    Elaboration of New Method of Deep Processing of Caro-tene-containing Raw Materials Into Nanoadditives with the Use of Cryogenic Freezing and Fine-dispersed Grinding

    The aim of the work is elaboration of principally new cryogenic method of deep processing of carotene-containing vegetable raw material (CCVRM) such as carrot, pumpkin, sweet Bulgarian pepper, tomato, sea buckthorn, apricot using cryogenic freezing and fine-dispersed grinding.The new method of deep processing leads to more full extracting and removal of β-carotene from the state, bound with biopolymers into free and hydrophilic form. The mechanism of these processes was presented. It was established, that mass share of β-carotene in cryopuree, received by the new method, exceeds its content in initial (fresh) CCVRM in 3,0…3,5 times.The regularities of growth and transformation of carotenoids separately at freezing with different high speeds and low-temperature grinding of CCYRM were established. It was demonstrated, that at cryogenic freezing take place quantitative increase of mass share of carotenoids in 2,0…2,5 times comparing with initial (fresh) raw material depending on freezing speed and type of CCVRM. That is it was demonstrated, that frozen carotene-containing vegetable raw material contains 2,0…2,5 times more β-carotene than fresh one. Mechanism of these processes was presented.It was demonstrated, that cryopuree of CCVRM, received using new methods of deep processing, exceeds the initial (fresh) raw material by the content not only β-carotene but also other low-molecular bioactive substances: L-ascorbic acid – in 2,0…2,2 times, phenol compounds – in 1,7…1,8 times, tanning substances – in 1,5…1,7 times). That is they have principally new chemical composition, because practically all bioactive substances (BAS) in cryopuree are in nanosize form and easily assimilated by human organism

    Formation of an integrated accounting and analytical management system for value analysis purposes

    The article is devoted to the problems associated with the formation and the improvement of accounting and analytical support framework when establishing the business entities’ integrated accounting and analytical managerial system for the value analysis purposes. According to the authors’ opinion, introducing the integrated accounting and analytical system is not only a certain way to improve the efficiency in the managerial decision-making sphere, but also an essential tool throughout the whole value analysis process as well as a tool to improve the qualitative measures of accounting and analytical data required for value analysis. Establishing the integrated accounting and analytical managerial system is an intensive factor to improve the whole analysis process and is intended to optimize the data flows in business entities. It also increases the analyticity of non-engineering and engineering data, that are used in value analysis group’ documents set. Tools that optimizing and structuring the data flows in business entities are analyzed in this article. They are as follows: applying the managerial accounting based on financial responsibility centers and the ad hoc software – i.e., modular database that collects and processes all data from business entity’s subdivisions and helps to create all types of value analysis’ working papers.     Multi-Color Light Curves of Type Ia Supernovae on the Color-Magnitude Diagram: a Novel Step Toward More Precise Distance and Extinction Estimates

    We show empirically that fits to the color-magnitude relation of Type Ia supernovae after optical maximum can provide accurate relative extragalactic distances. We report the discovery of an empirical color relation for Type Ia light curves: During much of the first month past maximum, the magnitudes of Type Ia supernovae defined at a given value of color index have a very small magnitude dispersion; moreover, during this period the relation between BB magnitude and BVB-V color (or BRB-R or BIB-I color) is strikingly linear, to the accuracy of existing well-measured data. These linear relations can provide robust distance estimates, in particular, by using the magnitudes when the supernova reaches a given color. After correction for light curve strech factor or decline rate, the dispersion of the magnitudes taken at the intercept of the linear color-magnitude relation are found to be around 0m^m.08 for the sub-sample of supernovae with \BVm 0m.05\le 0^m.05, and around 0m^m.11 for the sub-sample with \BVm 0m.2\le 0^m.2. This small dispersion is consistent with being mostly due to observational errors. The method presented here and the conventional light curve fitting methods can be combined to further improve statistical dispersions of distance estimates. It can be combined with the magnitude at maximum to deduce dust extinction. The slopes of the color-magnitude relation may also be used to identify intrinsically different SN Ia systems. The method provides a tool that is fundamental to using SN Ia to estimate cosmological parameters such as the Hubble constant and the mass and dark energy content of the universe.Comment: ApJ, in pres

Зазначено, що в розвитку української національної позашкільної освіти затвердилися ідеї щодо запровадження національних пріоритетів і демократизації освіти. Встановлено, що розвиток національно орієнтованої мистецької освіти є можливим лише у стані єдності та суперечності національного і глобального. Доведено, що мистецька освіта продовжує розвиватися. It has been established that the development of nationally oriented artistic education is possible only in the state of unity and contradiction of the national and global. It is proved that artistic education continues to develop.
