In psychology and education the major concepts are "system", "human", "individual" and "personality". In conditions of modern society such qualities as system ones are nurtured along the course of life. How to separate these system properties consciously in course of nurturing and education? Understanding of social qualities of thins, understanding of the way how they occurs on basis of a certain historical method of manufacturing, composes the basis of knowledge transfer into conscious system qualities of schoolchildren and distinguishing of criteria of these new system qualities mastering. Real basis of a human personality is not determined by the sphere of genetic data, acquired knowledge, abilities, skills. including even professional, it lies is that system of activities that are realized by these knowledge and abilities. At research of personality one should be based on development of activities and those connections in which they are entering with each other. Adults, teachers are helping a child, schoolchild tp extend the sphere of his activity, not limiting by formation of skills, abilities and knowledge only; efforts of tutors are directed at the main thing - a schoolchild should be able to construct a system of substantial and connected activities determining his system qualities

The results of the 'Bacillus intermedius' RNAase modification by urea derivatives are presented. The modifiers synthesized for that purpose were the following: N-(4-chlorbenzoyl)-N'-benzolsulfonyl urea (M 1) and N-(4-chlorbenzoyl)carbomoyl-ε-aminocapronic acid (M 2). It was shown that RNAase modified by M 2 stimulated the cell general metabolism by the test of the cell absorption of neutral red and had a more marked ability to disrupt RNA of the cell plasmatic membranes in comparison to that of the native enzyme

    Get PDF
Recently, the problem of preserving natural ecosystems, which has long been given secondary importance, has been actualized. The focus of modern society on sustainable development and conservation of biodiversity has led to new changes in the legislative and economic spheres of regulation of harmful effects on nature as a result of human activity. The main measures of managing the process of ecosystem protection and lean nature management are considered. The problems accumulated during the periods of transformation and industrial transition of the world ecological and economic paradigm to a new high-tech level of development are listed. Conclusions are drawn about the need for an integrated approach to environmental management. © 2023 Author(s)

Embracing Monogenic Parkinson's Disease: The MJFF Global Genetic PD Cohort

    Get PDF
Background: As gene-targeted therapies are increasingly being developed for Parkinson's disease (PD), identifying and characterizing carriers of specific genetic pathogenic variants is imperative. Only a small fraction of the estimated number of subjects with monogenic PD worldwide are currently represented in the literature and availability of clinical data and clinical trial-ready cohorts is limited. Objective: The objectives are to (1) establish an international cohort of affected and unaffected individuals with PD-linked variants; (2) provide harmonized and quality-controlled clinical characterization data for each included individual; and (3) further promote collaboration of researchers in the field of monogenic PD. Methods: We conducted a worldwide, systematic online survey to collect individual-level data on individuals with PD-linked variants in SNCA, LRRK2, VPS35, PRKN, PINK1, DJ-1, as well as selected pathogenic and risk variants in GBA and corresponding demographic, clinical, and genetic data. All registered cases underwent thorough quality checks, and pathogenicity scoring of the variants and genotype–phenotype relationships were analyzed. Results: We collected 3888 variant carriers for our analyses, reported by 92 centers (42 countries) worldwide. Of the included individuals, 3185 had a diagnosis of PD (ie, 1306 LRRK2, 115 SNCA, 23 VPS35, 429 PRKN, 75 PINK1, 13 DJ-1, and 1224 GBA) and 703 were unaffected (ie, 328 LRRK2, 32 SNCA, 3 VPS35, 1 PRKN, 1 PINK1, and 338 GBA). In total, we identified 269 different pathogenic variants; 1322 individuals in our cohort (34%) were indicated as not previously published. Conclusions: Within the MJFF Global Genetic PD Study Group, we (1) established the largest international cohort of affected and unaffected individuals carrying PD-linked variants; (2) provide harmonized and quality-controlled clinical and genetic data for each included individual; (3) promote collaboration in the field of genetic PD with a view toward clinical and genetic stratification of patients for gene-targeted clinical trials. © 2023 The Authors. The search for original publications on fundamental and clinical medicine that would produce results of the highest scientific quality represents an urgent need for every medical researcher. Such publications are essential, in particular, for the development of reliable treatment standards. The Englishlanguage resources PUBMED and EMBASE are essential to help in solving this problem. However, there is an obvious problem in assessing the quality of the studies found. The paper formulates a method for analyzing the texts of biomedical publications, which is based on an algorithmic assessment of the emotional modality of medical texts (so-called sentiment analysis). The use of the topological theory of data analysis made it possible to develop a set of high-precision algorithms for identifying 16 types of sentiments (manipulative turns of speech, research without positive results, propaganda, falsification of results, negative personal attitude, aggressiveness of the text, negative emotional background, etc.). On the basis of the developed algorithms, a point scale for assessing the sentiment quality of research was obtained, which we called the "β-score": the higher the β-score, the less the evaluated text contains manipulative language constructions. As a result, the ANTIFAKE system (http://antifake-news.ru) was developed to analyze the sentiment-quality of Englishlanguage scientific texts. An analysis of ~ 20 million abstracts from PUBMED showed that publications with low sentiment quality (β-score <0, that is, that the prevalence of manipulative constructions over meaningful ones) is only 19 %. In the overwhelming majority of thematic headings (27,090 out of 27,840 headings of the MESH system PUBMED), a positive dynamics of sentiment quality of the texts of publications is shown by years). At the same time, as a result of the study, 249 headings were identified with sharply negative dynamics of sentiment quality and with a pronounced increase in manipulative sentiments characteristic of the "yellow" English-language press. These headings include tens of thousands of publications in peer-reviewed journals, which are aimed at (1) legalizing ethically unacceptable practices (euthanasia, perversions, so-called "population control", etc.), (2) discrediting psychiatry as a science, (3) media the war against micronutrients and (4) discrediting evidence-based medicine under the guise of developing the so-called "international standards of evidence-based medicine". In general, the developed system of artificial intelligence allows researchers to filter out pseudoscientific publications, the text of which is overloaded with emotional manipulation and which are published under the guise of "evidence-based standards".
