    IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN BRIGADE SIAGA BENCANA DALAM TANGGAP DARURAT DI KABUPATEN BANTAENG

    Disaster in Emergency Response in Bantaeng Regency with several factors affecting the implementation of policies, standards and policy objectives resources, characteristics of the implementing agencies, attitude and tendency of implementers (Disposition) , clarity of information on communication between organizations and implementing activities (inter-organizational communication and enforcement activities) and conditions of the economic, social and political environment (economic, social and political conditions). The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative using observation, interview, and documentation instruments. Then data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that; (1) Standard and policy objectives (standards and objectivity), the legal basis for its implementation is by the 1945 Constitution article 28 verse 1, which was then technically translated through the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 462 of 2002 concerning Safe Community. This government policy is expected to be able to enhance public health status. (2) Resources,  in terms of the number and expertise of the human resources assigned to the BSB team, are sufficient. (3) The characteristics of the implementing agencies, District government support for this program is quite adequate both in terms of budget and needs. (4) The attitude and tendency of the implementers (Disposition), the understanding of policy implementers about the standards and objectives of this policy is well understood (5) Clarity of information communication between organizations and activities implementer (inter-organizational communication and enforcement activities) that in order to provide clarity of the information to the public, BSB officers involve community groups as information support media (6) Economic, social and political conditions. Strong support for the success of the Disaster Preparedness Brigade program lies in the social capital owned by  The Regent of Bantaeng,  Nurdin Abdullah as the initiator.

    Developmental Spelling Analysis and Word Study: An Alternative to Traditional Spelling Programs

    The purpose of this study was to investigate the benefits of a developmental spelling program utilizing word study as the primary mode of spelling instruction versus a homogeneously based traditional spelling program. Twenty-eight first grade students were administered a developmental spelling inventory to determine their stage of orthographic development. The stages were Preliterate Stage, Early Letter Name stage, Letter Name stage, or Within Word Pattern Stage. Fourteen students in the control group received spelling instruction in a whole group setting from their classroom teacher. A traditional spelling program including weekly spelling lists was utilized. A word study based program focusing on each student\u27s developmental level was utilized with the experimental group. These students were placed in homogenous word study groups of three to five students according to their determined level. All students met three times per week for a three-month period. A pretest and post-test of the developmental spelling analysis was used to identify quantitative data of student progress after the three-month treatment. Out of 14 students in the experimental group, nine improved by one level while three improved by two levels. Two students showed no growth over the period. In the experimental group, 86% of students showed growth, In the control group nine students out of 14 showed an increase of one level of developmental function while five showed no growth over the three-month period. Overall, 64% of the students in the control group showed growth

    This research is entitled The Zakat of Crab Trading according To Imam Asy- Syafi'i and Imam Ibn Hazm (A Case Study of Tanjungbalai Asahan).Alms is one of Islamic pillars. Our worship will be accepted by Allah SWT, our wealth will be cleaned from dirty. Generally, there are three animals allowed for animal alms, such as cows, goats, and camels. Other than those animals are optional. How about crab trading as alms? This crab trading alms was proposed by UD SULTHAN enterprise located in Tanjungbalai Asahan. The owner said that paying alms was a mandatory. He does it every year. I choose this topic for my article by analyzing it from two different points of view from Imam Syafi'i and Imam Ibn Hazmin. The method used in this research was Library Research to see how the trading was practiced in the society and comparative method to compare two mazhab experts opinion. The data collection was done through an interview and related books as references

    New Normal and Islamic Education: Islamic Religious Education Strategy On Educational Institutions in Indonesia

    This study aims to find out how Strategy Islamic education in educational institutions in Indonesia in the new norm era.This study uses a qualitative approach with field research in State Junior High School 1 Ambalawi, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. As for the process of data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation with data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that the strategy of Islamic education teachers in the new normal era is carried out in accordance with the current situation this is a learning collaborate between face-to-face learning directly (offline) or indirectly (online), and sometimes carry out overall learning offline while staying on applicable health protocols. The process of implementing the strategy of Islamic education teachers in learning in the new normal era, namely by using the package books provided by the school while the learning videos are provided directly by the teacher. Supporting factors for learning strategies in the new normal era at State Junior High School 1 Ambalawi are support from several related parties, assistance internet quota, freedom to work and follow learning, teacher readiness in dealing with existing problems. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by Islamic education teachers in implementing learning strategies are: in the new normal era at State Junior High School 1 Ambalawi as follows: a) lack of student involvement, 2) students' unequal access to media and, 3) time-limited learning, 4) perception mistakes from parents, 5) lack of internet quota assistance, 6) decreased student enthusiasm, 7) communication media constraints. Thus the teacher is expected to be able to provide and develop more varied learning methods in the use of learning directly or through Go online by developing the use of online and offline learning instruments easier to evaluate learner
