Perdagangan Internasional: Pengaruhnya Terhadap Perubahan Sistem Nilai Budaya Orang Maluku
The involvement of the Moluccan in the International trade and the interaction with the foreign traders has brought the transformation in the civilization of tbe Moluccas. Through these foreign traders sultans and the kings achieving knowledge on religion, trade, seafaring and new technologies. The International trade has created major impacts on the social and cultural life in the moluccas asnit save as a interaction space for countries with variois background and has influenced the original cultural of the Moluccas although the identity of the Moluccas is the existed with the monodualism characteristic. In the perspective of the monodualistic culture every group has to still exist and must depend one another to support every part. As the meaning of one always depends on the existence of the other. In the same time the brotherhood relationship has grew based on tbe mutual benefit principal. This phenomenom was existed as an effort to create the new balance in difference to control the conflict and violence and as a good will to live in peace
A failed cultural transfer? Literary internationalism after the First Wold War and the transnational construction of ‘Europe’
In this article we analyze the misunderstandings and asymmetries in cultural transfers by exploring the (nationalist-)internationalist intentions behind the production and reception of the volume Europas Neue Kunst und Dichtung/De Nieuwe Europeesche geest in kunst en letteren (1920). This German-Dutch-Italian-English-Belgian collaboration aimed at a climate of international understanding by informing the European audience about literary developments abroad. The initiators, among them the German art historian Friedrich Markus Huebner, the Belgian journalist Paul Colin and the Dutch literary critic Dirk Coster, believed that a reconciliation of war-torn Europe could be established through a cultural transfer between national literatures, that each in their own, unique way reflected a ‘new European spirit’
Peculiar Glitch of PSR J1119-6127 and Extension of the Vortex Creep Model
Glitches are sudden changes in rotation frequency and spin-down rate,
observed from pulsars of all ages. Standard glitches are characterized by a
positive step in angular velocity ( ) and a negative
step in the spin-down rate ( ) of the pulsar.
There are no glitch-associated changes in the electromagnetic signature of
rotation-powered pulsars in all cases so far. For the first time, in the last
glitch of PSR J1119-6127, there is clear evidence for changing emission
properties coincident with the glitch. This glitch is also unusual in its
signature. Further, the absolute value of the spin-down rate actually decreases
in the long term. This is in contrast to usual glitch behaviour. In this paper
we extend the vortex creep model in order to take into account these
peculiarities. We propose that a starquake with crustal plate movement towards
the rotational poles of the star induces inward vortex motion which causes the
unusual glitch signature. The component of the magnetic field perpendicular to
the rotation axis will decrease, giving rise to a permanent change in the
pulsar external torque.Comment: accepted by MNRAS, 10 pages, 2 figure

Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Jumlah Pengunjung Pantai Wisata Tanjung Kasuari di Kota Sorong
This study aims to determine what factors influence the choice of the most dominant traveled to the Cassowary Coast Cape Town Tourism Sorong and analyze and determine how much influence each of these factors. The number of visitors allegedly influenced by education (manager skills), comfort, and facilities available and local government cooperation with tourist sites owners. By using methods of descriptive analysis of 120 samples, the results showed that the level penelitin site visit Cape Tourism Cassowary Coast in Sorong influenced by the quality of care received visitors. Meanwhile, three other factors, namely the level of education (manager skills), comfort and facilities had no effect on the number of visitors to the location of Cape Tourism Cassowary Coast. This is caused by other factors that cause visitors still visit the tourist sites of which means that this location has general more adequate, the location of the Cassowary Coast Tourism Cape wider when compared with other coastal tourist locations, the availability of food. Government efforts in this regard Sorong City Tourism Office to organize the management of Cape Tourism Cassowary Coast location is still hampered tenure personal and family claimed. Therefore, the government attempts to do only limit cooperation with the manager through management training tourist sites
The Effect of the Temperature and Frying TIME on the Quality of Spice Shredded Fish of Little Tuna (Euthynnus Affinis)

The method of this study was an experiment method, that usingtemperature and different frying time. The quality parameter used theorganoleptic analysis (colour, smell, taste and texture) and the proximate (water, protein, fat and ashes). The analysis of variance (Completely RandomizedDesign/CRD) has been used to set the evaluation of the research, with factorialthat consist of temperature 1000C-1150C (S1), 1100C-1250C (S2), 1200C-1350C(S3) as the first factor and the frying time is 7,5 minutes (W1), 8 minutes (W2), 8,5minutes (W3) as the second factor. The result of this study showed that the bestquality of the shredded Little Tuna was S3W3 (1200C-1350C, 8,5 minutes), such asyellowish-brown, very specific and special smell, very delicious and very tasty, soft and crispy. The content of water was 9,65, content of protein was 39,45%,content of fat was 25,47% and content of ashes was 8,2%
Implementation Of Varied Smoking Methods In The Process Of Katsuobushi (Woody Smoked Fish) Skipjack (Katsuowonus Pelamis)
The aim of the research was to determine the effectiveness of smoking method implemented forproducing katsuobushi (woody smoked fish). The processes were distinguished into two methods, namely: liquid smoking (Pc) and traditional smoking (Pt). Skipjack katsuobushi produced were then evaluated for their quality, including: the value of organoleptic, the value of pH, the content of moisture, acids, and phenols. The results showed that the quality of the katsuobushi produced by implementing the liquid smoking method was significantly different from that produced by implementing traditional smoking one. The value of the odor, flavor, and the content of moisture, phenols and acids, katsuobushi skipjack produced by liquid smoking methods were higher, whilst the value of colour and pH were lower and significantly different than those produced by implementing traditional smoking. Both kinds of katsuobushi skipjack were overgrown by fungi Aspergillus sp. and Penicillum sp. indifferent intensities. The growth intensity of the fungi on the surface of katsuobushi skipjack produced by implementing traditional smoking was higher than that produced by implementing liquidsmoking

STABILITY OF OMEGA-3 COMPOUNDS COMPLEX WITH PPAR-γ RECEPTOR AS AN ANTI-OBESITY USING MOLECULAR DYNAMIC SIMULATION
Objective: Obesity is a major contributor to comorbid diseases based on low grade chronic inflammation. Omega-3 fatty acids have a role in inflammation so it is thought to prevent obesity. This study was conducted to analyze the stability of omega-3 fatty acids with the PPAR-γ receptor using molecular dynamic simulation to investigate the relationship of macromolecule interactions to biologically relevant as an obesity comorbid.
Methods: The methods consisted of ligand acquisition, molecular dynamic simulation, and analysis of dynamic molecular results using Gromacs 2016.3 software and the results of the MD analysis were carried out by simulating time with VMD software and graphing the results of MD data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
Results: The result showed that docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), docosapentaenoic acid (DPA), and heneicosapentaenoic acid (HPA) have good stability. Average RMSD values of DHA, DPA, and HPA were 0.347 Å, 0.464 Å, and 0.706 Å with similar pattern of fluctuation across the region. DHA forms a hydrogen bond to Tyr347 and Leu343. Meanwhile, DPA binds to Asn52 and HPA bind to Arg213. DHA, DPA, and HPA have an average SASA of 233.91 nm2, 231.47 nm2, and 225.52 nm2, respectively. DHA has the lowest total binding energy (-129.914 kJ/mol) compared to DPA (-102.018 kJ/mol) and HPA (-115.992 kJ/mol).
Conclusion: Based on the molecular dynamics simulation approach, omega-3 compounds, DHA, DPA, and HPA showed that DHA has good stability compared to DPA and HPA. DHA, DPA, and HPA can be used as lead drugs to bind to PPAR-γ receptors to prevent and treat obesity
