    Inisiasi Pembentukan Usaha Baru Melalui Pemberdayaan untuk Mewujudkan Kemandirian Ekonomi Warga

    Program ini bertujuan untuk mengasah potensi masyarakat desa Trimurti, Srandakan Bantul yang dilakukan melalui pemberdayaan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT). Membangun motivasi masyarakat agar dapat menuju kemandirian pangan dan ekonomi masyarakat yang mandiri. Luaran yang dihasilkan adalah terbentuknya Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) di dusun Pedak, produk berupa tanaman buah dan sayur yang siap dikonsumsi dan dijual ke pasar-pasar terdekat. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga menghidupkan kembali program kemandirian desa yang dicanangkan kabupaten Bantul dan membantu masyarakat untuk mengisi kekosongan yang dapat menghasilkan penghasilan tambahan. Sebagai sasaran pengabdian ini adalah kelompok masyarakat dusun Pedak yang tergabung memiliki ketertarikan dalam tanaman pekarangan sempit. Pemilihan mitra ini dikarenakan potensi dari pekarangan rumah di dusun Pedak dapat ditanami tanaman buah dan sayur serta minat masyarakat khususnya IRT dalam budidaya tanaman. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan motivasi bagi IRT untuk mencoba kegiatan baru yang menarik dan dapat menghasilkan penghasilan tambahan melalui metode diskusi   dan   pelatihan   praktis   penanaman dan budidaya oleh instruktur yang ahli dalam bidang pertanian, serta menginisiasi terbentuknya Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT). Adapun langkah-langkah   yang ditempuh meliputi tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan melalui observasi, penyiapan materi pelatihan, mengagendakan waktu pelatihan, pemberian motivasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan, monitoring dan laporan akhir

    The Establishment of a Joint Business Group (KUB) as an Alternative to The Economic Independence of The People of Pedak Village, Srandakan, Bantul

    The economic independence of rural communities depends on the ability of the community to run the businesses owned by it's self. One of the businesses that can be developed by the village community is the development of culinary snacks which are the daily needs of the community. This empowering program aims to increase the economic independence of the people of the Pedak in the village of Trimurti, Srandakan District, Bantul Regency through the establishment of Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB). The output of this program is the establishment of KUB which is engaged in culinary snacks which are sold in several places such as cake shops and cake bazaars during of Ramadan. In addition, the resulting cake products will also be tried to be marketed in the tourist area of Bantul beach and tourists who pass the main Bantul-Kulonprogo road. From the formation of the KUB it is hoped that the community can be empowered so that the economic independence of the community can increase their income.  This program is implemented because the Pedak area has potential in product marketing and high demand for snacks.     HUBUNGAN KOORDINASI MATA TANGAN DAN FLEKSIBILITAS PERGELANGAN TANGAN DENGAN HASIL SHOOTING DALAM PERMAINAN BOLA BASKET

    Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif korelasional yang bertujuan, (1) Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara koordinasi mata tangan dengan hasil shooting dalam permainan bola basket, (2) Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara fleksibilitas pergelangan tangan dengan hasil shooting dalam permainan bola basket, (3) Untuk mengetahui gambaran koordinasi mata tangan dan fleksibilitas pergelangan tangan dengan hasil shooting dalam permainan bola basket. teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti ukm bola basket di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia sebanyak 20 orang. Data yang diambil dengan melakukan tes koordinasi mata tangan, fleksibilitas pergelangan tangan dan shooting bola basket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara koordinasi mata tangan dengan hasil shooting dalam permainan bola basket, terbukti p = 0.006<0.05, dengan kontribusi sebesar 35.3%, (2a) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara fleksibilitas pergelangan tangan extention dengan hasil shooting dalam permainan bola basket, terbukti p = 0.003<0.05, dengan kontribusi sebesar 40.4%, (2b) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara fleksibilitas pergelangan tangan flexion dengan hasil shooting dalam permainan bola basket, terbukti p = 0.003<0.05, dengan kontribusi sebesar 40.1%, (3) Kriteria koordinasi mata tangan sedang, fleksibilitas pergelangan tangan kuat. Kata Kunci : Bola Basket, Koordinasi Mata Tangan, Fleksibilitas, Shooting This study used quantitative descriptive method by using descriptive correlational approach with the aims, (1) To found relationship between hand-eye coordination with the result of the shooting in basketball game, (2) To found relationship between flexibility of wrist with the result of the shooting in basketball game, (3) To describe hand-eye coordination and flexibility of wrist with the result of the shooting in basketball game. The sampling used is purposive sampling by 20 students of basketball UKM in Indonesia University Of Education Bandung. The results showed that : (1) There was correlation of hand-eye coordination with the result of the shooting in basketball game (p=0.006) with contribution of 35.3%, (2a) There was correlation flexibility of wrist extention with the result of the shooting in basketball game (p=0.003) with contribution of 40.4%, (2b) There was correlation flexibility of wrist flexion with the result of the shooting in basketball game (p=0.003) with contribution of 40.1%, (3) Hand-eye coordination criteria medium, and flexibility of wrist criteria strong.     This study aims to see how the physical model, shape and type of digital throwing ball prototype with a visual light system as a training medium for goalkeepers in soccer. This research is a qualitative study using research and development (R&D) methods. The sample used in this study were 2 goalkeepers of UPI Soccer UKM. The instruments used are expert testers in the field of sports and measurement tests, whole-body reactions and futsal ball throwers. The result of this research is the creation of a digital ball throwing prototype with a visual light system as a training medium for goalkeepers in soccer. With the existence of a digital throwing ball prototype with a visual light system as a training medium for goalkeepers in this sport, it can help coaches and athletes in a variety of training for goalkeepers in soccer. The digital ball throwing prototype with a visual light system as a training medium for goalkeepers in soccer has sufficient validity for reaction time (rcount = 0.417, 0.40≤rcount≤0.59) and high validity for speed (rcount = 0.603, 0.60≤ rhitung≤0.79). The digital ball throwing prototype with a visual light system as a training medium for goalkeepers in soccer has sufficient reliability value for reaction time (r = 0.464, 0.40-0.59), and high reliability for speed (r = 0.679, 0.60- 0.79)

    The Influence of Organizational Justice Dimensions on Affective Commitment and Employees Counterproductive Behavior

    Employees' work dynamics in companies are very diverse. Some employees have high commitments, and others are very low. Likewise, the counterproductive behavior of employees in every company is also high or low. The importance of the two factors for the continuity of company operations incites the investigation to ponder the role of the dimensions of justice on affective commitment and counterproductive work behavior of employees in Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) in DIY. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 219 employees from several LKS in DIY with purposive sampling. The data were then analyzed through SEM-PLS, which measures the research instrument and the influence between the research variables. The results of this study indicated that only procedural and interactional justice trigger affective commitment and deviant workplace behavior, while distributive justice is unable to influence these two variables. The study contributed to LKS managers maintaining a work environment that upholds the principles of justice to increase affective commitment and minimize employees' deviant behavior

    POS and Psychological Empowerment as Moderating Variables on the Effect of Job Insecurity on Employee Performance in Islamic Banks

    Abstract. Employee performance in a company is an important component. The occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic has caused employees to feel job insecurity due to the rise of layoffs in various sectors. This will indirectly affect the performance of employees in a company so that the performance of the company will decrease. For this reason, perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment are needed to reduce the negative effect of job insecurity on employee performance. This study aims to examine the effect of job insecurity on employee performance with perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment as moderating variables. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods. Data were collected using a questionnaire via google form and distributed to employees who work at Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank Muamalat, and Bank Madina Syariah. The questionnaire collected was 252 and analyzed using MRA (Moderate Regression Analysis) to test the hypothesis with the SPSS version 24 application. Research shows that there is a negative influence between job insecurity on employee performance, perceived organizational support could moderate the relationship between job insecurity and employee performance, and psychological empowerment is not able to moderate the effect of job insecurity on employee performance. Kinerja karyawan dalam sebuah perusahaan merupakan komponen penting. Terjadinya pandemic covid-19 menyebabkan karyawan merasakan job insecurity akibat maraknya kasus PHK pada berbagai sektor. Hal tersebut secara tidak langsung akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada sebuah perusahaan sehingga performa dari perusahaan akan menurun. Untuk itu, diperlukan perceived organizational support dan psychological empowerment untuk menurunkan pengaruh negative job insecurity terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh job insecurity terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan perceived organizational support dan psychological empowerment sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner melalui googleform dan didistribusikan pada karyawan yang bekerja di Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank Muamalat, dan Bank Madina syariah Kuesioner yang terkumpul sebanyak 252 responden, dan dianalisis menggunakan MRA (Moderate Regression Analysis) untuk menguji hipotesis dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh negatif antara job insecurity terhadap kinerja karyawan, perceived organizational support mampu memoderasi hubungan job insecurity dengan kinerja karyawan, dan psychological empowerment tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh job insecurity terhadap kinerja karyawan.     The Covid 19 has changed the routine of the global community, including in Indonesia. This service program aimed to empower and develop the potential of village cooperative members, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic, especially in Kasihan village. This program was carried out in 3 stages, handwashing soap manufacture training, production of products to be marketed, and organizational training. The output of this program is the creation of ready-to-sell products, business and marketing strategies, packaging that meets health standards. The development of village cooperatives for the welfare of cooperative members is also the output of this empowerment program. Partners in this service program are the Kasihan hamlet community who are members of the Harum Manis Cooperative. The choice of this partner was chosen because the problems that the community has in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic are very urgent to find a solution, and the Harum Manis has just started a business so that business programs are needed to develop. In order to achieve the success of this activity, material delivery, discussion and practical training, business and marketing training had been carried out.     The merger of three Sharia Commercial Banks consisting of Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah, and Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah caused employee work stress. Prolonged work stress can cause employees to turn over. In addition, employee work stress will affect one's commitment to the organization, one of which is affective commitment. Therefore, a factor is needed to weaken the level of employee work stress, one of which is self-efficacy. Respondents in this study were employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) with the criteria of having worked before and after the merger. The data collection process was carried out online to 155 employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) and then processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the SmartPLS 3.2 application. The results of the study prove that work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention. In addition, work stress also has a negative effect on affective commitment. However, this study states that self-efficacy cannot moderate the effect of work stress on turnover intention of affective commitment

    The Effect of Halal Image, Price, and Promotion on Muslim Consumer Decisions at Muslimah Beauty Clinics

    Introduction to The Problem: The growing variety of beauty products makes it profitable for consumers because they have many alternative options to choose from. This makes it necessary for beauty clinics to read consumer desires in order to have loyal customers.Purpose/Objective Study: The purpose of this study was to determine the positive effect of halal image, price and promotion on consumer decisions in choosing a Muslimah beauty clinic.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research is a quantitative research with survey method. The population in this study were female consumers who were in Yogyakarta City and had used Muslimah beauty clinic products and services. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 200 people.Findings: The results of this study indicate that halal image, price and promotion have a positive effect on consumer decisions in choosing a Muslimah beauty clinic. These results confirm that the element of halalness in beauty products perceived by the Indonesian people is important to fulfill. In addition, with the many diversified beauty products available, companies must pay attention to price and promotion for competitive advantage.Paper Type: Research Articl

    This study aims to see the effect of service quality from 3 PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Jogja, Sleman and Bantul on customer satisfaction and customer switching intention which is moderated by the company's image. This study uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), with a total sample of 111 customers/patients at the Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. The data was collected online and offline by purposive sampling technique. This study proves that service quality is the main predictor in increasing customer satisfaction of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta hospital. However, the test results explain that the company's image is not able to moderate the influence of service quality on the customer satisfaction and switching intention. The results of this study also provide theoretical and practical contributions related to theoretical, methodological and practical issues
