Role of autonomous and endocrine factors in immunotropic effects of nitrogenous metabolites in patients with chronic pyelonephritis
Background. We have previously shown that nitrogenous metabolites have immunomodulatory effects in healthy rats and humans as well as patients with dysfunction of neuroendocrine-immune complex, encephalopatia and chronic pyelonephritis. The purpose of this study is clarification of the role of neuro-endocrine factors in their immunotropic activity in patients with chronic pyelonephritis. Materials and Methods. The object of observation were 17 men (aged 24-70 years) with chronic pyelonephritis in remission. The plasma levels and urinary excretion of nitrogenous metabolites as well as parameters of immunity and its neuro-endocrine regulation twice (on admission and after balneotherapy at the Truskavetsβ Spa) was performed. Results. Judging by the multiple correlation coefficient, uricosuria exhibits maximal neuro-endocrine activity (R=0,780), followed by bilirubinemia (R=0,742), creatinineuria (R=0,692), uricemia (R=0,636), creatinineemia (R=0,632), urea excretion (R=0,536), instead urea plasma correlate with neuro-endocrine parameters insignificantly (R=0,360). Nitrogenous metabolites together determine the state of neuro-endocrine regulation by 94,2%, which, in turn, determine the state of immunity by 99,9%. Conclusion. Nitrogenous metabolites carry out immunomodulation in different ways: directly through aryl hydrocarbon (bilirubin), toll-like and adenosine (uric acid) receptors of immunocytes; through modulation of the activity of neurons of the autonomous nervous system and endocrinocytes with subsequent neuro-endocrine immunomodulation; and also, apparently, due to an off-receptor effect on neurons, endocrinocytes and immunocytes (urea and creatinine)
Reflectionless Incidence of the p-Polarized Electromagnetic Wave Through Solid-State Structure βCoating-Uniaxial Plasmonic Metasurface-Dielectric-Metalβ
In this work we studied the effects which occur during the incidence of p-polarized electromagnetic wave on the solid-state structure βcoating-uniaxial plasmonic metasurface-dielectric-metalβ. The purpose of this work is researching how the coating influences the effect of reflectionless incidence of the p-polarized electromagnetic waves on the solid-state structure βuniaxial plasmonic metasurface-dielectric-metalβ. Numerical modelling was used to find the conditions that lead to reflectionless incidence of the p-polarized electromagnetic wave on the solid-state structure under consideration. Using this method we determined the parameters of the coating which are required to observe incidence of p-polarized waves with no reflection. It was found that dielectric coating of the solid state structure significantly changes the behavior of the effect. We showed that dielectric permittivity of the coating changes the frequencies at which reflectionless p-polarized waves occur. The dependency was established between permittivity and thickness of the coating which causes the effect of the reflectionless incidence of p-polarized waves. The conducted research has a great scientific and practical interest. The solid-state structure that was studied can be applied for designing conceptually new types of nanoelectronic and optical devices

New dimensions and dead ends in ai development: impact and responsibility of science and higher education
AI development demonstrates shows excellent results in the performance of individual operations of the intellect, but it fails to simplify the performance of tasks, instead of their creative and complex solution. AI cannot set goals, and it understands their achievement in a pattern, and it cannot create a new pattern of interaction, but it brings the fulfillment of existing such patterns to the point of absurdity. Science and higher education are called to carry out permanent support of AI activities and adjustment of tasks for AI
Science trends and Digital immortality: AI accelerates movement towards an unattainable goal
The development of AI, social networks, digital technologies, and in particular Big Data, has brought humanity closer to digital immortality. Despite the risks of psychological, social and technological adaptation to using the possibilities of digital immortality, it is confidently introduced into various spheres of social life. However, currently it is mainly about simulating immortality, since decision-making is still beyond the reach of this technology
Development of an integration model of scientometric systems for effective knowledge management in Ukrainian universities
The article highlights one of the leading goals of scientometric indicators and data in the context of the internationalization of higher education and scientific institutions β the inclusion in the international, global scientific and educational system of the greatest possible number of relevant scientific communities, teams of scientists, researchers and their scientific works, developments, innovations, and rating them according to certain objective indicators. The emergence of scientometric bases (systems, platforms) is a natural phenomenon in the development of society as an attempt to measure something that, on the one hand, is abstract, and, on the other hand, is characterized by certain quantitative features as a result of deep analysis. Scientific research leads to the accelerated development of technologies, therefore, at a certain stage, it became necessary to evaluate, that is, to measure the importance of a scientistβs research contribution to the development of a certain field of research. Since this need was felt in different countries with a relatively small time difference, various scientometric technologies were invented and developed

Introducing the concepts and methods of humanism into education for ensuring quality sustainable development
Humanism as a principle for sustainable development of society, a model for the management of education and public education, is recognized as a fundamental principle by proponents of various schools of thought, social science, management and philosophy, and pedagogy. In their view, the philosophy of education and upbringing should clearly delineate the range of humanistic and moral values, define the social institutions designed to form an orientation towards these values, justify the relationship between the individual and the social qualities of the individual that could contribute to the βspirit of democracyβ in society. However, addressing these important issues requires an exploration of morality identifying its nature, its functions in cognizing the world, and how it differs from other forms of cognition. According to the proponents of this socially-oriented direction of the management and educational philosophy, an important aim of education and upbringing is to develop the individualβs ability to reflect on moral topics; and this, they argue, is achieved mainly through the βlanguage of moralityβ logic
