    This research aim to to know change of rate of eritrosit value and of hematokrit at trained male and do not be trained.  Conducted practice in the form of practice of aerobic gymnastic intensity. Practice program executed by 3 times per week during 8 week. Sampel in this research is male counted 19-20 one who is taken away from by population 120 people. Research device the used is The Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Design. In the early this research, sampel which consist of 30 people try to be divided to become 2 (2 group) by random the each group consist of 15 people. Group 1 (without treatment) and group 2 (with Treatment). Both of group given by test early (pretest) and 2 final test phase (posttest) in the form of test inspection of blood after aerobik exercise by using aerobic gymnastic during 35 minute of 2 times with active rest international during 1 minute.Practice having taken steps during 8 week, done by intake and measurement of blood intravenously in  Sports Laboratory of FIK UNNES continued by inspection of klinis in CITO Laboratory of Semarang, to know rate of Eritrosit and value of hematokrit blood. Result of the measurement processed by using statistic of diskriptif, test normalitas, homogeneity test, test Anava one band with level of signifikansi 5 %.Data analysis can be concluded that (1) practice of aerobic gymnastics intensity is earning to improve rate of eritrosit blood at male (p<0,05) compared to control, (2) practice of aerobic gymnastics intensity is improving value of hematokrit blood at control group (improvement and p<0,05) morely having a meaning  of practice group at 8 first week while  at 8 week later; then practice decreased of group, (3) There is difference of  is make-up of rate of eritrosit and change of blood hematokrit at trained with practice of aerobic gymnastic intensity is and do not be trained

    Pengecilan lingkar perut menggunakan kombinasi latihan sit-up, knee touch crunch, dan plank

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kombinasi treatmen sit-up, knee touch crunch, dan plank untuk penurunan lingkar perut dan perubahan klasifikasi BMI pada ibu-ibu Powerit Daru Lumajang. Metode penelitian: pre-test post-test control group design dilakukan pada 24 sampel lingkar perut >80 cm usia 28-40 tahun, yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen (n=12) yang diberi perlakuan menggunakan lagu tabata 2 set pengulangan sebanyak 16 kali, dan kelompok kontrol (n=12) yang tidak diberi perlakuan.. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan IBM SPSS 26 menggunakan uji Paired T-Test. Hasil penelitian rata-rata lingkar perut pre-test post-test kelompok eksperimen sebesar (95,28 ± 9,64 ; 92,17 ± 9,93) nilai p = 0,001 <0,05 maka H0 ditolak. Hasil rata-rata lingkar perut pre-test post-test kelompok kontrol sebesar (86,75 ± 5,16 ; 88,85 ± 5,28) nilai p = 0,000 <0,05 maka H0 ditolak HI diterima. BMI kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol nilai p =  (0,964 – 0,823) tidak ada perubahan yang signifikan. Tingkat penurunan lingkar perut kelompok eksperimen sebesar –3,11 cm, dan kelompok kontrol mengalami kenaikan lingkar perut sebesar +2,1 cm. Simpulan penelitian ini terdapat penurunan lingkar perut terhadap kelompok eksperimen dan terdapat kenaikan lingkar perut terhadap kelompok kontrol serta, tidak ada perubahan klasifikasi BMI.

    This study aimed to determine the percentage of benefits of physical condition application media for badminton athletes aged 10-12 years based on Android smartphones. This study uses a survey-based quantitative descriptive method. The population of this study consisted of coaches at the Boyolali Regency badminton club. The sample in this study amounted to 15 coaches at the Boyolali Regency badminton club, taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale data analysis using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the percentage of benefits of physical condition application media for badminton athletes aged 10-12 years based on android smartphones in the excellent category obtained a rate of 93.33% with a total of 14 coaches and a good percentage of 6, 67% with one coach.     Percentage of Appearance of Physical Condition Applications for Badminton Athletes Aged 10-12 Years Old Based on Android Smartphone

    Badminton games can run well, mastery of techniques or basic game skills is needed. Badminton players must also have good physical abilities. There needs to be an application that supports the performance of the coach. The purpose of creating a product is to realize an attractive design for coaches, especially badminton. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of physical condition application displays for badminton athletes aged 10-12 years based on android smartphones. This study uses a survey-based quantitative descriptive method. The population of this study consisted of coaches at badminton clubs in Boyolali District. The sample in this study amounted to 15 coaches at the badminton club in Boyolali Regency were taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale. Data analysis used SPSS version 25. The results showed that the percentage of physical condition application displays for badminton athletes aged 10-12 years based on Android smartphones in the very good category obtained a percentage of 93.33% with a total of 14 coaches and a good percentage of 6.67 % with a total of 1 coach. So it can be concluded that this application has a very good appearance in the view of the badminton coach

    The effects of zumba and strong by zumba on body fat and circumference in women aged 20–40

    This study aims to analyze the influence and analyze the differences between zumba and strong by zumba exercises limited to body fat and body circumference in women aged 20–40 years. This research method is a study using a quasi-experiment with a control group pretest and posttest design. Data analysis techniques are collected, processed, and analyzed statistically by calculating the average deviation and testing of normality requirements from the score distributor using SPSS version 15.00 for window evaluation.&nbsp;The results of the zumba exercise method had a decrease in the thickness of belly fat by -7.60, a decrease in the thickness of biceps fat of -5.60, and a decreased thickness of triceps fat of -5.30, while the strong by zumba exercise method had a decrease in belly fat thickness of -15.90, a decrease in biceps fat thickness of-9.80, and a decreased thickness of triceps fat of -9.20. The zumba exercise method had a decrease in abdominal circumference of -7.80, a decrease in thigh circumference of -4.20, and a decreased arm circumference of -5.50, while the strong by zumba exercise method had an average decrease in abdominal circumference of -11.40, a decrease in thigh circumference of -3.90, and decreased arm circumference of -7.60.     The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the android-based physical conditions of badminton athletes database application. The Research and Development (R&amp;D) method is used in this study to make or develop a product so that it can be used. As a means of evaluating the physical fitness of badminton athletes, this study is developing an Android-based database application. The ADDIE development model, which is a model that includes five stages that include analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, is adapted as part of the research procedure for android application development as a test of the physical condition of badminton athletes. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive percentage to determine the validity of the product from the expert and the response to the acceptance of the expert/expert and coach on the application product for testing the physical condition of badminton athletes through a questionnaire that has been given by the researcher. The research results show that the score of greater than 3.00 is given to the effectiveness value. If the calculated t value is 24.357 greater than t table 2.145, then Ha accepted is declared to be valid and H0 is rejected. The physical fitness application for Android-based badminton athletes has a good percentage of display, language, and media benefits; it has a good percentage of 6.67% with one coach and a good percentage of 93.33 percent with 14 trainers. So it can be concluded that the application for measuring badminton athletes' physical fitness can be developed and used in a good manner. &nbsp;Keywords: &nbsp;Badminton Athletes, Database Application,&nbsp; Effectiveness

    Circuit training using elastic band: Can it improve the direction-changing agility of Kabaddi athletes?

    The ability to quickly change direction is important for kabaddi players, as it is crucial for building points and defeating opponents. The aim of this study was to determine the speed increase during change of direction after circuit training by using elastic bands with different resistance loads. We used the experimental design (pretest-posttest method). The sample consisted of 44 male Kabaddi athletes younger than 20 years old and belonging to the Junior Elite level in kabaddi, from Bali Province, Indonesia. They were divided into 4 groups based on circuit training intensity and elastic band resistance load. Each athlete received a 6-week treatment program. The data were processed through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), version 24.0 (IBM, USA). The results showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between circuit training using elastic band and the athlete’s speed in changing direction. Also, it is evident that the training program with a series of high-intensity exercises using an elastic band with a resistance load of 2.27 kgf increased the speed in changing direction by 13.74%

    Shooting menjadi teknik yang paling berpengaruh dalam Sepak bola karena kemenangan tim diperoleh dari shooting yang menghasilkan poin. Shooting dipengaruhi oleh faktor fisik, teknik, serta psikologis yang menghasilkan tembakan yang kuat dan tendangan yang akurat. Kuatnya tendangan salah satunya dapat dilihat dengan seberapa kuat power otot tungkai yang dimiliki oleh pemain. Begitu juga dengan keakuratan shooting, kemampuan konsentrasi pemain mampu mempengaruhi keakuratan sebuah tendangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh tingkat konsentrasi dan power otot tungkai terhadap ketepatan shooting Sepak bola pada siswa Academy R19 Kendal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 siswa, dengan teknik penarikan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat konsentrasi yaitu grid concentration test, mengukur power otot tungkai menggunakan vertical jump test, dan mengukur ketepatan shooting menggunakan gawang bertarget. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda, untuk mencari hubungan pada masing-maing variabel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa tingkat konsentrasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap ketepatan shooting yang dilakukan oleh siswa Academy R19 Kendal. Begitu juga power otot tungkai juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap ketepatan shooting yang dilakukan oleh siswa Academy R19 Kendal. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat konsentrasi dan power otot tungkai yang dimiliki oleh pemain Sepak bola mempengaruhi hasil ketepatan shooting yang dilakukan oleh pemain Sepak bola

    Optimalisasi Peningkatan Kebugaran Tubuh Melalui Aquarobics Training for Fitness [ATF]

    Abstract: The athlete's physical condition can affect the athlete's appearance during training or competition, so that they cannot perform optimally. This activity aims to provide knowledge and skills for implementing the Aquarobic Training for Fitness (ATF) program. The method of this activity is carried out through two activities, namely the presentation and discussion method as well as the practical method of aquarobics training for fitness, which was held on August 13 and 14, 2022, at Club House Paramount Village, Semarang. Physical fitness checks include measurements of weight, height, blood pressure, body fat percentage, and heart rate. The results of community service through Aquarobics Training for Fitness for athletes and coaches went well; as many as 4 [38 %] participants had very good fitness and 8 [62%] had good fitness, which shows good reciprocity in the implementation of community service activities  Increased understanding of body fitness is indicated by changes in blood pressure and heart rate that are monitored during activities.  Abstrak, kondisi fisik atlet dapat mempengaruhi penampilan atlet pada saat latihan atau pertandingan, sehingga tidak dapat tampil secara maksimal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menerapkan program Aquarobic Training For Fitness (ATF). Metode kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui dua kegiatan yaitu metode presentasi dan diskusi, serta metode  praktik Aquarobics Training for Fitness yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13dan 14 Agustus 2022 di Club House Paramount Village, Semarang. Pemeriksaan kebugaran tubuh mencakup pengukuran berat badan, tinggi badan, tekanan darah, presentase lemak tubuh, dan denyut jantung. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat melalui Aquarobics Training for Fitness pada atlet dan pelatih berjalan dengan baik,  sebanyak 4 [38 %] peserta memiliki kebugaran sangat baik dan 8 [62 %]  memiliki kebugaran baik, hal ini menunjukkan adanya timbal balik yang baik dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Peningkatan pemahaman kebugaran tubuh  ditandai dengan perubahan  tekanan darah dan denyut jantung yang dipantau selama kegiatan berlangsung.

    Pembinaan Prestasi Atlet Taekwondo Kabupaten Semarang

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) tahapan pelaksanaan pembinaan prestasi di Dojang Spartan, 2) proses perekrutan pelatih dan atlet, 3) pelaksanaan program latihan, 4) pendanaan dan pengorganisasian Dojang Spartan, 5) kondisi sarana dan prasarana Dojang Spartan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskripsi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan Sembilan informan yang terdiri dari satu penanggungjawab, dua pelatih, serta enam atlet. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, kemudian penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi: 1) tahapan pelaksanaan pembinaan Dojang Spartan cukup baik, 2) perekrutan pelatih dan atlet belum dilakukan secara tes seleksi guna dijadikan pertimbangan kedepannya dan bahan evaluasi, 3) program latihan pembinaan Dojang Spartan masih bersifat abstrak mengikuti jadwal kejuaraan yang ada dan program latihan belum tertulis dengan jelas, 4) sumber dana Dojang Spartan berdasarkan iuran yang dilakukan orang tua sesuai kesepakatan, dan pengelolaan organisasi akan diatur oleh penanggungjawab, 5) kondisi sarana dan prasarana Dojang Spartan masih cukup layak dan masih perlu adanya penambahan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan prestasi atlet taekwondo Dojang Spartan berjalan cukup baik. Diharapkan penelitian selanjutnya dapat membahas terkait seluruh komponen penunjang pembinaan prestasi olahraga taekwondo
