    Pengembangan Produk Olahan Berbasis Belimbing Manis (Averhoa Carambola L.) di Agrowisata Kebun Belimbing Ngringinrejo Kecamatan Kalitidu Bojonegoro

    Daerah agrowisata kebun belimbing Ngringinrejo kecamatan Kalitidu Bojonegoro merupakan salah satu tempat wisata yang ada di kabupaten Bojonegoro. Kebun agrowisata ini memiliki luas ± 20,4 hektar, yang dikelola oleh 80 petani, dan sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan. Kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan meliputi pengembangan aneka produk olahan dari belimbing manis (Averhoa carambola L.). Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah pengembangan potensi buah segar belimbing dan produk olahannya menjadi produk-produk yang bermanfaat dan bernilai ekonomis, yang dapat dipromosikan sebagai produk unggulan dan menjadi oleh-oleh khas agrowisata belimbing dari kabupaten Bojonegoro. Hasil kegiatan pendampingan yang telah dilakukan, dihasilkan produk olahan berupa sari buah, sirup/ madu sari buah dan egg roll dari buah belimbing yang masing-masing telah dikemas dalam tampilan kemasan yang menarik untuk dapat dipasarkan secara luas. Perbaikan proses produksi, peningkatan nilai tambah dan perbaikan tampilan kemasan dari pengembangan produk olahan dari belimbing ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan multifier effect tumbuhnya unit-unit bisnis baru, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan memperkuat keunggulan produk lokal khas dari kabupaten Bojonegoro. Pemekarantersebut ditetapkanberdasarkan Peraturan DaerahNo. 22Tahun2011TentangPembentukanKecamatanGayamdi KabupatenBojonegoro. Sehingga secaraadministrasiKabupatenBojonegoro saatiniterbagimenjadi28kecamatandengan419desadan11kelurahan. Produk DomestikRegionalBruto (PDRB)KabupatenBojonegoroselama kurunwaktu2008s/d2012menurut harga berlakumengalami peningkatandaritahun ketahun.Padatahun2008PDRBDenganMigas atasdasarhargaberlakusebesarRp. 13.708.107,95jutasedangkandi tahun2012meningkatmenjadiRp. 30.043.184,71juta. Tigasektoryangmenjadi penyumbang utamaPDRBKabupaten Bojonegoro tahun2012adalah sektor pertambangan danpenggalian (42,02%) disusulsektor Pertanian (19,55%) dansektorPerdagangan, HoteldanRestoran(13,62%). Sektor pertanian di kabupaten Bojonegoro memiliki potensi yang sangat besar, dan telah menjadikan Bojonegoro sebagai salah satu kabupaten Lumbung Pangan Nasional di Indonesia. Produksi padi di Bojonegoro mencapai 856 ribu ton, melebihi (surplus) dari kebut padi/tahunnya.     Mathematics is a form of culture integrated in all aspects of society, wherever there are, including the sundanese ethnic communities. This enables the mathematical concepts embedded in cultural practices and recognizes that all people develop a special way of doing mathematics called ethnomathematics activities. Sundanese ethnomathematics is mathematics in sundanese culture implemented in community activities. Sundanese ethnic sundanese people living in the area of West Java Indonesia, speaking sundanese language, and having activities reflecting sundanese culture.     Production of Methyl Laurate From Coconut Cream Through Fractionation of Methyl Ester

    This paper concerns the production of methyl laurate from coconut cream through fractionation of methyl esters. Coconut oil was produced by wet processing of coconut cream. The esters were prepared by reacting coconut oil and methanol using homogeneous catalyst KOH in a batch reactor, followed by fractionation of fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) at various reduced pressures applying differential batch vacuum distillation. Experimental data were compared with simulation of a batch distillation employing the simple Raoult's model and modified Raoult's model of phase equilibria. Activity coefficients (γi) were determined by optimization to refine the models. The modified Rault's model with activity coefficients gave better agreement with the experimental data, giving the value of γi between 0,56-0,73. For a given boiling temperature, lower operating pressure produced higher purity of C10 and C12 FAME for respective distillates

    Abstract. The social studies is designed to develop student's knowledge, comprehension and ability in analyzing social condition of the society in order to establish the dynamic of social life. Cooperative learning model type NHT is the type of learning which combines the talkactive method with the discussion. This type has a special feature in which it has the numbering system so that the domination of certain student cannot be happaned and all the students will be ready from the start. The purpose of this research is to improve motivation and student learning outcomes through the aplication of cooperative learning model type NHT in grade IV of social studies in SDN Tegalgede 02 Jember in the even of  second Semester Academic Year 2015/2016. This type of research is Classroom Action Research, which is conducted for 2 cycles, the first cycle consists of two meetings and one time test at the end of the cycle, the second meeting consisted of two meeting and one test at the end of the cycle. The research subjects were students of class IV SDN Tegalgede 02 Jember with the total of 30 students, consisting of 17 males and 13 females. The data collection is done with interviews, observations, questionnaires, documentation, and testing. Based on the research results show that through the application of cooperative learning model type NHT the results showed that the average score of student's motivation increased from pre-cycle of 52 to the first cycle 68 and increased again to 77 in the second cycle. Scores of student learning outcomes in the classical style from a pre-cycle 62 to 69 in the first cycle, and increased again to 76 in the second cycle. Keywords: cooperative learning model type NHT, learning motivation, learning outcomes 

    Analisis Kinerja Bundaran di Bundaran Nganjuk untuk Perencanaan Jalan Tol Kertosono – Kediri

    AbstractThe Adipura Nganjuk Roundabout is a pathway that often gets stuck due to being crossed by a railroad crossing. The location is close to Nganjuk Regency, Kediri Regency and Jombang Regency which are distribution points for the western and southern regions in East Java Province. Need to do a management in traffic engineering which includes the construction of toll roads from Nganjuk to Kediri, this roundabout does not get saturated. The purpose of this study is as a benchmark Traffic forecast forecasting is carried out for 6 years from 2019 to 2025. The research method uses a roundabout analysis using a manual Indonesian road capacity. Based on the results of forecasting calculations, the Adipura Nganjuk roundabout will be able to reduce the value of the degree of saturation by building the Kertosono-Kediri toll road to a DS value below 1 (one). In 2019 the DS is 0.77. While in 2021 DS decreased to 0.44 through the construction of the Kertosono-Kediri toll road. In 2025 DS increased again to 0.59, in 2030 DS = 0.84, and in 2035 again increased to 1.19 as vehicle growth. Lokasinya berada dekat Kabupaten Nganjuk, Kabupaten Kediri dan Kabupaten Jombang adalah tempat distribusi perekonomian untuk wilayah barat dan selatan di Provinsi jawa Timur. Perlu dilakukan suatu manajemen dalam rekayasa lalu lintas berupa pembangunan jalan tol dari Nganjuk ke Kediri supaya bundaran tersebut tidak semakin jenuh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai tolok ukur Peramalan kinerja lalu lintas dilakukan selama 6 tahun dari tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2025. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis simpang bundaran menggunakan manual kapasitas jalan Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan peramalan, bundaran Adipura Nganjuk akan dapat menurunkan nilai derajat kejenuhan dengan membangun jalan tol Kertosono-Kediri menjadi nilai DS dibawah 1 (satu). Tahun 2019 DS adalah 0,77. Sedangkan tahun 2021 DS menurun menjadi 0,44 seiring pembangunan tol Kertosono-Kediri. Tahun 2025 DS meningkat kembali menjadi 0,59, Tahun 2030 DS = 0,84, dan Tahun 2035 kembali meningkat menjadi 1,19 seiring pertumbuhan kendaraan.     Bioactive Compounds of Rambutan (Nephelium lappaceum L.)

    Rambutan, a widely popular tropical fruit encompasses rich amount of bioactive compounds. All parts of this plant (leaves, bark, root, fruits, fruit skin, pulp and seeds) finds traditional usage, and are linked with high therapeutic values. Rambutan fruits parts like that of peel, pulp and seeds have been scientifically investigated in-depth and is reported to encompass high amounts of bioactive compounds (such as polyphenol, flavonoid, alkaloid, essential mineral, dietary fiber). These compounds contribute towards antioxidant, antimicrobial, anticancer, antidiabetic and anti-obesity activities. However, literature pertaining towards potential industrial applications (food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical) of rambutan fruits are limited.
