Development of human resources structure for health resort facilities of the Republic of Crimea

The subject matter of this study focuses on the laws and mechanisms of employment in various sectors of the labor market of the Republic of Crimea. The article is devoted to the research of staffing structure for the development of business activities in the Republic of Crimea, in particular, for the health resort complex, to identify priority areas of regional employment policy. The main hypothesis of the research is as follows: there is a discrepancy between the basic parameters of the Crimean labor market transformation and the educational system that makes their proper interaction impossible, causing inconsistencies between the needs and demands of the labor market and the level of training (in particular, in the health resort complex) and the formal qualification of graduates of educational establishments. The methodological framework of the research is based on a systemic approach in studying the labor market of the Republic of Crimea and the use of statistical methods of analysis of the labor market conjuncture. The study analyzed the dynamics of socio-economic development of the Crimean region. The Crimean regional labor market conjuncture was studied, allowing the identification of the main causes of the imbalances in the development of the labor market. The analysis was made with regard to the qualifications of medical professionals graduating from educational establishments and groups of factors affecting the staffing structure were properly identified. The study of reasons of the Crimean labor market discrepancies showed that the current imbalance was caused by both objective and subjective reasons. Priority directions for employment policies have been suggested for the health resort complex. Their implementation will make the stabilization of the situation related to medical staff possible, including for the health resort complex. Such steps will also help improve the potential of human resources, capable of providing highly professional services to holidaymakers; contribute to the effective solution of problems of development of the Republic of Crimea under new economic conditions.The research has been supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research and the State Council of Republic of Crimea within the framework of the Project 14-46-01016 r_yug_a (Regional projects)

The Yoneda algebra of a graded Ore extension

Let A be a connected-graded algebra with trivial module k, and let B be a graded Ore extension of A. We relate the structure of the Yoneda algebra E(A) := Ext_A(k,k) to E(B). Hybrid gold single crystals incorporating amino acids

Composite hybrid gold crystals are of profound interest in various research areas ranging from materials science to biology. Their importance is due to their unique properties and potential implementation, for example in sensing or in bio-nanomedicine. Here we report on the formation of hybrid organic-metal composites via the incorporation of selected amino acids histidine, aspartic acid, serine, glutamine, alanine, cysteine, and selenocystine into the crystal lattice of single crystals of gold. We used electron microscopy, chemical analysis and high-resolution synchrotron powder X ray diffraction to examine these composites. Crystal shape, as well as atomic concentrations of occluded amino acids and their impact on the crystal structure of gold, were determined. Concentration of the incorporated amino acid was highest for cysteine, followed by serine and aspartic acid. Our results indicate that the incorporation process probably occurs through a complex interaction of their individual functional groups with gold atoms. Although various organic gold composites have been prepared, to the best of our knowledge this is the first reported finding of incorporation of organic molecules within the gold lattice. Negative parity states of 11^{11}B and 11^{11}C and the similarity with $^{12}C

The negative parity states of $^{11}$B and $^{11}$C were studied based on the calculations of antisymmetrized molecular dynamics(AMD). The calculations well reproduced the experimental strengths of Gamov-Teller(GT), $M1$ and monopole transitions. We, especially, focused on the $3/2^-_3$ and $5/2^-_2$ states, for which GT transition strengths were recently measured. The weak $M1$ and GT transitions for the $3/2^-_3$ in $^{11}$B and $^{11}$C are described by a well-developed cluster structure of $2\alpha$+$t$ and $2\alpha$+$^3$He, respectively, while the strong transitions for the $5/2^-_2$ is characterized by an intrinsic spin excitation with no cluster structure. It was found that the $3/2^-_3$ state is a dilute cluster state, and its features are similar to those of the $^{12}$C$(0^+_2)$ which is considered to be a gas state of three $\alpha$ clusters.Comment: 10 pages, 4 figures, submitterd to Physical Review

Особливості формування духовної картини світу у молоді в епоху інформаційно-високотехнологічного науково-технічного прогресу

В статье обоснована необходимость формирования духовной картины мира, особенно, антропокосмической, у молодого поколения на современном этапе развития много кризового мирового и, в том числе, украинского общества. Предложено определение новых терминов: антропокосмически-духовная картина мира, антропокосмическая духовность, антропокосмическое мировоззрение и ряда других антропокосмических понятий и определений в современном философско-педагогическом дискурсе. Представлена модель формирования антропокосмически-духовной картины мира у молодого поколения в условиях информационно-высокотехнологического научно-технического прогресса и авторская трактовка ее философско-образовательной, педагогической и духовной сущности. Доказано, что сформировавшись в сознании молодого человека антропокосмически-духовная картина мира позволит ей в условиях неотвратимого в недалеком будущем краха человеческой цивилизации, если он не решит нынешние глобально-цивилизационные кризисы и не избежит геокосмических катастроф, понять смысл космически-экзопланетной жизни, которая будет бесклассовой, а, следовательно, бескризисной, бесконфликтной, полноценной и содержательной, антропокосмически-высокодуховной (божественной за Н. Бердяевым), а, следовательно, прогрессивной и практически вечной, как и жизнедеятельность общества, которое будет состоять из таких антропокосмически воспитанных личностей. Раскрыто общецивилизационный смысл антропокосмически-духовной картины мира, который заключается в решении проблемы выбора жизненных стратегий человечества, поиска новых путей цивилизационного развития, в частности, переселение антропокосмически-сознательной части человечества на экзопланеты космоса с целью сохранения генофонда человечества и создания человеческой космически-экзопланетной цивилизации. Показано, что традиционная духовность не в состоянии обеспечить решение этих цивилизационных проблем. Она уже сейчас может использоваться только как первобытная, начальная составляющая при формировании антропокосмической духовности.In clause necessity of formation of a spiritual picture of the world, anthropocosmos at young generation at the present stage of development much crisis world and, including, the Ukrainian society is proved. In the article the necessity of formation of anthropocosmos-spiritual picture of the world at young generation at the present stage of development bagalicious the world and, in particular, of the Ukrainian society. The proposed definition of new terms: anthropocosmos is a spiritual picture of the world, anthropocosmic spirituality, anthropocosmic worldview and other anthropocentric concepts and definitions in contemporary philosophical and pedagogical discourse. The presented model of the formation of anthropocosmos-spiritual worldview of the young generation in the information and high-tech scientific and technical progress and the author’s interpretation of its philosophical, educational, pedagogical and spiritual essence. It is proved, that having generated in consciousness of the young man a anthropocosmos-spiritual picture of the world, will allow it in conditions of inevitable crash in the near future of a human civilization, if it will not solve present global-civilizational crises and will not avoid geocosmic accidents, to understand sense space-ekzoplanete lives which will be esclusivi, and, therefore, crisis-free, conflict-free, comprehensive and meaningful, anthropocosmos-highly spiritual (divine M. Berdyaev), and, therefore, progressive and virtually eternal as the life of society, which is composed of such anthropocosmos educated individuals. Solved zagalnoosvitnioi sense anthropocosmos spiritual world picture, which is to solve the problem of the choice of life strategies of mankind, the search for new ways of civilization development, in particular, resettlement anthropocosmos-conscious part of humanity for exoplanets space with the aim of preserving the gene pool of humanity and creation of human cosmically-ekzoplanete civilization. Paciano that traditional spirituality is unable to provide a solution to these civilizational issues. She now can only be used as a primitive, the initial component in the formation of anthropocosmos spirituality.У статті обґрунтовано необхідність формування духовної картини світу, зокрема антропокосмічної у молодого покоління на сучасному етапі розвитку багатокризового світового і, в тому числі, українського суспільства. Запропоновано визначення нових термінів: антропокосмічно-духовна картина світу, антропокосмічна духовність, антропокосмічний світогляд і ряду інших антропокосмічних понять та означень у сучасному філософсько-педагогічному дискурсі. Представлена модель формування антропокосмічно-духовної картини світу у молодого покоління в умовах інформаційно-високотехнологічного науково-технічного прогресу та авторське трактування її філософсько-освітньої, педагогічної та духовної сутності. Доведено, що сформована у свідомості молодої людини антропокосмічно-духовна картина світу дозволить їй за умов невідворотного в недалекому майбутньому краху людської цивілізації, якщо вона не розв’яже нинішні глобально-цивілізаційні кризи і не уникне геокосмічних катастроф, зрозуміти сенс космічно-екзопланетного життя, яке буде безкласовим, а отже, безкризовим, безконфліктним, повноцінним та змістовним, антропокосмічно-високодуховним (божественним за М. Бердяєвим), а отже, прогресивним та практично вічним, як і життєдіяльність суспільства, яке складатиметься з таких антропокосмічно вихованих особистостей. Розкрито загальноцивілізаційний сенс антропокосмічно-духовної картини світу, який полягає у вирішенні проблеми вибору життєвих стратегій людства, пошуку нових шляхів цивілізаційного розвитку, зокрема переселення антропокосмічно-свідомої частини людства на екзопланети космосу з метою збереження генофонду людства і створення людської космічно-екзопланетної цивілізації.
