Optimization of the subject matter of profile training disciplines for bachelors' vocational education on the basis of occupational standards
Applicability of the issue under study is conditioned by the need in development of principal educational programs by higher education institutions with accounting for requirements of appropriate occupational standards and necessity in reviewing of the requirements of occupational standards and reflecting them within the scope of competences formed. The paper is aimed at substantiation of the subject matter of profile training disciplines for vocational education of bachelors within the context of competence and process approaches and with accounting for occupational standards. The leading method of study of this issue is modeling which allows considering the issue under study as a process of recognized accounting of requirements of appropriate occupational standards wherein employers' opinions are fixed in the regulatory mode. The structural-functional model of selection of the subject matter of profile disciplines for the training program is developed; the following algorithms are developed: 1) of analysis of occupational standards; 2) of comparing of occupational standards with curriculum disciplines; 3) of analysis of the subject matter of labour functions, labour actions, knowledge and skills when developing working programs and assessment resources funds; the model has been successfully tested on the example of profile training of vocational education bachelors. The paper presents the structure-functional model of selection of the subject matter of profile disciplines of the educational program with taking into account of occupational standards requirements which define competences acquired by a graduate, i.e. his/her ability to use knowledge, skills and personal qualities in accordance with the occupational activity; the process approach to implementation of this model is applied. Gel with Ectoine improves wound healing on a thermal burn model in rats
Due to the ability to create complexes of water molecules on the surface of the mucous membrane, ectoine is a promising compound for the treatment of burns. Evaluate the reparative activity of Ectoine using the thermal burn model in rats. In male rats (n=30), 2 thermal burns were counteracted under counter-anesthesia, one of which was treated by topical application of the test drugs for 7 days, and the other served as a contro

Rhizobacteria Effect on Arsenic Migration and Translocation of Biogenic Elements in Plants
The study was aimed at the transformation of arsenic compounds in the rhizosphere, its accumulation in plants, P and Si translocation to plants under the influence of Bacillus megaterium var. phosphaticum, and Bacillus mucilaginosus with various forms of As compounds in the soil. The authors describe the maximum effect of Bacillus megaterium var. Phosphaticum strain on As migration, its mobilization and immobilization in the rhizosphere due to arsenic leaching from mineral and difficult-todestroy compounds and its accumulation in plants. The forms of arsenic compounds were isolated from the rhizosphere based on sequential extraction procedures. The features of the inter-element As-P interaction in plants were established. With the intense accumulation of As in the rhizosphere inoculated with rhizobacteria, the intake of phosphorus into plants was not observed, as contrary to Si. The study of As and biogenic elements behavior under the influence of rhizobacteria is of great importance in the development of ecobiotechnologies related to soil remediation and crop production
Vocational Guidance: Harmonization of Points of View
The problem of harmonization of different views on career-oriented work, due to the diversity of ideas about life and career success, as well as about the ways to success, is considered. The authors conditionally called the phenomenon of the plurality of interpretations of the content of this concept βvocational orientation pluralismβ. The positions of the self-determining personality, psychologists-career advisors, methodologists, scientist- career guides, employers are considered. Differences in the understanding of the essence of vocational guidance by all named subjects of interaction are characterized. The mismatch of their expectations in relation to the professional advisers is emphasized. It is alleged that managers of enterprises and organizations conduct different personnel policies, depending on their awareness of the importance of human potential. Vocational guidance is interpreted in the context of the cultural and historical development of society. The authors identify the points of incompatibility of different positions in the understanding of vocational guidance and offer generalized variants (ways) for harmonizing opinions. The first group consists of variants of βexternalβ harmonization, that is, ways of coordinating opinions between subjects that in one way or other participate in vocational guidance. The second group consists of variants of βinternalβ harmonization that is between people representing one social or professional group, interested in solving career counseling issues
On coalgebras with internal moves
In the first part of the paper we recall the coalgebraic approach to handling
the so-called invisible transitions that appear in different state-based
systems semantics. We claim that these transitions are always part of the unit
of a certain monad. Hence, coalgebras with internal moves are exactly
coalgebras over a monadic type. The rest of the paper is devoted to supporting
our claim by studying two important behavioural equivalences for state-based
systems with internal moves, namely: weak bisimulation and trace semantics.
We continue our research on weak bisimulations for coalgebras over order
enriched monads. The key notions used in this paper and proposed by us in our
previous work are the notions of an order saturation monad and a saturator. A
saturator operator can be intuitively understood as a reflexive, transitive
closure operator. There are two approaches towards defining saturators for
coalgebras with internal moves. Here, we give necessary conditions for them to
yield the same notion of weak bisimulation.
Finally, we propose a definition of trace semantics for coalgebras with
silent moves via a uniform fixed point operator. We compare strong and weak
bisimilation together with trace semantics for coalgebras with internal steps.Comment: Article: 23 pages, Appendix: 3 page

Three components are identified in the model: the target component, the component for the implementation of the educational process, and the effective component. All these components are interconnected, and also have their own structure and a number of internal relationships. Due to the fact that the target and effective components are interconnected, the training system has a closed structure
