful for
those researchers who have only started working in the field of cognitive EEG
Prospects for the Ferronickel Production Development from the Urals Oxidized Nickel Ores
Methods of ore processing are divided into hydro- and pyrometallurgical. The latter method is more common. Ferronickel is seeing high demand at present. It is produced by reducing electric smelting of previously calcined ore. This method is typically used because of the composition and quality of the products obtained (there is a particularly large market for Ferronickel of the standard ISO 6501:1988, containing at least 15% Ni). Processing technologies for converting poor oxidized nickel ores into ferronickel offer significant advantages, reducing the environmental impact and energy consumption, and increase the recovery of valuable metals. This study considers the processing technology of serpentinite ores, which includes: ore preparation (averaging, crushing and screening, drying); roasting a mixture of dried ore and crushed dolomite (flux) in tubular rotary kilns; melting of hot cinder with the addition of a reducing agent in an ore-smelting direct-current electric furnace to produce a rough ferronickel; refining ferronickel from impurities of carbon, silicon, sulfur, phosphorus, chromium was substantiated. During the industrial testing of electric smelting of calcined ores from the Ural deposits, ferronickel, containing (in wt. %) 8.9-15.5 Ni, 1.1 Cr, 0.17 Co, 0.1 S, 0.1 C was produced. Nickel extraction in ferronickel was 96.1 %, cobalt – 89.1 %.

The cognitive-discursive model of evidentiality (authorization)
The paper discusses some functional aspects of evidentiality in scientific discourse and dialect speech in Russian. The aim is to show how evidentiality, traditionally called authorization in Russian, can be studied from functional and cognitive-discursive points of view. The authors propose a methodology of revealing additive meanings of evidential (authorizational) structures based on interpretation of subjective components of speech. The interpretation is based on the authorization model proposed by the authors

The solution of the problems facing the modern Russian society largely depends on the beliefs, expectations, values and attitudes of people that determine their attitude to innovation, content, effectiveness and efficiency of various activities. Social adaptation (active inclusion in the social environment) of the individual assumes as a necessary condition the achievement of a certain level of social competence. The modern social environment has a significant impact on the process of personality formation, causing certain contradictions: on the one hand, socio-cultural modernization necessitates a new approach to the problem of social self-realization of the individual, requiring increased human activity as a subject of social life, taking responsibility for their activities and behavior, but, on the other hand, the instability of modern society increases the natural difficulties of growing up; the situation of uncertainty leads to deformation of personal development, disadaptation in society. Modernization of the education system has led to changes in the content, forms, methods and technologies of education, in connection with which there was a need to assess the results of the functioning of the education system. Analyzing the quality of a modern specialist training, researchers increasingly began to turn to the competencies formed during studying, among which an important place is occupied by social competence, estimated as the most important indicator of professional competence of a specialist in general, and in particular, in the field of economic, labor, social relations.A solução dos problemas enfrentados pela sociedade russa moderna depende em grande parte das crenças, expectativas, valores e atitudes das pessoas que determinam sua atitude em relação à inovação, conteúdo, eficácia e eficiência de várias atividades. A adaptação social (inclusão ativa no ambiente social) do indivíduo assume como condição necessária a conquista de um certo nível de competência social. O ambiente social moderno tem um impacto significativo no processo de formação da personalidade, causando certas contradições: por um lado, a modernização sociocultural requer uma nova abordagem para o problema da auto- realização social do indivíduo, exigindo maior atividade humana como sujeito da vida social, assumindo a responsabilidade por suas atividades e comportamentos, mas, por outro lado, a instabilidade da sociedade moderna aumenta as dificuldades naturais de crescer; a situação de incerteza leva à deformação do desenvolvimento pessoal, à desadaptação na sociedade. A modernização do sistema educacional levou a mudanças no conteúdo, formas, métodos e tecnologias da educação, em relação às quais havia a necessidade de avaliar os resultados do funcionamento do sistema educacional. Analisando a qualidade de um treinamento especializado moderno, os pesquisadores começaram a recorrer cada vez mais às competências formadas durante o estudo, entre as quais um lugar importante é ocupado pela competência social, estimado como o indicador mais importante da competência profissional de um especialista em geral e, em particular, , no campo das relações econômicas, trabalhistas e sociais.La solución de los problemas que enfrenta la sociedad rusa moderna depende en gran medida de las creencias, expectativas, valores y actitudes de las personas que determinan su actitud hacia la innovación, el contenido, la efectividad y la eficiencia de diversas actividades. La adaptación social (inclusión activa en el entorno social) del individuo supone como condición necesaria el logro de un cierto nivel de competencia social. El entorno social moderno tiene un impacto significativo en el proceso de formación de la personalidad, causando ciertas contradicciones: por un lado, la modernización sociocultural requiere un nuevo enfoque del problema de la autorrealización social del individuo, que requiere una mayor actividad humana como un sujeto de la vida social, asumiendo la responsabilidad de sus actividades y comportamiento, pero, por otro lado, la inestabilidad de la sociedad moderna aumenta las dificultades naturales de crecer; La situación de incertidumbre conduce a la deformación del desarrollo personal, la desadaptación en la sociedad. Primary disability due to diseases of the digestive system in the Irkutsk region: Dynamics of 2009–2020 and its reasons
The aim. To study the dynamics of primary disability due to diseases of the digestive system (DDS) in the Irkutsk region for 2009–2020 in adults, its possible causes in comparison with the dynamics of morbidity and mortality of the population.Materials and methods. The database of persons recognized as disabled for the first time due to the DDS in the Irkutsk region were analyzed by the solid method. The share in percent and the level of primary disability per 10,000 of the adult population were calculated. DDS morbidity and mortality were analyzed according to the forms of state statistics, the indicators were calculated per 100,000 population. In addition, data on the analysis of the causes of death provided by medical organizations for each person who died from DDS was studied.Results. The number of people recognized as disabled for the first time due to DDS decreased by 2.2 times for the analyzed years, the level of primary disability for 2014–2020 – by 1.9 times. The main contribution to the primary disability due to DDS all the years was made by cirrhosis of the liver. Primary incidence of DDS in the Irkutsk region in the adult population for 2009–2019 increased by 1.5 times (the decline in 2020 was caused by the cessation of dispensary examinations due to the epidemic of a new coronavirus infection). Mortality due DDS increased from 2017 to 2020 by 1.3 times. The main contribution to mortality is made by alcoholic causes – primarily liver cirrhosis, acute pancreatitis.An analysis was made of changes in regulatory documents according to the criteria for establishing disability to clarify the reason for the decrease in disability rates due DDS at the same time with an increase in morbidity and mortality.Conclusion. It is not possible to explain the decrease in the proportion and level of primary disability due to DDS only by improving the quality of medical care with an increase in morbidity and mortality. A certain contribution to the reduction of disability rates was made by changes in the normative documents on the establishment of disability, starting from 2014
Formação de competência social do futuro especialista
Modern society is in dire need of socially competent professionals who can quickly adapt to the changing life situations, are ready to solve new problems, interested in improving the efficiency of professional activities, planning the future and ready to take responsibility for the decisions. The problem of development of social competency of the individual is interdisciplinary and in contrast to the problem of development of competency in general and professional competency in particular. In the scientific literature the approaches by which it is possible to give the essential characteristic of this phenomenon and to construct a model are designated: a) set of social knowledge, abilities, awareness of the person of social processes; b) social interaction, the ability and willingness of a person to it, the ability to build their relationships with other people and social organizations in real life; c) the integral quality of the individual, formed in the process of training and education; d) the purpose and result of the implementation of special development and educational programs of educational organizations. Comparative analysis allowed us to determine the components of social competency: personal component, social component, cognitive component, value-semantic component. In the social competency formation of students active teaching methods are the most popular. We consider the method of training “Educational firm” approved in the process of research at different educational levels as a systematized set of simulation methods. Effective socialization of a person should be considered in the context of competence-based approach, including the essential characteristics of competency, professionalism, qualification, personality.La sociedad moderna está en extrema necesidad de profesionales socialmente competentes que puedan adaptarse rápidamente a las situaciones cambiantes de la vida, estén listos para resolver nuevos problemas, interesados en mejorar la eficiencia de las actividades profesionales, planificar el futuro y listos para asumir la responsabilidad de las decisiones. El problema del desarrollo de la competencia social del individuo es interdisciplinario y en contraste con el problema del desarrollo de la competencia en general y la competencia profesional en particular. En la literatura científica se designan los enfoques mediante los cuales es posible dar la característica esencial de este fenómeno y construir un modelo: a) conjunto de conocimientos sociales, habilidades, conciencia de la persona de los procesos sociales; b) la interacción social, la capacidad y la disposición de una persona para ello, la capacidad de construir sus relaciones con otras personas y organizaciones sociales en la vida real; c) la calidad integral del individuo, formada en el proceso de formación y educación; d) El propósito y el resultado de la implementación de programas especiales de desarrollo y educación de organizaciones educativas. El análisis comparativo nos permitió determinar los componentes de la competencia social: componente personal, componente social, componente cognitivo, componente semántico de valor. En la formación de competencias sociales de los estudiantes, los métodos de enseñanza activos son los más populares. Consideramos el método de capacitación “firma educativa” aprobado en el proceso de investigación en diferentes niveles educativos como un conjunto sistematizado de métodos de simulación. La socialización efectiva de una persona debe considerarse en el contexto del enfoque basado en la competencia, incluidas las características esenciales de la competencia, el profesionalismo, la calificación, la personalidad.A sociedade moderna está em extrema necessidade de profissionais socialmente competentes que possam se adaptar rapidamente às situações de mudança da vida, prontos para resolver novos problemas, interessados em melhorar a eficiência das atividades profissionais, planejando o futuro e prontos para assumir a responsabilidade pelas decisões. O problema do desenvolvimento da competência social do indivíduo é interdisciplinar e em contraste com o problema do desenvolvimento da competência em geral e da competência profissional em particular. Na literatura científica as abordagens pelas quais é possível dar a característica essencial deste fenômeno e construir um modelo são designadas: a) conjunto de conhecimentos sociais, habilidades, consciência da pessoa de processos sociais; b) interação social, a capacidade e a disposição de uma pessoa para com ela, a capacidade de construir relacionamentos com outras pessoas e organizações sociais na vida real; c) a qualidade integral do indivíduo, formada no processo de formação e educação; d) o propósito e resultado da implementação de programas especiais de desenvolvimento e educação de organizações educacionais. A análise comparativa permitiu determinar os componentes da competência social: componente pessoal, componente social, componente cognitivo, componente valor-semântico. Na formação de competências sociais dos alunos, os métodos de ensino ativos são os mais populares. Consideramos o método de treinamento “Empresa Educacional” aprovado no processo de pesquisa em diferentes níveis educacionais como um conjunto sistematizado de métodos de simulação.
