    Assessment of landscape and environmental conditions of Susuman district of Magadan region

    In Susuman district of Magadan region, against the background of natural processes, the manifestation of human economic activity is very noticeable, causing a change in the relief. This is due to the industrial development of placer gold deposits, which led to serious violations of the natural complexes of river valleys. The peculiarity of the territory of Susuman district is the imposition of severe climatic conditions and the specifics of human anthropogenic activity, which creates such particularly crisis situations in the environment as thermokarst, soil erosion, waterlogging, flooding of all low landforms, pollution with heavy metals. To assess the violations of the landscape, an analysis of the severity of environmental situations was carried out, which showed that the environmental situation in the area is tense, and in some areas it turns into a critical one. It should be noted that the actual area of disturbed land in  Susuman district is much larger than the statistical one. The largest areas of the district are in the gradation of significant and minor anthropogenic loads. The weighted average coefficient shows the average degree of anthropogenic load on this territory, which is still preserved due to a large area of forests. However, this does not mean that there is no risk of deterioration of the landscape and environmental situation in  Susuman district.  With intensive use of land for mineral exploitation and extraction without compliance with environmental measures, the area of disturbed land will increase by 3-4 thousand hectares every ten years. In addition, some landscapes have irreversible violations.  Therefore, it is recommended not to rely on natural restoration of landscapes but to carry out technical and biological land reclamation. &nbsp

    Rare case of type II glycogen storage disease

    The article presents information about a rare case of Pompe disease. It is a glycogen storage disease. During the third screening of a pregnant woman, the ultrasonography of the fetus’s heart revealed the myocardial hypertrophy of the left ventricle perceived as posthypoxic. After delivery, the newborn underwent the ultrasound examination and molecular genetic studies. Firstly, the hepatomegaly and cardiomegaly were diagnosed. Then an infantile form of Pompe disease was found. The patient got enzyme replacement therapy without positive result. The death occurred at the age of 2 years and 5 months as a result of cardiovascular disease failure. Macroscopically, the sizes of the internal organs were increased. The microscopic examination demonstrated glycogen deposition in the myocardium, skeletal muscles, mucous membranes of the organs of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, kidney, spleen and adrenal gland

    The article reveals the migration processes characteristic of the whole of Russia, including in the village. The migration policy of the regions is one of the key elements of the social development of society, taking into account the economic, political and demographic features of the territory; it determines the direction of migration processes and the formation of migratory connection. The migration process in rural areas (territories) acts as a two-way movement - as a stream of departures and as a stream of arrivals. The article provides basic statistics on migration in the region for 2014-2018. The aim of the study is to analyze the migration situation in rural areas (territories) of the Udmurt Republic, one of the regions of the Russian Federation, since these processes directly affect the state of the labor market. In this regard, it seems relevant to study migration processes in rural areas (territories) of the Udmurt Republic. The object of research is the processes of migration in the context of modern international relations. The subject of the study is - migration processes in rural areas; at the same time, migration is considered in comparison with labor market indicators in addition to traditional indicators of migration growth (decrease) in the population. In accordance with this goal, the main task was determined: to offer statistical indicators characterizing migration in terms of the labor market and the quality of life of rural areas. Methods of comparison, grouping, systematization, analysis of dependence were used.  It is concluded that these calculation methods can be applied to determine target indicators of the municipal policy of the region

    Youth Health is an indispensable condition for successful learning and future professional activity. Poor nutrition has a negative impact on the health of the individual. The goal of this study is a assessment of nutrition and physical condition of the first-year students. The study used methods: the sociological (questionnaire), somatometric, fiziometrichesky, somatoscopic, functional tests, statistics, correlation. It was found that most of the students do not follow the correct diet. Most freshmen have normal the physical development. However, 10% of surveyed characterized by disharmonious the physical development (underweight or overweight). Among the students dominated the hypersthenics. In 33% of boys and girls revealed poor development of the chest (for Erismann), 51 % - weak and very weak figure, 17% - tachycardia, 50% and 73% - poor performance of samples of the bar to Ghencea.Здоровье молодежи - непременное условие успешной учебы и будущей профессиональной деятельности. Нерациональное питание оказывает неблагоприятное влияние на здоровье индивида. Цель данного исследования – оценка литания и физического состояния первокурсников. В исследовании использованы методы: социологический (анкетирование), соматометрический, физиометрический, соматоскопический, функциональных проб, статистический, корреляционный. Установлено, что основная часть студентов не придерживается правильного режима питания. Большинство первокурсников имеют нормальные показатели физического развития. Вместе с тем для 10% обследуемых характерно дисгармоничное физическое развитие (дефицит массы тела или излишний вес). Среди студентов преобладают гиперстеники. У 33% юношей и девушек выявлено плохое развитие грудной клетки (по Эрисману), у 51% - слабое и очень слабое телосложение, у 17% - тахикардия, у 50% и 73% - плохие показатели проб Штанге и Генчи

    Soybean Cultivation Cost-effectiveness Depending on Bacterial Preparations and Growth Stimulants Use

    Researches and analysis of the data obtained on the basis of the Armavir Experimental Station of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Oilseeds establish the most effective bacterial preparations, growth stimulants and their combination for soybean cultivation under conditions of unstable moisture on ordinary chernozem. The soybeans yield during the seed treatment with the rhizobial preparation Nitrofix P (2 kg/t) in combination with the film former was the highest and amounted to 1.83 t/ha, which is 0.23 t/ha higher than in the control. It also obtained the maximum collection of plant protein – 0,69 t/ha. The highest yields (1.72–1.83 t/ha) and relatively low production costs allow getting quite high profits (19,472–22,191 rub/ha) with complex soybeans seed treatment with rusobial preparations containing a film former. The maximum profitability in the study of seed treatment with rhizobial preparations was obtained in the variants with the use of the preparations Nitrofiks P and Nitrofiks Zh in combination with the film-forming agent – 95–107 %, which is higher in comparison with the use of bacterial preparations by 2–15 %, and with the control by 12–24 %. The most cost-effective (107 %) was the use of rhizobial Nitrofix preparation in its powder form (2 kg/t) combining with a film former. The obtaining soybeans yield – 1.73 t/ha in the treatment of seeds combining with a rhizobial preparation in combination with a growth stimulator Nagro bioenergetic made it possible to get the highest profit – 19 668 rubles/ha. Given the cost of production and profit per hectare rate, the highest level of profitability was obtained when applying seed treatment with the rhizobial preparation Nitrofiks Zh in combination with Albit and Nagro bioenergetic growth stimulants: 91–94 %. Hence it has been established that the bacterial preparations for treating seeds in combination with a film former and growth stimulant use provides high profits and increases the soybean cultivation profitability level
